 Bhareeai_hath_pair_tan_deh.
Paanee_dhotai_utras_kheh.
Moot_paleetee_kapar_hoe.
De_saaboon_laeeai_oh_dhoe.
Bhareeai_mat_paapaakai_sang.
Oh_dhopai_naavai_kai_rang.
Punnee_paapee_aakhan_naahe.
Kar_kar_karnaa_likh_lai_jaah.
Aape_beej_aape_hee_khaah.
Nanak_Hukmee_aavah_jaah. Verse 20.

   Translation:     

While the hands, feet, skin and body is filled with the refuse, washing with water removes wastes.

While the clothing become impure with the urine (Moot), that is washed with the application of the washing soap.  While the memory of thinking is filled with thoughts of sin, it is washed with love for the name of the virtue of true name of God shapeless.

Speaking any thought in any language, a person does not become virtuous or sinful. Execution repeated of the acts of the individual with virtuous or sinful desires in thought, the doer goes after obtaining written seed of the karma.  Thus the individual which acts with virtuous or sinful thought of the doer creates seed karma, which comes to it for eating as fruit karma in the incarnations following.  In this way, the arrival and the departure of the individual are ordered by decision of God shapeless in karma accounts of individual.  It is statements of Guru Nanak.Verse 20.

  Spiritual Content 20:   

 Nineteen verses explain that language is linked to icons and patterns of sounds and do not understand consciousness.
With language, the wisdom of the discussion is conducted in the unconscious and a limitation in understanding the truth of all to nature. But endless creation can not be understood and described in consciousness as well. We have what is for us in consciousness. To accept in meditation is the best for us and everyone and is the only way to achieve true happiness in the way of life.
 

In this statement of the basis of twentieth-Japuji Sahib is concluded: true name of God shapeless are free of defects of virtuous or vice thoughts that are based on a language of the unconscious mind. The impurity created by vice thoughts in the memory of thoughts in unconscious brain can be washed by meditation with the loving thought of the true name of God shapeless with consciousness in mind. Brain or unconscious mind means the portion of the vertebrate central nervous system, which control of bodily activities of sensory organs, and is the seat of, thought, memory, and wisdom of thoughts.

    The repeated physical acts of a person with bad or virtuous desires in thought of being a doer continue to produce seeds karma. Memory of the wisdom of the unconscious mind filled with desire for evil can be washed and purified with meditation with loving thoughts of God shapeless in conscious mind. God is Nirankar skeleton, isolated Shapeless God.
   Some people have committed crimes, vice acts or ill-treatment to parents or injustice acts in early life and continue to suppress these thoughts in memory of thoughts. This causes much tension in thoughts, disorders in brain, breathing disorders and heart disorders, sleeping functions. Some people carry out business or service which strains the wisdom and memory of thoughts. In all these cases, Meditation with true name of God with love in consciousness is immediate spiritual medicine. It washes the tensions and disorders of memory of thoughts.

  
    No physical act in individual that plays karma contentedly produces seeds of karma. It is the acceptance of the decision of the silence of pure consciousness (Hukam-Rajai). Any physical act carried out with the thought of being a doer and thought filled with good or evil desires produces seeds of karma in the subconscious and it become the source of the review by the auto center for the type of incarnation of physical lifestyle in the future.

   A person can not become virtuous or sinful, while speaking just by the people and according to their dimensions of thought in their mind. The person becomes a sin while exercising the desire to be a doer and making cruelty to others and disrupting revengefully lifestyles of others for his selfish gain. The various natural lifestyles with the desire to assess the individual at the expense of others that disturbs the peaceful environment return a person of sin in the mind of its impurities.

Any physical activity that increases the life to be active in the lifestyle against the wisdom of pure thought is a sin. Its fruits are like the provisions of dissatisfaction in the following incarnations. While carrying out various activities of individual without desire, the individual itself becomes virtuous to mind. It shares its property with others and pleasant with others and to forgive those who have caused and appreciate the sympathy for others. Any activity of the individual which reduces selfishness and complies with the order of the divine order is virtuous. Its fruits are like the pleasure of following incarnations.

The desire in the mind while carrying out activities of individual identity are considered by the procedure, such a desire for experience, and apply as seeds for the future of karma. Because you continue to sow the subliminal impressions in purity of mind, so you achieve and model of life in it in future incarnations, such as fruit with the approval of true name of God shapeless. The interior of consciousness in the minds juristically considers all the seeds of karma and karma integrates in future incarnations. This continues to function and from the person on the path of the cycle of life.

   No virtuous or sinful seeds of karma are printed in the consciousness of the implementation of physical activities of any style of living in a state of awareness, while reading the individual, as the child.

   In this way, the physical acts of charity and the gifts and religious functions conducted with the doer, arrogance and revenge produce seed sinful karmas in the mind. True physical acts of charity and the gifts and religious functions conducted become useful if consciously played without announcing the desires and selfishness in thought and mind and not having any selfish desire in it. Verse 20.
