each cell of the physical lifestyle. Vaajeh:
vibration. Naad:

Aap: itself (true name of God shapeless.
Naath: the Supreme Master of world. Naathee: all wealth and miraculous
spiritual powers. Sabh: all. Jaa_kee: any body. Ridh: spiritual
powers. Sidh: various supernatural powers. Avraa_Saad: temporary taste.
Sanjog: unification
with the awareness.
Vijog:
unification with the unconscious.
Due: two opposite. Kaar:
the creation of all
life in the world. Chalaaveh: maintains. Lekhe: written. Aaveh:
comes. Bhaag: the destiny of the individual.
Aades: adoration.
Tisai: true name of God shapeless. Aades:
adoration. Aad: without beginning.
Aneel: pure. Anaad:
unlimited. Anaahat: eternal. Jug_jug: since
repeated periods endless. Eko: single.
Ves: format of (true name of God shapeless).

Translation:
Let spiritual wisdom be your spiritual food (Bhugat). Let kindness be your
spiritual attendant. Let the vibrations of sound in each cell of the
physical lifestyle be your instrument sound. The absolute life is the
master of all individual. All the powers of the various spiritual and
supernatural powers of any individual are temporary taste. Individual is
the expansion of absolute life. Union with absolute life, and the
separation of individual is opposed to karma, which manages accounts for
the creation of all individual life in the world. We have just received
what is written in our destiny.
While in the mode of worship, worship true name of God shapeless (
Nirankar skeleton, isolated Shapeless God) that has been since the
beginning of the age, purity, and it is unlimited and eternal. Be aware,
through all ages, the true name of God shapeless is the same format of
true name of God shapeless.

Spiritual Content 29:
In verse
twenty-eight,
it is said that to achieve the virtuous karma and for the release
lifestyle cycle, many segments of different religions suggest the various
physical rituals to act that continue to evolve over time. These physical
actions of ritual are ineffective.
Ritual of physical
activity fails to capture thoughts in mind.
Physical
activity unlike but with a certain desire or fear is the ritual. The mind
is the master of all activities of the bodily life. The people must enjoy
the true names of pure silent in mode of meditation and avoid all types of
physical ritual acts. The mode in the practice of meditation with the
true name of God shapeless is the supreme faith of all individual. The
physical ritual to go beg for food around, wearing earrings, wearing a
begging bowl in one hand and wearing torn pieces of fabric, and their
bodies covered with ashes outward to create the appearance of a holy man.
It does not win any virtue of a holy man in consciousness and are
fruitless.
In this twenty-ninth of the basic belief in the way of physics,
Guru_Nanak said that to achieve the virtuous karma and to secure the
release of the cycle of individual, many religions suggest different
rituals that continue to exist as the ineffectiveness of religion.

with some desire or fear.
To become free of the
various religious rituals and to gain awareness of meditation in the mind
(Mann), this verse shows the different techniques.
In the practice of meditation, the wisdom of the Interior is a spiritual
food. The practice of meditation with the consciousness of the wisdom of
the interior is better than eating anything considered a spiritual food (Bhugat).
The use of certain foods purified (Bhugat or Parshaad) in the form of
spiritual nourishment is widely used by large areas of religion and many
religious sects. Theory of a spiritual food diet to treat many psychoses
is based on it. Many of their disciples simply perform the ritual of
the blessing in the form of spiritual food temples (Bhugat), which have no
value for food of faith. Even now, in temples of the Sikh religion, this
ritual is known Prasad. Thus, they perform the ritual ineffective.
The wisdom of the Interior can not be achieved by eating Prasad or Bhugat
of anything, a ritual. The real spiritual food (Bhugat) should improve the
validity of the internal consciousness.
To work as a divine helper (Bhandaaran) to places is considered by many
religious sects acts virtuosity are used to cultivate the spirit of
goodness (Daeaa) with others. Many of his disciples with the ignorant
think simply perform the ritual ineffective. In comparison, to commit to
be kindhearted others during the practice of meditation develop these
attributes in their thoughts. The wisdom of becoming sevadars win virtuous
act, the value can not be achieved by following the ritual. Practice to be
merciful with all sorts of people is true more and Bhandaaran. To live a
life in the way religion is a pure kindheartedness. To be cruel how life
is impure act.
Sections of religion play various musical instruments as a virtuous acts.
They sang with it in various pure thought. It helped to be in deeper
layers of memory of the thought and the true power of meditation. By going
there, the time, many of their disciples thought ignorance simply perform
the ritual. This ritual does not allow penetration into the path of
meditation. Thus, they perform the ritual ineffective. The practice of
listening to the song of pure consciousness (Gaaveh) of serenity in each
cell of the physical lifestyle (Ghat_ghat) is pure religion and best of
all is the ritual on the sound of the party (NAADS).
Some people claim to be the true names of the absolute life (Naath).
Nature of the attributes of absolute life can not be achieved in the
individual, which is impure product of natural features of life.
Supernatural powers acquired by the person are bound within the self whose
life is the external physical dispersion (Naathee). No subject or an
object created or individual can be life itself pure.
True Naath liked to live any lifestyle, while becoming aware of the
different tastes of life like temporary and worship with the serenity of
pure true name of God shapeless. The various powers of piety (Ridha) and
irreligious people (ISHR) in different lifestyles are tentative taste,
which becomes an obstacle to true life and keep the spiritual progress. In
order to strengthen and demonstrate the different powers and irreligious
pious life skills are a hidden form questionable taste, which is also
tasteful and disappears with the last part of the project. It increases
the arrogance, which attracts the world in matter and continues to extend
the life cycle of the sense of karma. This becomes the barrier to lift
pure meditation in silence and held achievements in controlling the mind.
Fifth issue is the unification of physics in life itself (Sanjog) and
separation of the individual life of the Interior (Vijog) as the two
opposite, who maintains (Chalaaveh) all persons (Kaar) in the world and
write their own destiny of the incarnation. Absolute life is the
dispersion outside of him. The unification of the individual of self sows
the seeds of separation of the reaction of the subliminal impressions of
his desires in mind control. Separation sows the seeds of the unification
of the individual itself through the action of the trial of misfortune in
the performance of various activities of karma. Action creates the karma
of each seed and the seed karmas become the cause of karma of the
individual depending on the incarnation. It keeps the cycle of physical
lifestyle of the individual. We must return pure and impure powers and
play the game physics of the child with the acceptance of karma. The life
of a visionary in the sense of meditation is a pure religion.
What are the physical attributes of a person calm (Naath), who
knows the wisdom of the Interior?
The calm person (Naath) who carried out the wisdom of the interior is
always free to the attachment! It is always free of the thought of pain!
Knowing the wisdom of the Interior has no arrogance! It is always fresh
and pleasant at all! His lifestyle is free from all the techniques of all
religions, rituals and wisdom of the Interior is the food! It is still his
meditation at the center of the object or objects in the natural world, or
listens to the true name of God shapeless! It performs only faith in the
true name of God shapeless! Humility is completely saturated with him and
he is generous with everyone! There was no economic mission and he is
kindhearted to those who hate! Its activities are beneficial to all! It
covers everyone in the world in pure meditation with silence! It lies
close to the sound of tranquility!
The calm person (Naath) who carried out the wisdom of the Interior
shall carry out all activities of karma, without any identification as a
good and bad! He abandoned the thought that arises from the arrogance and
malice! Happiness is natural to stay in its natural state of thinking! It
is indifferent to the situation on the karma! His preaching is always
purified! His wisdom, the interior can not be spoken! It remains
completely saturated within which is the creator of all forms of
individual! Verse 29.
