  Transliteration: 

Ik_doo_jeebhau_lakh_hohe,
lakh_hoveh_lakh_vees.
Lakh_lakh_geraa_aakheeaih,
ek_naam_jagdees.
Et_raah_pat_pavareea,
chareeai_hoe_ikees.
Sun_galla_aakaas_kee,
 keetaa_aaee_rees.
Nanak_nadree_paaeeai_kooree_koorai_these. Verse 32.

 Ik: one.  Doo: of.  Jeebhau: tongue organ.  Lac-s: 100,000.  Hohe: become.  Hoveh: become.  Vees: twenty.  Geraa: circle.  Akheeaih: speaking.  Ek_Naam: one pure name.  Jagdees: the creator of natural world.  ET: this.  Raah: manner.  Pat: respected.  Pavareea_chareeai: climbs the steps of the scale.  Hoe: can be.  Ikees: to merge with one, the creator of natural world.  Sun: to hear.  Galla: the maintenance of the rumors.  Aakaas: the sky .Kee: of.  Keetaa: insects.  Aaee: come.  Rees: to imitate.  Nadree: Pure vision of true name of God shapeless.  Paaeeai: reached.  Kooree­­_Koorai_ Th_ese: a false ineffective exercise with false accounting of the wisdom of thought.  Verse 32.

   Translation:     

If the tongue organ of a person is 100,000 times, and are then multiplied by twenty, he became holder of 20,00,000 tongue organs. If each of these two million tongue organs of a person is repeating 100,000 times to speaking, it is considered one name of the creator of natural world.
Along this respected path of name of the creator of natural world, a person climbs the steps of the scale and scope to merge with one, creator of natural world.
         To hear the margins of the history of this path to reach the sky in the honor, people like insects also mimic.

Pure vision of true name of God shapeless finds it, a false ineffective exercise with false accounting of the wisdom of thought. Verse 32. 

  Spiritual Content 32:    

In verse thirty-one, it is said that all the fundamentals of the natural world has come once and for all and remain the same. Like are loved by the true name of God shapeless, the same way, it becomes in the material lifestyle and various things of nature. People need to love the true name of God shapeless in silent mode with meditation. People should avoid all types of physical rituals that are not liked by him in the conscious mind. The unconscious thinks with any form of worship, including manuscripts and spiritual spiritual painting does not calm the person. Meditate with creator, who is Shapeless since the beginning of the time, is pure, is quiet, eternal, endless, and it is in the same format from Shapeless periods.
   In this thirty-two of the basic belief, Guru Nanak says that the meditation on name of the creator of the natural world can not be achieved with the maintenance of accounts of reciting name of the creator of the natural world or impersonate of any person. It can not be imitated.

The true worship of true name of God shapeless is not in a mode of thought, but is repeated in any mode of meditation and consciousness. Meditation is a state of concentrated attention on the thought or knowledge of true name of God shapeless.

   The true sense of the practice of meditation can not be imitated because it is being born karma and all people have various sense of karma. It is linked to the current instant karma and is always done with the wisdom of pure consciousness. There is no way of faith which could be made applicable to all people with various lifestyles and give them equal benefits. In addition, the pure faith can not be spoken in words and can not be seen with the thought of human intelligence outside.

     Following is Suggested meditation practice to earn silence sing in pure consciousness.
 

Make a visit to some quiet place, or in some temple gardens. Rest with eyes closed, near the bushes. Be at ease while having the vertical spine and neck and head. Think about thinking in the manuscript of Japuji-Sahib as a hymn to the center between the true names of God shapeless. Try to notice and remember consciously true name of God shapeless as discussed in the first verse. Fix attention to sensations of silence sings in consciousness on him several times and become absorbent in him. This will help you become free of many obligations and desires in the thought of individual. This will help you become free of the thinking of countless bad physical lifestyle. Try to feel and listen to the internal silence sings. This will help you to be in the song of pure consciousness of the absolute life and saturation in the consciousness in the mind by practicing meditation. It is true state of hello to the veneration of the practice of meditation, on purity of sound of true name of God shapeless, which is the center since the beginning of the period, is pure, is quiet, is eternal, and it is in the same format of the achievement since the beginning of the period of time. It's truely the spiritual medicine for all physical and mental integrity of a person. It truely is regenerated. Verse 32.
