Guru Kabir ,Guru Farid and  Guru Nanak were  were against the habit smoking of cigarette and prohibit it and were social reformer.

Guru Kabir was raised among a Muslim community of weavers where habit smoking and smoking cigarette was common.  Guru Kabir was never formally educated .  According to Guru Kabir, all life is interplay of breathing energy .Guru Kabir says that the habit smoking and smoking cigarette effect breathing energy .So the habit smoking and smoking cigarette obstruct conscious state of mental power.  Guru Kabir   prohibit the habit smoking and smoking cigarette. Guru  Farid was unique, a saint and scholar of reforms. Successor Guru Baba and several others such as Guru Kabir, Guru Nanak, carried his torch of Sufi thoughts and thoughts  to prohibit the habit smoking and smoking cigarette .  Guru  Farid can truly be considered a pioneer of the modern Punjabi  Language and prohibit the habit smoking and smoking cigarette. All these Guru Kabir ,Guru Farid and  Guru Nanak   were  social reformer. Important of  spiritual preaching of these Guru  is to prohibit the habit smoking and caste system.  Social preaching of these Guru  are for Sikh people who have faith in the Sikhism. These Guru   has been great lover    for deep breathing  and relaxation.
This concept to social reforms  of these Guru  has since  becoming of fundamental importance for  relaxation and spiritual knowledge (Jnana) . These   Guru Kabir ,Guru Farid and  Guru Nanak guide the disciple through the path of liberation and the path of social reforms  . Although the spiritual path could be followed alone, there is a necessity at a certain stage for social reforms from caste system . It purify deeply the society .   The social sickness can cannot be rectified holding caste system , according to these Guru .
