Most humans do not know who they are or how to find the inner self ? Until they find their true self, any use of human life are only perceptions. Many men continue to find purpose of individual life in the Pursuit of Happiness in the subjects of meaning and attachments and live miserable. Self-knowledge and the real purpose of the inner life of man does not come suddenly, it follows the transformation of mentality, invoking self-consciousness. . Any meditation technique or faith helps eliminate the idea of lust and attachment, and reaching the state of mind to relax.
