process in mind. Awareness of your life, pure individual continues to
exist with you in the subtle world of sound energy even after the death of
a physical body. Awareness of your personal life is pure real source of
spiritual wisdom. Consciousness can be experienced and witnessed until you
unfold your spiritual wisdom, emotions in mind through spiritual
meditation. Those who are aware of the
experience of spiritual meditation and spiritual wisdom is holy or pious Saint linked to fate next
incarnation.
The emotions of anger, hatred, attachments, property, etc. are always
impulsive. It represents your impulsive karma of greed, fear and
selfishness, yet. These constraints are related to your present moment of
individual life. They are not related to a form and language spoken, but
related to your present moment of basic individual life. The practice of
controlling their emotions, consciously through meditation gives strength to remain happy
even in the worst situations.
Observing emotion is consciously great meditation and spiritual
medicine. If emotions are consciously taken as a taste of the conscious
mind and complete, it releases stress from the mind and physical body and
the freedom of its side effects. You can not really experience and witness
of your emotions until you learn to organize your ideas with the memory of
many subjects and objects consciously in mind. Disconnecting from the
sense organs and thought processes of the simple mind is a work of
meditation master.
Your thoughts memory of many subjects and objects of taste, hate, fear,
hatred, greed, etc. create your selfishness. These constraints are related
to the memory of past events, learn from others, the future of your
imagination and selfishness in the individual life. These constraints are
related to your subjects and objects formed, loved or hated or feared and
your spoken language.
Your river runs memory thoughts in mind can be experienced and
witnessed until you learn to connect your sense of sight, hearing, smell,
taste, and everything that touches the world matter and determine your
conscious thought on a subject or object selected, preferably the parts of
your body or mind. Disconnecting from the sense organs of the physical
body and the practice of setting thought processes of the mind of thought
is highlighted the practice of meditation.
Learning meditation basic
Do not jump higher level of meditation, until an advanced stage are
preliminary. What have you learned from your spiritual guide for
meditation and numerous books on spirituality, yoga and meditation,
practice regularly and repeatedly until it becomes a habit.. Otherwise,
you are doomed to become a scientist with no practical use.
What is said in many books and experts on the subject, do not really
follow. Do nothing to follow that is not loved and accepted by your mind.
It is the subject of metaphysics. What is loved by you in mind, modified
it accordingly and practice it with faith and regularly? What is loved by
you in mind, without doubt, the practice of it, surely make your mind
cool. Follow it conscientiously and regularly with satisfaction and a
deadline.
Simple Meditation for beginners:
1. Your River of violence, anger, fear, hurt the pride of thought that
runs through the thought process and can not be refused in such physical
situations, until pacified with consciousness. It still hurts you in the
mind to think unconsciously. It becomes all peaceful if you practice
meditation on consciousness, in such situations. Use your situation of
violence, anger, fear of becoming free of his thoughts through the
practice of meditation.
2. Loving to expressing I am and disgusted to hear the other is the nature
of the normal man, as he met selfishness. Selfishness does not tolerate
people and things most hated. While in business or in service situations
at home or knowingly allow others to speak out and dominate. Learning to
tolerate the people and objects most hated, but it is good conscious
meditation. Continue to observe the flow of thoughts in mind and how
selfishness is the reaction in your mind, but consciously. Make a boring
person to read it all, you do not love and practice to feel your thoughts
in mind. It is great meditation and helps you stay calm in happiness, such

3. Sing with the tongue and mouth closed and practice to feel its
vibration in mind. Good meditation to really experience and witness of
your emotions. It will help you train to become the disconnection of
