I met many people in my life who have many chronic diseases like hypertension, asthma, pneumonia, anxiety, and many kinds of fear. All have one thing in common - Shortness of breath, irregular and shallow. Many people who complain they have lost their lives by practicing different beliefs, but without getting anything. . All have one thing in common - short, shallow and irregular breathing.  

Breathing is necessary for healthy life healthy body, the mental life and lives - a spiritual life. Without regular breathing, deep emotion of laughter can not be reached. Without breathing short, shallow and irregular, the emotion of anger can not be reached. With the regular breathing, the deep physical relaxation and happiness in the mind itself comes. With shortness of breath, shallow and irregular, various types of chronic diseases in the physical body, vital and sadness in the mental life is confronted in everyday life.  

Nobody can be forced to spirituality anyway faith, until he felt satisfied and happy. But the joy of life with all the different religions or beliefs can not be achieved until the breathing is free of tension. Good breathing gives you freedom from seeds of the disease around the physical body and mind. The breathing should be healthy for the healthy mind, senses and the physical body.  

Breathing healthier coordinates the mind and body. Healthy Breathing is also a supplier of oxygen to every cell of the physical body. Without enough oxygen, you can not burn the impurities in the physical body and keep your heart healthy. Good amount of oxygen is needed to digest food. To maintain the health of the brain, lungs, heart, liver and kidneys, proper breathing is essential.  

Breathing oxygen is the basic energy fuel of the bodily life. Breathing is not only connected to the lungs to supply oxygen and expel carbon dioxide from the physical body, it gives happiness to mind and relaxation in the physical life. Breathing is co-coordinator of mental health to physical life. All actions of the physical body depend on proper breathing.  

What is the difference between breathing and poor breathing? Large, deep and stable breathing is sound breathing. It causes no obstruction in the nostrils and lungs. It is a symptom of a healthy mind in a healthy physical body. Shortness of breath, the surface rough and irregular is not healthy. It adds a blockage in the nostrils and many respiratory illnesses in the lungs. It is a symptom of ill health in mind and physical body.  

Animal normal breathing in your life is still good and relaxing. Unnatural Lifestyle affects the range of healthy breathing. The life of modern man has many applications. In response, he saw the lifestyle against nature with the work that causes various types of stress. They also eat many types of products containing added salt and ingredients that affect the digestive system and other vital organs. Under these conditions, it breathes unnatural with anxiety.  

The remedy is to neutralize the effects caused by the civilized lifestyle and eating habits. Breathing exercises are regularly required to maintain healthy breathing. Sage does not have much luxury for the life of the body and are very poor and have only simple foods to eat. Sage rarely goes to medical insurance. He saw a healthier and happier life than the average human beings with different types of businesses and longevity.
