  Vigaatae = knower of interior knowledge, saakshi = of witness of thought, purushae = human life, parmaatmni = supreme soul of human life, ch. = and, ishvrae = the God of the human life, nairaashyae = free of the wish list, bandhah = bondages, mokashahae = release of human life, CH = and, Na = not, chintaa = anxiety in the thoughts, mukatyae = release of human life of, mam = me, the inactive human life.

  Translation:  The knower of interior knowledge is witness of thoughts of the human life, the supreme soul of human life and the God of the human life.  He is free from wish list ,the bondages and release of human life. He does not have any anxiety in the thoughts for the release of human life of me, the inactive human life. 14,3/.

  Interior human life:  Janaka express his spiritual experiment of the insight vision of the inactive human life which is witness of thoughts of the human life, the supreme soul of human life and the God of the human life.  The inactive human life is indifferent to the bondage and the release of human life .  As such , he is knower of interior knowledge and witness of thoughts of the human life, so do not have any anxiety for the release of human life.   

 Janaka claimed that he is knower interior knowledge while witness the brain to think that is  the active human life, while witness the supreme soul of the human life which is the lord of human life and the inactive human life and while witness the God of the human life which is lord of creator of the human life.  Knower of interior knowledge exceeds all thoughts of the bondages and release of human life .  Only those which miss interior knowledge wishes to obtain the absence of the bondages.  They feel anxiety to reach the release of human life.

  Janaka indicates that the bondages with the wish list exist in the knowledge of thought of the brain.  The knowledge of thought exists in the active human life.  The active human life exists in the insufficiency of interior knowledge. The inactive human life exists in the  of interior knowledge. So active human life needs wish list for the release of human life  and the knowledge of thought.  But the inactive human life does not have any wish list and any wish list for the release of human life of the life.
