bahih = outside, savchchhnadh = according to the proper
desire of the active human life, chaarinh = mobile,
bhraantsaya = the irrational person, eva = like, dashaa = condition,

With inside, he is free from doubt in the thoughts. But outside is
mobile according to proper desire of active human life. His state
of mind is like irrational person. Surely knower of the inner knowledge
like him understands him. /14,4/. Interior
mental vision: Janaka
express his spiritual experiment in meditation of inactive human life to
Spiritual guide Asthavakra. he
says that a He says that in inner states of the
interior brain of thought, he
have became free from doubts but outside in the body life, he is mobile
with thoughts of spontaneous desires of emerging karma like an
irrational person. He lives
a human life of child according to actions' incipient karma with the interior
knowledge that has much of contrary to his knowledge of thought.
Thus the normal people missing of interior knowledge do not
appreciate his awkward situation of the human life.
Surely knower of the inner knowledge like him understands his
human life that is free from desires in the thoughts.
Janaka indicates that the physical actions of saint who carried out interior knowledge and the normal person missing of interior knowledge are similar outside in bodily life. Their manners of the human life of the physical life are similar. They cannot be distinguished from their external way of human life. However they are distinguished in the activities of their brain of thought. The normal person carries all the activities with the knowledge of thought and the active human life. Those carried out by the inactive human life carries all the activities with interior knowledge and the inactive of the human life. The thoughts of the normal person remain lost in the desires of various objects and forms perceived. Those carried out by the inactive human life remain rested in the brain having no desire like visionary to the desires of various objects and forms perceived.
