  Pravratto-jaaytae-raagah-nivarto-dhvaesh-eva-hi-nirduandah-baalvat-dheemaan-evam-eva vyavsthitah:/16,8/.

   Pravratto = interior strategy of the thought, jaaytae = reach, raagah = the thought for the attachment.  Nivarto = free  of the strategy of the thought, dhvaesh = not to be thoughts for the attachment, eva = surely, hi = thus, nirduandah = free of the dual of thought strategy, baalvat = like a child, dheemaan= true knower of interior learning of thought strategy, evam = thus, eva = surely, vyavsthitah = is rested in the brain of the melody.

   Translation:  The interior strategy of the thought is to live in continuous process by opposing thoughts. The interior strategy of the positive thought for anything creates  negative thoughts by creating hate to it  .The interior strategy of the negative thought for anything creates  positive thoughts by creating love to it  .The true knower of the interior learning of the strategy of thought, is free of the strategy of the both positive and negative  of the thought and lives like a child who is always free in the thoughts .

The interior strategy of the thought reaches the thought for the attachment and surely the free one of the strategy of the thought reaches not to be thoughts for the attachment. Thus the true knower of the interior learning of the strategy of thought, is free of the strategy of the duel of the thought and lives like a child. Thus surely it which understands the interior learning of the strategy of thought is rested in the free thoughts of the brain.  /16.8/.

   Interior strategy of the thought:  The interior strategy of the thought creates the thought for the attachment. The  freedom from the interior strategy of the thought creates not to be thoughts for the attachment. Like a child, the true knower of interior learning of thought strategy is free of both ( thought for the attachment and not to be thoughts for the attachment) and thus lives on as a child. The interior strategy of the thought springs from usage, and not to be thoughts for the attachment from not to be in usage of strategy of the thought, but the the sage which understands interior learning of thought strategy, is free from the strategy of duel of thought and live like a child, and becomes established.

The  thought for the attachment is constant in the activity encouraged by interior strategy of the thought in the brain of the thought.  Surely the not to be thoughts for the attachment is constant in the opposing thoughts encouraged by interior strategy of the thought.  The true knower of interior learning of thought strategy is free of the the thought for the attachment and the opposing not to be thoughts for the attachment that are the strategy of duel of thought activities encouraged by interior strategy of the thought .  He becomes like a child and makes encourage activities by interior strategy of the thought dissolved in the free thoughts of the brain. 

  Astavakra indicates that the idea of the the thought for the attachment and opposing the not to be thoughts for the attachment in thoughts results from the consideration that the activities of certain things are salutary and others are harmful.  The activity spouting out of the interior strategy of the thought reaches the the thought for the attachment for worldly things and the opposing thought for the attachment in worldly of the things leads the thoughts starting from the activity to the activity.  In this way, the process of thought reaches more the thought for the attachment. 

In the same way the opposing spouting out of the interior strategy of the thought reaches the not to be thoughts for the attachment for worldly things and the not to be thoughts for the attachment in worldly of the things leads the thoughts starting from the activity to the activity.  In this way, the process of thought reaches more aversions.  Thus these two attitudes of activity and opposing frustrate the goal even envisaged in the thoughts.  The knower of this interior learning is thus indifferent to the activity and the opposing of the activity in the thoughts and is free of the the thought for the attachments and the aversions of the thoughts.

   Astavakra indicates that the knower interior learning is free of the opposed pairs of the activity and the inactivity in the brain of the thought.  Thus his external life is as a child who plays the life without any goal, without any the thought for the attachment or not to be opposed thoughts for the attachment for anything. The difference between the child and the true knower of interior learning is that the child life is lived unconsciously in underdeveloped brain of thought while the last life is lived consciously in transformed brain of thought as brain of free strategy of  thoughts.  Thus surely the knower of interior learning is rested in the brain of the free strategy of thoughts lives absolute aspect of life.
