  Translation:  The knower of the correctional facility of the true substance is  not always  in this world. It is correct that knower of the correctional facility of the true substance is happy. Because he alone is complete in this all of God of creation in system of plenary, solar and star of world.17.2

  Interior correctional facility: The knower of the correctional facility of the true substance is never distressed in this God of creation in system of plenary, solar and star of world, for the whole world  is full of himself alone. He who is content, with the correctional facility of the true substance is always in peace of God of creation in system of plenary, solar and star of world .The knower of the correctional facility of the true substance is never distressed in  this God of creation in system of plenary, solar and star of world, for the whole system of world world is full of himself alone.  Those rested in the correctional facility of the true substance  , are forever contended, happy, complete and alone in  system of plenary, solar and star of world.  The absolute aspect of the life is true dispersed substance of soul in  system of plenary, solar and star of world.  The knower of the Correctional facility of the true substance feels the absolute lifel like the motionless and illuminating and is brilliance center of all in world.  It is always visionary, creator, complete and alone in  system of plenary, solar and star of world.

  Astavakra indicates that the essential characteristic of the knower of the truth of this correctional facility of the true substance  is always happy and feels complete in all the situations, all kinds of body life and all the places  in  system of plenary, solar and star of world.  The knower of the correctional facility of the true substance is always free from perception of the duality of the individual aspect of the life.  He does not perceive anything in the interior of the shapes of the world.
