 Manah = mind simple, parkaash= illumination, sanmoh = of the delusion, swapan = to dream, jadyay = dullness of consciousness, viverjitah = prohibited, darshaam = state or the condition, kaam-UPI = beyond description, sampraptah = reached spiritual development, bhavaet = is, glit = distorts thoughts that are proved, maanasah = simple mind..

 Translation:  the illumination in the mind simple interdict the illusions, dreams and the dullness of consciousness and the state beyond the description of the spiritual development  is reached where twisted thoughts are proven badly in the simple mind which reached spiritual development/17.20/ ........

 The spiritual development - is illuminated, and is interdict of the illusion, to dream and of the dullness of consciousness in the simple mind which reached the spiritual development.
