Stage 2,17.  The statute to have the individual decision is ignorance of interior awareness:  -  

  Bodhah-matrah-aham-agiaanaat-opaadhih-kalpitah-mayaa-evam-vimarshyatah-nityam-nirpikalpay-isthiti-mam/2,17/.

  Bodhah =  spiritual awareness, matrah = simply, aham = statute to have the individual decision, aqiaanaat = ignorance, opaadhih = limitation, kalpitah = imagined, mayaa = by my statute to have the individual decision, evam = in this way, vimarshyatah = thought reflecting itself, nityam = constantly, nivpiklpay = free to make the distinction among the thought, isthiti = existing, mam = my statute to have the individual decision.

  Translation:  The statute to have the individual decision is ignorance of interior  spiritual awareness. This limitation imagined my statute to have the individual decision.
