  Yathaa =  like , Na = not, toyatah =  coming from the basic water of home interior    , bhinnah = different, targdhh- = waves, faen = foam, budbudah = bubbles, atmanah = life- forcel, Na = not, tatha = thus, bhinnam = different, vishvam = world , atam =  life-force, vingartam = emanating or beginning. 

Translation: Like the waves, foam and the bubbles which come from the basic water of the home interior  are not different from the basic water of the  home interior, so much all this of the world which emanated from the basic life-force of the  home interior, is not other than the basic life-force of home interior. 2
