  Udhaeti = emerging, bhvatah = your (interior element of soul in spiritual peace), vishvam = world, vaaridheh = of the sea, eva = like, budbudhah = bubbles, iti = this, giaatvaa = know, ekam = one, aatmaanam = soul, evam = in this way, eva = surely, layam = the state of dissolution of the thoughts, vraja = attain.

  Translation: The world emerges from your interior element of soul in spiritual peace, like bubbles of the sea. To know this interior element of soul in spiritual peace to be one. In this way, to surely reach the state of dissolution of the thoughts. All this comes from the interior element of the soul in spiritual peace, like bubbles out of the sea. To know each other the interior element of the soul in spiritual peace but one, you can go to your rest.

Human  is a combination of mind having sense of thoughts and interior element of soul in spiritual peace. Interior element of soul in spiritual peace in its ultimate analysis is an aspect of sense of thoughts. Nothing but soul exists. Soul alone is reality.
There are three worlds, like three aspects composing reality: interior element of soul in spiritual peace, mind having sense of thoughts of human in world.  All the things and objects in world emerge  in human  with mind having sense of thoughts like like bubbles of soul.. The soul expresses itself through its instruments, the interior element of the soul in spiritual peace, the human  mind having sense of thoughts and objects in world like bubbles of soul. It is only an infinitesimal part of the universal soul which expresses itself; like bubbles of soul ..

The world of objects is appreciated by the five empirical senses of the mind of human. The world of  human is appreciated inwardly by its mind of thoughts. The world of interior element of the soul in spiritual peace is appreciated by human empty of thoughts. The soul is one and the same, and each spiritual person manifests a portion of it, like the spiritual lamp expressing a tiny fragment of the spiritual electricity. The spiritual world is the world of light of  interior element of soul in spiritual peace, and its distinguishing attribute is interior element of soul in spiritual peace.

Every person is aware of interior element of soul in spiritual peace.    Astavakra indicates that pure thoughts perceived of exterior sphere of the world and interior spiritual peace of the soul as such of interior peace of soul cannot be expressed in words of the thoughts in complete state dissolution of thoughts.  To attain the interior spiritual peace of the soul only to be true element of world, also  attain complete state dissolution of thoughts of these virtuous and pure thoughts in the brain spiritual in peace.  In this way, surely he will attain the complete state of dissolution of the thoughts and spiritual peace of the soul. 

 To carry even the thought of all in world like body of spiritual peace of the soul and this emanated from the spiritual peace of the soul by the illumination of the the soul carries seeds of the thoughts.  This means that the state of complete dissolution of the thoughts had not attained.  Until the complete dissolution of the thoughts is attained, the true  interior knowledge of the spiritual peace of soul emerging like bubbles in the world and the spiritual peace of the soul as an only true element of world in the tranquility of interior knowledge are not possible.

  The claiming truth carried by the interior spiritual peace of the soul, cannot be perceived by thought knowledge.  Thus, spiritual disciple claimed the interior spiritual peace of the soul is not true.  This virtuous thought was gained from the councils of the spiritual guide or reading of spiritual Scriptures or some other external spiritual sources of peace.  Astavakra suggest demolishing these thoughts moreover while entering the state of complete dissolution of the thoughts and by considering that all in world is nothing but the emerging element of the spiritual peace of the soul like bubbles of the sea.

  This interior spiritual peace of the soul of world is not duel and is alone in world.  The motionless spiritual peace is simply dispersed posting of soul in world.  All the rest emerging in the external sphere of the world is gleam of the image of mirror of the spiritual peace in world.  In this way, he will attain surely the state of dissolution of the complete process of thoughts.  The door of the true  interior spiritual peace of the soul and its motionless spiritual peace in the brain is located close attaining the complete state of dissolution of the thoughts.

  He suggests the second method for the  interior spiritual peace of the soul after the complete state of dissolution of the thoughts of the brain of the thought.  Demolish the all falsified thoughts of interior knowledge in the brain of the thoughts, while entering in the spiritual peace in mind.  Dissolve yourself and are rolled up of all in the world which is thought in to the brain of the spiritual peace, and rest in the  spiritual peace of soul by spiritual meditation.  Regard emerging all kinds of life in the world as the emerging spiritual peace and illuminating of element of the spiritual peace of the soul like bubbles of the sea and this soul one.  In this way, attain surely the state of dissolution of the thoughts. 

 Spiritual guide indicates that water is the only true substance of the sea like the bubbles.  The names of the bubbles and the shape of the bubbles are false aspect in the thoughts.  If the interior of the bubbles is analyzed, it also seems water.  In the unchanged manner, all what rise in the galaxies of stars and its, the solar systems, the planets and much of forms and things on interior analyses appear as rising elements of interior element of soul in spiritual peace and nothing else.  The unchanged manner, all that rises in interior element of soul in spiritual peace elements on interior analyses appears as rising elements subtle of soul.  The unchanged manner, all that rises in the elements subtle on interior analyses appears as rising the elements subtlest of the brain of the spiritual peace.  The unchanged manner, all that rises in the elements subtlest of the brain of spiritual peace on interior analyses appears as rising element of the spiritual peace of the soul.

  Astavakra indicates to spiritual disciple to consider the world as emerging you, the element of the spiritual peace of the soul like bubbles of the sea.  Know this soul to be one.  In this way, he will attain surely the complete state of dissolution of the thoughts.
