  Mayi-anantah-mahaambhodho-jagdweevchih-savbhaavat:udaetu-vaa-ustam-aayaatu-Na-mae-vradhih-Na-CH-shatih:/7,2/.

  Mayi = in me, anantah = unlimited, mahaambhodho = the spiritual ocean, jagdweevchih = the waves of the boats of the life of the world, savbhaavat = by its own instinct, udaetu = rise, vaa = or, ustam = dissolve, aayaatu = extension, Na = not, mae = I, vradhih = increase Na = not, ch=and, shatih = reduce.

  Translation:  In me (self healing of general life) , the elements of the unlimited spiritual ocean  , the waves of the boats of the life general of the world by its own extension of instinct go up or dissolve.  I (self healing of general life) in the unlimited spiritual ocean neither is increased or nor is reduced.  /7.2/.

   Interior self healing: It is in the unlimited spiritual ocean of my self healing of general life that the world bark wanders here and there, driven by its own inner wind. My self healing of general life is not upset by that. Let the world wave rise or vanish of its own nature in the unlimited spiritual ocean of my self healing of general life. There is no increase or diminution to me from the unlimited spiritual ocean. It is in the unlimited spiritual ocean of my self healing of general life that the imagination called the world takes place. I am supremely peaceful and formless, and as such I remain. My self healing of general life is not contained in objects, nor does any object exist in my self healing of general life. My  self healing of general life is infinite and spotless. So self healing of general life is unattached. My self healing of general life desire less . My self healing of general life is at peace, and as such I remain in the spiritual ocean , which is neither  increased or nor  reduced. .Truly my self healing of general life is pure consciousness, and the world is like a conjuror's show, so how could I imagine there is anything there to take up or reject?

 The Janaka  expresses his experiment of the interior self healing of general life to the spiritual guide Astavakra on the state of dissolution of the thought of self healing of general life.  A boat of self healing of general life  like wave   is not other than the water of the unlimited spiritual ocean.  The unlimited spiritual ocean is same with and without the boat of life general like waves of water.  The boat of self healing of general life like waves of water continue to extend rise and fall from according to its instinct and without increasing or reducing water of the unlimited water of the spiritual ocean.

  The same way, spiritual ocean unlimited of the self healing of general life remains the same one with and without the waves likes boats of the life general of the world.  The waves like boats of the life general of the world continue to extend and to fall according to its actions and movements in instinct and without increasing or reducing the unlimited spiritual ocean of the self healing of general life.  The boats of the life general are only the name of the form that neither add or increase or reduce the water of the spiritual ocean of the interior self healing of general life.  The world and its objects are simply the imagined thoughts of the life general .

  In the waves of the thought, only the name and the forms were added to the life general .  There are no increase or reduction in true life general .  Thus when the world appears in the guideline of the life general being, the names and the superimposed forms do not affect the interior life general  .  When the waves of the thought disappear, the name and the shapes of the world also disappear from the life general being.

  The same way, when this image of mirror of life general also disappears from the interior self healing of general life, the interior knowledge of the spiritual ocean of the soul is carried out.  The element of the self healing of general life  that is the unlimited spiritual ocean is not increased or is not decreased in the brain spiritual.  The direction of the life general being  is only image of mirror of the self healing of general life of  soul and of all in world is only manifestation of the unlimited life general.

 Thus the changing direction of the thought or to dissolve the state of thoughts of the life general being, does not affect the spiritual ocean of the self healing of general life. . 
The self healing of general life does not means isolation---being alone, being outside absolute life.
In fact, the concept of self healing of general life does not make sense in the absence of other human beings.
The belief that self healing of general life means being alone leads people to say that self healing of general life is incompatible with cooperation. Living in absolute life, cooperating with other people---these are tremendous benefits. Self healing of general life does not deny this. But not all arrangements of living and working with other men are beneficial to the human life. Self healing of general life is a theory of the conditions under which living and working with others is, in fact, beneficial.
