Transliteration:- 

Sochi_soch_na_hovaee_je_sochee_lakh_vaar. 
Chupai_chup_na_hovaee_je_laae_rehaa_liv-taar.  Bhukhiaa_bhukh_na_utree_je_bannaa_pureeaa_bhaar.  Sahas_siaanpaa_lakh_hohe_ta_ik_Na_chalai_naal.  Kiv_sachiaaraa_hoeeai_Kiv_koorai_tutai_paal.  Hukam_rajaaee_chalanae_Nanak_likhiaa_naal.  verse_1.

 Dictionary: -. 

Sochi = thought.  Soch = purity.  Na = not.   Hovaee = carry out.  Je = while.  Sochee = thought of the purity. Lakh = hundred and thousand.  Vaar = times.    Chupai = the thought of silence.  Chup = silence.  Hovaee = carry out.  Laae-rehaa = remain in a significant attention. Livtaar = absorptive without interruption.    Bhukhiaa = the famished person. Bhukh = thought of hunger. Utree = satisfy.  Bannaa = tied with. Pureeaa = the food cooked with the furnace.  Bhaar = loads.  Sahas = thousands.  Siaanpaa = the wisdom of thought.  Hohe = carried out.   Ta = even then.   Ik = one.   Chalai-naal = to go within to guide the truth of thought.    Kiv = how.  Sachiaaraa = which carries out the truth in the thought. Hoeeai = become.  Koorai = the memory of the untruth in the thought.  Tutai = to break. Paal = the walls.   Hukam = the orders of the soul to the natural  meditation  which appear in the feeling of the physical life. Rajaaee = be accepted.  Chalanae = of the feeling are carried consequently with.  Likhiaa = written karma being born.  Naal = go with to guide.  verse_1.   

 Translation: -.   

The thought  of the purity  do not carry out the purity, while the thought of the purity  are carried out a hundred and thousand  times. The thought of silence  do not carry out silence , even if the thought of silence remain in the significant thought (Laae-rehaa) and while absorptive without interruption (Livtaar).  The thought of the hunger (Bhukh) do not satisfy the famished person (Bhukhiaa), even if the load  of the food cooked with the furnace (Pureeaa) is attached with the body of the famished person.  The wisdom of thought (Siaanpaa) carried out can be thousands, even in this case, single thought of wisdom do not go with to guide the truth of wisdom of the feeling.  

 How to become which carries out the truth of feeling in the thought large?  How to break the walls of the memory of the untruth in the thought (Koorai)?  The orders of the soul to the natural  meditation  which appear in the feeling of the physical life  are accepted and of the feeling are carried consequently with.  Hukam is the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  (Surat) being born and in inside feeling with meditation  will guide the truth of wisdom of the thought.  It is assertion of Guru_Nanak.  verse_1. 

  Spiritual insight: -.

The feeling of pure thought in brain of center is wisdom of power of life. The physical life of the person in the meditation carry the normal desire of the karma and live with memory of many things.

The thought  is a continuous process and does not have any end.  While thinking on a thing, the normal person think of many thought carried of the old experiments, learned from the parents and the schools and civilization.  She supposes many thought about it.  She thinks of being in conflict and of the apprehensive thought in her favor and against.  She becomes disciple of many thought about the thing while thinking without interruption above it.  But it does not conclude a simple pure thought (feeling).  It does not have feeling of the real contents of the thing.   

It is supported by Guru_Nanak that by considering thought , the wisdom of thought does not conclude a pure thought (feeling), even if the thought are to be considered continuous a hundred and thousand times.  The feeling of the karma and the expression of a thing in the moment running is a pure thought and it itself comes in the natural  meditation . The feeling of the karma coming from the soul with the approval from the union of God  is pure Hukam.  It must be accepted and followed contentedly like karma natural .  It is the pure enlightened wisdom of the center.  The thought is not entity simple but a cover of the continuous process of past, future and many assumed claims, thus it never comes to finish.   

While trying to cease thinking, it continues to think concerning the thought like object.  The memory of wisdom of thought continues to reconsider and update its thought.  It continues to think like dreams during the sleep.  The violent one, the apprehensive one, the hatred or the thought of the attachment about a thing cannot be stopped by the power of thought.  More try to stop thought, more violent one the thought become.  You cannot have feeling of wisdom of center or listen to the union of God   with the thought, which is carried out by practice of the meditation .

 Guru_Nanak supports that while considering thought of silence, the thought  does not become quiet, even if inclination to deaden the thought to remain in a significant silence and without interruption.  The thought cannot think of the moment running of time.  Start to have the feeling of the greatest attention about a thing or of an individual in the current moment.  This will return to you free from many thought.  The physical life in mode of the meditation   is the contented person, which is free from side effects of much of thought.  

 A thought  is created by the cerebral brain  to carry a desire.  Until the desire is carried out, the thought cannot be finished.  A thought  can be temporarily hidden while creating or while carrying another thought having a stronger desire.  Thus the thought having certain desire have its own cycle.  The thought cannot be finished until their desires are filled or their normal cycles became complete.  The desires unfulfilled in the thought create many fears; frighten them and carry hatred and affection which continues in the thought as continuous process.   

Clothing of the hunger thought with the desire for food cannot be satiated until its desire for food is accomplished.  Simply while carrying food, the desire for food in the thought of the hunger cannot be satiated.  Until you order desires in much of thought with the practice of the meditation  (Japu), you cannot become free of memory of its thought.  You cannot listen or feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  being born (Karma) with the thought.   

While to consider as being free of the hunger, the thought of the hunger of famished are not satiated, even if the load of the food cooked with the furnace is attached with the body of the famished the person.  The person with meditation  is contented person who is free of side effects of the desires in the memory of thought of the cerebral brain .  The feeling of the karma and the expression in the moment running are the desires of the natural  karma.  One should accept it and followed it without any hope and simply like play.  

 In this way, the practice of the meditation  dissolves all the thought and releases them to listen for echo of tranquility.  It is manner of the pure life, although it may seem sinful or virtuous, good or bad, with the wisdom of logic and the wisdom of belief.  With thought, all the wisdom of logic and science and belief are learned from the experiments of the others.  With thought, a person can be trained to fight the war with courage or to become an intellectual to teach the others or study of the substance in a thing.  All the activities of the business and the service are carried with thought.  The thought and its desires move you in the substance world. 

 The thought activate to the physical life.  The thought create the arrogance of a separate personality in the pure interior life-form.  Courage and intellect in the thought do not train you to understand the interior operation of the growth and the ageing of the physical body and the life-form.  Courage and intellect in the thought do not train you to live the physical life contentedly, according to the natural  karma. Courage and intellect in the thought does not train you to listen with meditation . Courage and intellect in the thought does not train you to feeling the karma and penetrate in brain  of the center. It does not train to  the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation   being born  .Courage and intellect in the thought do not train you to listen to the soul (atma).  Courage and intellect in the thought do not train you to listen to the temple of the pious grace which is in the union of God   in brain  of the center. Courage and intellect in the thought do not train you to  the feeling of pure God . 

 It is supported by Guru_Nanak that courage and intellect in the thought can be one hundred of thousands, do not show the way to pure life. The pure way of life of the person is carried with the meditation  by calm person  or the purified person .  The thought are a branch of the wisdom of the center  which treats only wisdom the external images .  It does not understand the wisdom of the center which is shapeless.  Does a question arise how thought of placing order and how to really examine the person who is without thought and of her desires?  How to become really suitable to be really support of a pure person large? How to really feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  being born  coming from the soul with the approval of the union of God  and penetrate in brain  of the center? How to really listen to the interior soul ()? How to really feeling the union of God   which is without thought?  How to really greet soul in the Ik_Onkaar?  How to really feeling  hello to pure God  in mode of meditation ?   

There are many religious conviction and purified persons and deity and prophets, and their much of holy manuscripts which states to choose the truth with thought.  There are many stating thought on various techniques to practice of meditation  and worship and ritual and love.  How to choose pure thought of the faith to think what will be applicable to any person having different faiths, practical, and beings of life model?  Does this thought  continue to drive out many people?  How do you get rid of all the many thought by choosing a correct thought / feeling?  

Guru_Nanak declares that the karma written by the soul is carried inside brain  of the center.  It continues to raise expressions of the tastes in the cerebral brain  in the current moment.  These expressions of the tastes of karma represent a pure feeling and come in the meditation  of a pure person .  The feeling with the meditation  is accepted and paid like pure thought.  The feeling with the meditation  is accepted and lived like a pure thought.  The pure person  is contentedly lived while ordering of those thought as per the expressions of the taste of this pure thought.  When the person is lived while in practice of the meditation , the pure person large is lived itself. When the person is lived with the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  being born , the pure person large is lived itself.

  The pure physical life large is lived with the greatest wisdom of brain  of the center, which always remains entirely camouflaged under thought in the cerebral brain .  The various ways of physical life called individual or a person is lived by camouflaging the meditation  in the thought.  So individual life is lived with continuous dismounting of meditation  and continues to be ordered by thought.  However the interior of the physical life continues to be lived according to orders' of the soul , which is the feeling of the karma, in the natural  meditation  .  

When the activities wished by thought are in agreement with the karma incipient from the soul , the person carries the happy thought.  It becomes attached to the shape of the person or the thing of the activity examined in the memory of wisdom of the thought.  It starts to wish more such experiments of activity in the thought.  When the activities desired by thought of the person contradict to the feeling of the karma incipient from the soul , the person feels unhappy in the thought.  It regards such a training of the person or thing of the activity examined as the enemy.  Thus it hates it and starts to wish to avoid such an activity in the memory of wisdom of the thought.  When it is not possible, the person suffers from the tensions, fears and the pain in the thought.   

The revolving disc of the center in brain  of the center does not understand any thought  of in any language of the person and is thus detached with like or hatred of a person to any person or with the thing.  The memory of wisdom of the thought in the cerebral brain  is a branch of the physical life which is useful to understand the natural world and to carry various activities in formed world.  The memory of wisdom of the thought does not help to understand the interior brain  of center and the interior life-form and the creator Ik_Onkaar.  

 In this verse , Guru_Nanak discusses various common techniques employed to dissolve thought and to break the camouflage of wisdom of the thought surrounding with the meditation  of the person.  Conclusion is that the increased thought or the decreased thought or to carry continuous thought or the quality improved of thought or to carry the memory of courage and intellect in the thought, do not allow the penetration in the meditation  and brain  of center of a life-form.  Moreover, the holding of the camouflaged meditation  in the memory of wisdom of the thought cannot penetrate in the feeling of the karma coming from the soul with the approval from the union of God .   

The concluded way must learn how to order thought and to obtain write of the desired subliminal impressions in the disc of brain  of the center with the practice of the meditation   .This is attained while wishing during the practice of meditation , and while playing of the activities depending on the natural  feeling in the meditation  which is the orders of karma of soul .The feeling of pure thought in brain of center is wisdom of power of life. The physical life of the person in the meditation carry the normal desire of the karma and live with memory of many things.   verse_1.
