 The state  of the broken physical life in the power of brain  cannot be spoken.   Nothing can be vision in the interior of power of brain .  If somebody speaks about the broken physical life in the power of brain , it will repent after the realization of his false speech.

Manne_kee_gat_kahee_na_jaae.
Je_ko_kahai_puchhai_pachhutaae.
Kaagad_kalam_na_likhan_haar.
 Manne_ka_baih_karan_veechaar.
Aisaa_naam_niranjan_hoe.
Je_ko_Manni_jaanai_mann_koe. verse 12.

Dictionary: -.  Maane = broken physical life in the power of brain .  Kee = of.  Gat = the state.  Kahee = spoken.  Na = not.  Jaaee = can be.  JE = if.  KB = somebody.  Kahai = speak.  Puchhai = afterwards.  Pachhutaae = repent.  Kaagad = writing paper.  Kalam = the fountain pen of the writing.  Likhanhaar = the author.  Ka = of.  Baih = stay.  Karan = carry out.  Veechaar = consideration.  Aisaa = such.  Naam = name of.  Niranjan = independent purity.  Hoe = is.  JE = if.  KB = somebody.  Manni = broken physical life in the power of brain .  Jaanai = realize.  Man = power of brain .  Koe = not aspect for the consideration.  verse_12.

  Translation: -.

The state  of the broken physical life in the power of brain (Man) cannot be spoken.  If somebody speaks about the broken physical life in the power of brain (Man), it will repent after the realization of his false speech. While a person carries the broken physical life in the power of brain (Man), there is no memory of wisdom of the thought (Likhanhaar) like the author, to write on the power of brain (Kaagad) like the writing paper, with the process of thought (Kalam) like the fountain pen of the writing in the power of brain .   The broken physical life with its memory of wisdom of the thought and power of brain and process of thought cannot carry out the consideration of the broken physical life in the power of brain (Man) .Because it is a creation of the purity independent of the soul in the power of brain .  Such is the name of the purity independent (Niranjan) of the broken physical life in the power of brain (Man), that the  Spiritual insight of the person examining its broken physical life in the power of brain (Man) realize that power of brain (Man) is not aspect for the consideration.  It is announcement  of Guru_Nanak.verse_12.

   Spiritual insight: -.

 In the preceding announcement , the conclusion is that the truth of the pure character of the purified person  and clam people (Sant) and of the governor of the spiritual rules of the world  cannot be carried out with the wisdom of the thought  ) in the manner of the thinking.  The truth of the pure character of these people can be examined by listening to its feeling by practice of meditation  .  The manner of the thought does not penetrate in the feeling of the meditation  and does not obtain wisdom of the center  of the pure nature of any subject or the object in the power of brain .   

In the twelfth with the fifteenth basic announcement  of the faith for the manner of the physical life of Sikhism, Guru_Nanak moralize about the state of the broken physical life in the power of brain , which cannot be carried out in the power of brain with the mode of thinking and consideration.  The broken physical life in the power of brain  carries out the independent purity supremely and the  Spiritual insight of the person examining it can not consider it with the mode  of thinking in the outer power of brain .  Only the purified meditation  of the broken physical life can move in the great purity of the power of brain which is house of the soul. The pure character of echo of the serenity  is the creator of the soul .  Nothing can be vision in the interior of power of brain .  

 While a person carries the broken physical life in the power of brain , its physical life along with memory of wisdom of thought   (Vigaan) is practically in a state of thoughtless (Samadhi).  The all activities projected for the purification of the power of brain and to truly understand its thought   and feeling ends in this state of thoughtless. It is mode of natural  meditation   in soul. The broken physical life in the power of brain  is state where meditation  has reached at its inner last part  of natural  meditation . The state (Gat) of the broken physical life in the power of brain  cannot be spoken.  If somebody speaks about the broken physical life in power of brain , it repents after the realization of his false speech.  The broken physical life of a person in the power of brain  is free of the memory of wisdom of the thought   of the external power of brain . Thus it is the majority of the state purified of any person.  

 While to be direct meditation  in the power of brain , the indicated speed of the state thoughtless of any person cannot be explained with memory of the wisdom of thought  .  The speed of the withdrawal of the thought   of the power of brain and to listen to its feeling by practice of the meditation  of any person and to rest it directly in the power of brain cannot be measured.  Really there is no activity of the broken physical life of a person in the power of brain .  Any velocity measurement of the person in the power of brain needs the identity of the place and the period of the beginning and the destination.  While to be direct physical life of a person in the power of brain , the state of thought of the power of brain of the person becomes free of the identity and time.  While being the direct physical life of a person in the power of brain , state of thought of the power of brain of the person become free of the activity, thus of it cannot be explained.  If any person says that it carried out the state of thought of the power of brain which measures the speed of the withdrawal of the thought   of the activity of the things and to rest it directly in the state thoughtless in the power of brain , will repent after the realization of his false report.   

All the thought   are connected to the identity of the forms and the activity and time and the place in the external power of brain .  There is no activity and time and formed place in the physical life in the internal power of brain .  While a person carries the physical life in the internal power of brain  by practice of meditation , there is no author like the memory of wisdom of the thought to write on the power of brain  like the writing paper with the process of thought  like the fountain pen of the writing in the power of brain .  The physical life with its memory of wisdom of thought and power of brain and process of thought cannot remain and carry out the consideration of the broken physical life in the power of brain , because it is creation of the purity independent of the soul in the power of brain .  

 All the thought   are connected to the thought   of the past or imagination of the future in the external power of brain .  All wisdom of center  in the power of brain is connected only to the inactivity and activity of the current moment. All karma activities of current moment are controlled and carried out by the wisdom of center  in the power of brain .  All the thought   of the external power of brain are connected to the activities of the thought   of the past or the imagination of the future.  To be direct in the internal power of brain of a person comes when a person become free of external power of brain and of its thought  .  To be direct truth in the internal power of brain of a person is a state thoughtless (Samadhi).  The external power of brain and its thought   are like the moon and its light which exist with the camouflage of the sunlight.  When the sun and its light appear, the moon and its light become broken in the light of the sun.  The similar mode  while a person carries her physical life in the internal power of brain , of her external power of brain and of its thought   which exist with the rotation power of the natural  meditation   in the external power of brain becomes broken in it. 

  In the state of broken physical life in the power of brain , there is no writing paper like the power of brain , the fountain pen of the inscription like the process of the thought and the author like the memory of the power of brain .  The memory of wisdom of thought   absent from the power of brain , the person as the child does not consider anything.  By missing these, the wisdom of thought obtained by a person in a state of physical life in the power of brain becomes inactive.  Because of in the top, a pure experiment of the person who is directly thoughtless (Samadhi) while in meditation  cannot be reported with words.  If any person affirms to have so exact experience in thoughtless state (Smadhi) created by practice of meditation , it is always remote to the destination of pure Samadhi.  In the state of Samadhi the all questions carried out in the memory of wisdom of the thought  , by the person become lost itself.  Even the listening of the feeling of the meditation  in the power of brain becomes lost itself.  The temple of the insulation of regeneration and the echo of the serenity of center  is reached.  Only the purified revolving power of the meditation  in the power of brain can exist for a long time in the great purity in the internal state of power of brain .

  While to be direct in the physical life in the power of brain , nothing can be tested. All examined are perception of the human thought  .  Such is great purity of power of brain that the vision of the test of any person of the penetration in the meditation  becomes broken in it.  Only the pure meditation  of a person can move in the great purity of the grace of soul.  To be really direct in the physical life in the power of brain , the person must refine her thought  , process of the thought   and egoism.  With each principal immersion in the course of thought and returned egoism, to listen to the feeling by practice of meditation  becomes sharpens.  The pure meditation  in the power of brain is not an activity which can be gained.  It comes like vision from blessing from interior traction from the soul / Ik_Onkar to the purified and calm people (Sant). On line Free Complete!  Icons of God | Images Human Body | Samadhi Yoga | Meditation Technique | Punjabi Spiritual Songs | Astavakta Gita | Kaivala Yoga | Vibhuti Yoga |

Under data is to practice of the meditation  on the physical life in the power of brain ): -.

Visit a certain calm place, preferably in the bushes.  While holding the spine and the neck and the principal vertical, carry comfortably the fixed maintenance .  Carry out both hands close to the expression of the face and fix them in a convenient maintenance.  Cover the two eyes with the two fingers of the two hands and the two ears with one finger of the two hands without jolt.  You ensure that the eyes cannot see that something including the light and the ears cannot hear any noise of near, and there is no hard pressure on eyes and ears with hands and its fingers.  In this situation, start to remember the pure character of echo of the serenity  given in the beginning of verse and to listen to feeling  it with practice of the meditation .  

 Raise your meditation  on these virtuous thought   and feeling  becoming broken in its listening.  With the some practice as regards month with the practice of meditation , you will become able to listen to its feeling and the interior noises coming from with in the power of brain .  This approaches with the state thoughtless with the power of brain .  Continue this practice with the meditation   during roughly five minutes and at least four times per day.  It purifies the thought   and its desires.  It regenerates and purifies many of mental disorders and chronic diseases.  It increases the wisdom of the center  in the feeling of the power of brain .  It reaches the perfection in listening to its feeling by practice of meditation  in the power of brain .  The state of the broken physical life in the power of brain  which is state of thoughtless comes itself like vision from the blessing to the ripe and purified persons (San).verse_12.
