The natural  meditation  cannot be reached in the union with God  by prolongation with appreciation  which is with the mode  of thinking. To continue to appreciate   the appreciable  echo of the serenity  with the thought  , in this mode to think  the natural  meditation  cannot be reached in the union with God.

Saalaahee_saalaah_etee_surat_na_paaeaa.
Nadeeaa_atai_vaah_paveh_samund_na_jaaneeaih.
Samund_saah_sultaan_girhaa_setee_maal_dhan.
Keeree_tul_na_hovanee_je_tis_manoh_na_veesareh. verse-23 .

 Dictionary: -. 

Saalaahee_Saalaah = continue to appreciate  the appreciable  one with thought  .  Etee = in this mode  of thinking.  Surat = natural  meditation .  Na = not.  Paaeaa = reached.  Nadeeaa = waterway.  Atai = and.  Vaah = the tributary of the rivers.  Paveh = enter.  Samund = the ocean.  Na = not.  Jaaneeaih = realization.  Saah = the owner of the richness.  Sultaan = monarch of the country.  Girhaa = mountains .Setee = similar to.  Maal = goods.  Dhan = richness.  Keeree = an ant or a small insect.  Tul = in the comparison .Hovanee = take place.  Je = while.  Tis = it (the union with God  ).  Manoh = in the brain  of the center.  Veesareh = not to forget.  verse_23.

To continue to appreciate   the appreciable  echo of the serenity  with the thought  , in this mode to think  the natural  meditation   cannot be reached in him.  It is as the waterway and the tributary of the river enter the ocean not having any realization of the ocean. The owner of the richness of the ocean and the monarch of the country  which have the mountains  of the goods  and the richness , does not have any comparison  with an ant which does not forget  echo of the serenity  of the pure God in the brain  of the center .  It is announcement  of Guru_Nanak.  verse-23.

  Spiritual insight:  -. 

 In the preceding verse , conclusion is that the accounts interior and outside of the natural world of the infinite environmental spheres to be without last part  cannot be carried out by any person.  The root of all these infinite spheres of the planet and its physical life is a pure substance which is echo of the serenity (Ik_Onkar or Baani of the pure God and it’s the soul (Atma). The all attempts to record the accounts interior and outside of the natural world of the infinite environmental spheres by various noble people in various Spiritual Scriptures of the various religions are tentative futile and all these Spiritual Scriptures are becoming destroyed before any conclusion.  The feeling of the pure echo of the serenity  cannot be fixed in the temporary coded noises of the words.  But individual could examine his pure feeling by saturation in him by listening to the feeling in the meditation  and while carrying the natural  meditation  in the brain  of the center . 

  In the twenty-third basic announcement s of the faith for the mode  of the physical life of Sikhism, Guru_Nanak declare the natural  meditation  cannot be reached in the union with God   by prolongation with appreciation  which is with the mode  of thinking.  The realization and to remember the union with God   in the natural  meditation  is better than to be owner of the richness and the monarch of country with the state of distraction in thought  .  Many noble people continue to be confused with the difference to appreciate  in mode of thinking (Saalaah) and feeling in mode of the meditation   and to remain in the natural  meditation  .  The practice of the appreciation of the creator is carried out in mode  of thinking  while the practice of the meditation  is carried with the feeling (Mehsoos).  

 The pure realization and to remember is tested in mode of the natural  meditation .  The practice of the appreciation of the creator is carried out with the language in the power of brain while the practice of the meditation  is carried with echo of the serenity in the interior of the brain.  The natural  meditation  is carried out with echo of the serenity in the brain  of the center.  The practice of the appreciation of the creator is carried out with having a certain perception formed in the memory of the power of brain while the practice of the meditation  is carried out with not having any perception formed in the memory of the interior of the brain.  

 The natural  meditation  is carried out while broken in unformed soul (Atma) in the brain  of the center.  The practice of the appreciation of the creator is carried out while holding the individual life separated from the soul.  The practice of the meditation  of the creator is carried out while holding the individual life in the soul.  The natural  meditation   is carried out while dissolving the individual life in the soul.  The practice of the appreciation (Jap) of the creator is carried out with memory of the developed interior of the brain.  The practice of the meditation  (Japu) is carried out with the feeling incipient in the interior of the brain.  The natural  meditation   is carried out with memory of the brain  of the center which is root of the developed or underdeveloped interior of the brain.   

The mode  of thinking belongs to the power of brain of the physical life.  It fades with the sleep or the death of the physical body.  The meditation  is the pure part of the variable life.  It continues to judge its dreamy life during the sleep and it continues to feeling the vibration of the desires of entourage of seeds of karma during the death of the physical life.  The natural  meditation   is pure life unchangeable.  It continues to accept and apply with the satisfaction to the orders at the soul during and after the physical life.

 The practice to appreciation camouflage the meditation  in the memory of wisdom of the thought  .  The mode  of thinking cannot penetrate in the brain  of the center.  The mode of the meditation  which is the Guru of all the thought   can penetrate in the brain  of the center.  The continuation of the thought   of the appreciation of the soul continues to hold the meditation  in the formed and things of the natural world and does not help its penetration in the natural  meditation   in the brain  of the center.

 The thought   of the outer part of power of brain are connected to the bodily life.  With thought   of the bodily life, the person continues to struggle for happiness. So the bodily life remains unhappy even while in mode of inner happyiness of feelings of life-form. The meditation  is connected to the life-form (Jeea).  The true happy or unhappy expression of the feeling of the life-form is felt with practice of the meditation .  The natural  meditation  is connected to the soul (Atma).  The natural  meditation  is mode of reddening of the life-form.  

 All the orders of karma of the soul are carried out with acceptance and achieve satisfaction in the natural  meditation .  All the orders of karma of the soul in the meditation  are carried out with the expression of feeling.  The practice with the meditation  finishes in the natural  meditation .  The door of the release of the cycle of life is located in the natural  meditation .  The door of the pure realization is located in mode of meditation .  The door of the mode of the meditation  is located in the absence of the mode  of thinking.  

 In mode  of thinking, the repeated appreciation (Pooja) of the soul or anything does not penetrate in the natural  meditation .  Thus it does not give any advantage except relieving to the bad thought  .  To continue to appreciate  (Pooja) the appreciable  creator who is the soul, the mode  of thinking cannot fix the natural  meditation   in him.  It is as the waterway and the tributary of the river enter the ocean, but do not carry out any meditation  in the ocean.  To continue to appreciate  (Pooja) does not help to raise the mode of the meditation  in him, thus this sterile exercise of relieving.  To continue to practice with the meditation   for anything helps to thus raise the mode of the meditation  in him, salutary and medicine of all the mental and physical disorders of the physical life.  

The owner of the richness (Saah) of the ocean (Samund) which has the mountains (Girhaa) of the goods (Maal) and the richness (Dhan) does not have any comparison (Tul) with an ant which does not forget (Veesareh) echo of the serenity  of the pure God in the brain  of the center (Manoh). The monarch of the country (Sultaan) which has the mountains (Girhaa) of the goods (Maal) and the richness (Dhan) also does not have any comparison (Tul) with an ant which does not forget (Veesareh) echo of the serenity  of the pure God in the brain  of the center (Manoh). 

The owner of the richness (Saah) and the monarch of the country (Sultaan) are not having any awareness.  An ant which does not forget the soul in the brain  of the center is in mode of the meditation .  The comparative physical life of an ant without possessions but broken in mode of meditation  is better than the physical life of the owner of the richness (Saah) and the monarch of the country (Sultaan) which have distraction of thought   from mode of meditation .  Within the spiritual limits, the physical life which has more practice of the meditation  is always better.  The goal of the practice with the meditation  is to raise and test the mode of the meditation  in the soul.  

 The wisdom of the thought   is carried out with wisdom of formed.  Raising the meditation  with the practice realizes the falseness in the wisdom of the thought  .  The wisdom of the thought   is the transitory wisdom of formed of natural world which is carried inside the state of distraction.  It cannot be in the natural  meditation   in the brain  of the center, because thought   cannot be carried to unformed and are simply dispersal of the thought   of formed.  Of even the mode  of living of ant with in the mode of meditation , is better than the human life lived with the state of distraction in the thought   and its transitory wisdom of the thought   and with him supporting all the best power and possessions of the world.

  The thought   are the simply transitory wisdom of the forms, and are carried out in the memory of the state being ignorant of the brain .  With him, the natural  meditation  and its wisdom of center cannot be carried out.  The appreciation of  Ohm  with the thought   without interruption, this much does not carry out the pure character of  Ohm .  It is because,  Ohm  exist in the natural  meditation   of the brain  of the center of the soul which is unformed.  The appreciation to anything of formed makes the natural  meditation  hidden in the state of distraction, and seems the thought of the egoism of the person.  The physical life of a person having thought   to be the king of the goods and richness is lived with the egoism of individuality.  It is not the mode  of living pure of this transitory kind of life according to the incipient karma.   

  The natural person with the developed power of brain carries wishes in the thought   to hold the possession of the material goods and the richness.  She carries imaginary thought   that it is very permanent and it is always giver of the pleasure.  To achieve this goal, it continues to suffer and fight during all the life.  It hates the whole which becomes the obstruction to achieve its goal and the life style.  It does not carry out larger treasures and truths of the natural  meditation  and its wisdom of center, which give happiness eternal and satisfaction.  It fails to rests in echo of the serenity  with the natural  meditation  , in the brain  of the center (Basket), which is pure treasure the pleasure and the eternal richness.

  The data below is to practice with the meditation   on the interior natural  meditation  .  While making a certain service and deals or traveling or resting at the house, this practice must be carried devotedly and without interruption during five minutes before eating anything.  Imagine, the majority of foods eaten by people are like the wisdom of her thought  .  It is taken to follow the ways announced by the parents and society and suggested well for health by wisdom of the thought   of civilization. The natural person with memory of the wisdom of the thought   eats without feeling her hunger .It becomes obese and becomes tilted with many diseases badly beginning from the more foods taken with wisdom of the thought  .  The natural animal eats with interior feeling to its liking and hunger and never eats more than its hunger and liking interior.  Thus, it never becomes obese and never becomes tilted with many diseases badly beginning from the more foods.

  Practice the meditation  on your hunger and its liking interior with food to be eaten.  Practice of the meditation   on foods being taken in the current moment.  Try to feeling  the hunger of foods being taken in the current moment.  If, there is no feeling of hunger, do not eat it or eat to extend to its liking interior.  Be in the natural  meditation   and make commitment to not eat anything against its feeling. Commit to consider to its feeling like the best doctor and to eat the quantity and quality of food according to its liking is good food for health.   

This practice in mode of the meditation   will teach you the technique to exist in the natural  meditation  .  It will break several of your ignorant practices.  It will keep the health and the regeneration of its thought  . It will control excessive weight and diseases coming from foods of excessive weight and false.   It will help you to listen to thought   (Suniai) of echo of the serenity .  It will teach you with going well to a person who listens to a quantity of echo of the serenity  in the power of brain (Manne).  verse_23.
