 Dictionary:  -. 

Mundaa = fixed maintenance.  Santokh = satisfaction.  Saram = hard work.  Pat = interior honor.  Jholee = in feeling of the physical life.  Dhiaan = mode of the meditation.  Kee = of.  Kareh = carry.  Bibhoot = the mark of the spirituality .  Khinthaa = circuit of fear.  Kaal = to have died.  Kuaaree = purified.  Kaaeaa = physical life.  Jugat = competence of meditation.  Danda = stick of coolness.  Parteet = affectionate faith.  Aaee-panthee = the name of a significant part of the religion ,it carries out various the practice.  Sagal = all.  Jamaatee = people of the similar class.  Mann = interior of the brain.  Jeetai = gaining.  Jag = the natural world of the people.  Jeet = becomes gained.  Aades = greeting with the reverence.  Tisai = him or the union with God .  Aades = to greet.  Aad = since the beginning of the period.  Aneel = pure.  Anaad = the tranquility.  Anaahat = eternal.  Jug_jug = since the beginning of the eras of the eras.  Eko = single.  Ves = format of the realization.  verse_28.

Carry out satisfaction  in the fixed maintenance .  In feeling of the physical life, conclude hard work with the interior honor .  Carry out the mode of the meditation  in the mark of the spirituality  .  Carry out the circuit of fear  to have died .  Carry out the physical life  purified  with a certain competence of meditation .  With a stick of coolness , carry out the affectionate faith .

  The significant part of the religion of Aaee-panthee which carries out the practice and all the people of the similar class  continue to exist.  By gaining  power of brain (Mann), the natural world of the people (Jag) becomes gained  itself.  While greeting with the reverence to anybody, consider to it the greeting with echo of the serenity of pure Parbhu which is  Ohm  (Tisai).  Consider it hello with the reverence with its echo of the serenity of the center in mode of meditation.  This echo of the serenity of pure Parbhu which is  Ohm  is since the beginning of the period , is pure God , is the serenity , is eternal , and is in same format of the realization  since the beginning of the eras of the eras God .  It is announcement  of Guru_Nanak.  verse_28.  

  Spipractice insight:  -.  

In the preceding verse , conclusion is that the union with God  is a creator of the soul (Atma) in all the shirts of the spheres of the spheres and exists in him.  Totality in world is creation of the repeated product of the life-forms and the physical life and exists like the dispersal of the soul.  It sings without thought   with its root.  All kinds of elements and things and spheres in the spheres of planets and the solar system and the star system are simply skeletons of various qualities of echo of the serenity in the soul.  The pure character (Gun) of echo of the serenity  is honorable existence and also its orders with the soul.  What is loved (Bhaavai) by the union with God  , it becomes carried out by all the forms and of the life-forms in all the shirts of the spheres of the spheres.

 In this twenty-eighth basic instruction of belief for the way of the physical life of Sikhism, Guru_Nanak moralize that to attain virtuous karma and to obtain the release of the cycle of the life, much of significant parts of various religions and all the people of similar class suggest the various the practice, which continue to exist.  While these practice are carried out with the state of distraction, this becomes ineffective the ritual.  He cannot become free of effects of practice while following the practice of another religion and the practice  are without last part .   The best manner is to become free from all the practice  of all the religions by practice of meditation. While thought   of the power of brain are gained by practice of meditation ,the  and deities of all religions and religion sects are gained itself..  While gaining the meditation in the interior of the brain, the natural world of the significant parts of various religions and all the people of similar class becomes gained themselves.  The fruits hidden of these  of the faiths become gained, by gaining the meditation in the interior of the brain.  To gain the meditation in the power of brain (Mann) in the thought   of the power of brain  and become free from all religious  and habits, this verse suggest the various simple techniques to practice meditation.  

 First suggestion is to practice satisfaction  in the thought   while holding the fixed maintenance  in all the situation of the physical life.  Until desires in the thought   of the physical life are consciously ordered, the calmness in the physical and mental behavior cannot be ordered.  Until the fixed maintenance of the physical life in all the situations is consciously ordered, to gain the meditation in the power of brain cannot be reached.  In the physical life, cycles of unhappiness and happy are dependent to come according to the incipient karma.  Practice all the karma activities with acceptance and the satisfaction is true mode of faith. In this context, the significant part of various religions suggests the various  to order thought   and the maintenances of yoga postures and this suggestion is towards them.  With unhappiness, the king cannot maintain the maintenance fixed of the body and thought   of the interior of the brain.  A satisfied beggar can easily maintain the maintenance fixed of the body and thought   of the interior of the brain.  Without raising satisfaction in the thought  , no true maintenance of yoga can be carried out.   

The second suggestion is to perform hard work ) with the interior honor (Pat) in inner of physical life .  Living like liability on the family and civilization is not true way of life. The true religion is with hard work and becoming support to the family and civilization. The hard work which gives the feeling of the interior honor is played like the child play. Many claimed religious people do not carry out any work and live like the responsibility of civilization while occupied in the various practice . They carry a bag like icon for begging called .  This suggestion is towards it.   

 The third suggestion is to practice the mode of the meditation  in the mark of the spirituality  (Bibhoot).  The natural meditation of a person remains absorbed in infinite loved or hatred thought   of the infinite subjects and objects of natural world.  Until he become free from all these thought  , the meditation is dependent to be camouflaged in the thought  .  It cannot penetrate in the interior of the brain, until it become from all the thought  .  The significant part of various religions suggests various  for having the various kinds of mark of spirituality  (Bibhoot) of ashes on the face for carry out the raised meditation.  To have simply the physical mark of the spirituality  ashes on the face does not achieve any goal.  This mark must be employed to practice of the meditation and to become free of the infinite thought   of the infinite subjects and objects loved or hatred of natural world.   The fourth suggestion is to practice the circuit (Khinthaa) of the fear to have died (Kaal).  The physical life is temporary and is attached to death.  To continue to live physical life like permanent is the most loved thought and thought of its death continue to disturb even saintly the way of life.  The thought of the fear to have died can be practiced to control the infinite thought   of the infinite subjects and objects loved or hatred of natural world.  Thus it can be practiced to control all the thought   and thereafter to practice of the meditation in the interior of the brain.   

The significant part of various religions identified that the cause of the root of much of miseries is thought   attachment to the prosperity and the possessions.  To facilitate to become free from this misery, they practiced to live the simple life with an eiderdown called Khinthaa.  Several their disciples with thought   of their prosperity and possessions carry out the practice  to carry out an eiderdown called Khinthaa like icon of the dispossessions. Thus, they carry out ineffective the  and habits.  The release of the thought   of the fear of death is true release of thought   of attachment to the prosperity and the possessions.  

This fear of dead must be loved to withdraw the meditation from the infinite thought   of the infinite subjects and objects loved or hatred of natural world.  This will help to penetrate the meditation in the power of brain which is true house of the soul and to gain all in natural world.  To enter the major meditation in the power of brain on the pure characters of echo of the serenity  is a alert experiment likes to have died.  Until ,it carry out the fear of dead, the true entry in Samadhi is not possible.  No escape from miseries is possible with any practice and habit.  This suggestion is to become free from many  and habits relative to have the icon of eiderdown (Khinthaa).

 The fifth suggestion is to carry out the physical life (Kaaeaa) purified (Kuaaree) with a certain competence of meditation/ yoga (Jugat).  The significant part of various religions identified that the pure energy of sex is very useful for the activation of the revolving power of the soul called Kundali Yoga.  They also identified that the cause of the root of the impurity in the physical life is attachment with the matrimonial relations.  To facilitate to become free of this impurity and to activate the revolving power of the soul, they practiced to live way of living unmarried.  Several their disciples who carry the practice of the unmarried life continue the desire of the sex in the thought   and continued homosexual relations.  Thus, they carry out ineffective the practice .  The release of the thought   of the overindulgence of the physical matrimonial relations while living the married or unmarried life according to its feeling is true release of the impurity of the matrimonial relations and is true manner to activate the revolving power of the soul (Atma). 

 The physical body is simply cosmic instrument which acts according to the karma and the thought   being born.  The activities of the incipient karma including matrimonial relations never disturb the purity of the physical life.  The purity of the physical life is disturbed by the bad desires in the thought  .  The impurity created by the bad desires in the thought   can be ordered with a certain competence of meditation/ yoga.  It should practice physical activities of karma including the matrimonial relation according to liking interior and of nothing carried out like the practice those. This suggestion is to become free from many  and habits relative to the unmarried life lived under fear to become impure.   

 The sixth suggestion must carry out the affectionate faith (Parteet), by use of the stick of coolness (Danda).  True wisdom can not be cultivated with no practice or habit or logic or ignorant thought.  It already exists in the meditation in the interior of the brain.  The meditation is camouflaged in the sheath of the infinite thought   of the interior of the brain.  The true meditation can be reached with the affectionate faith in it and the efforts to stop the thought   with the stick of repeated coolness.  The sheath of the thought   cannot be broken with any power or fear.  It can be molten and won with the affectionate faith in coolness.  The affectionate faith in the meditation which is Guru of all kinds of thought   creates the stick of coolness itself.   

The seventh suggestion is that the significant part of the religions likes Aaee-panthee which carries out various the  one and all the people of similar class (Jamaatee) are dependent to exist.  Aaee-panthee was the significant part of the Hindu religion which exists sometimes of Guru_Nanak and practiced various .  No practice leads to the mode of the meditation which has the capacity to penetrate and gain the meditation in the interior of the brain.  It cannot become free of practice thought   with the support of  of another part of the religion. It should continue to practice in mode of meditation to gain the meditation in the interior of the brain.  On this perfection, the natural world of the people with various  and habits becomes gained.  The practice in mode of meditation is the supreme medicine of all the disorders of the physical life.  While a person learn art to break up  her memory of wisdom of the thought   in the mode of the meditation on echo of the tranquility, it reached the destination.   

.  The eighth suggestion is that it should greet anything formed loved, while considering it greeting with its echo of the serenity which is  Ohm .  It should always have hello in mode of meditation with the reverence with his echo of the serenity of pure Parbhu.  The true character of  Ohm  consist that it is since the beginning of the period, is pure, is the tranquility, is eternal, and is in same format of the realization since the beginning of the eras of the eras.  

 The natural person lives with its perceived thought   of many desires, attachments and hatreds for many formed objects and continuous to fight to reach happiness and exists in mode of the distraction.  Thus, the major part of the natural people becomes confused about the true religion.  They continue their research useless with a certain practice learned from the parents or suggested by various parts from the religions and carried out like the blind belief.  It becomes very difficult to become freely a religious belief by following another religious belief.  Thus it accepts it in good faith to numerous  like the belief or the advice of the Spipractice manuscript of a certain spiritualist or rejects existence of any pure wisdom.  It sees the image of the thing or about the physical body with its mode of the thought   and speaks it like pure  

Same way many  are gained by karma.  It is most difficult to become free from  carried out like habits. Try to become free from a practice carry to new kinds of ritual.  In this situation, try to become free of a practice of a part of religion, dependent to fall to different similar.  In this situation, while carrying out any practice of any part of religion and with the spipractice manuscript or spipractice sculpture, be alert in the power of brain and consider adoring in this format with echo of the serenity  which is eternal and unshaped. This suggestion is to become free from many  and habits relative to worship to any formed of any object. 

  If you have certain affection with any practice or subject or object of any religious belief, consider to it the external formed spipractice icon of echo of the serenity of the center which is  Ohm .  Consider  Ohm  cannot be fixed in the thought   of the language and to be formed.  Try to have hello with the reverence in mode of meditation to its echo of the serenity which is since the beginning of the period, is pure, is the tranquility, is eternal, and is in same format of the realization since the beginning of the eras of the eras.  While following this technique, it enters directly the mode of the meditation in any mode of practice or of the belief without visibility of any object or Guru formed itself.   

The ninth suggestion is to practice in mode of meditation to the union of God   in the power of brain and live any lifestyle loved by feeling like play of a child. By realization of the wisdom of the center in the power of brain in mode of the meditation, true religion is gained itself. verse_28.
