 Activities karma are carried by the natural meditation power of life form. Power brain of the physical life form are like the karma carried by ways life physical. Power brain become natural meditation power in the purification of the life form. Power brain become like the desire and activities of the karma carried.
The  power of the air ,  power of water , the  power of the ground  deal with the activities of the people .  In the latter, all the set of people  carry the deals of the karma in the natural world .  The activities of karma carried with the deals of  good desire  and activities of karma carried with with the deals of  bad desire  of all the people  are examined  completely  by the faith of the center  in natural meditation power.

 Shalok / Salok = summary announcement .  Pavan = the power of the air.  Guru = the spiritual guide.  Paanee = the power of the water.  Pitaa = father or the creative power.  Maataa = mother or the affectionate power.  Dharat = power of the Earth.  Mahat = the large one power.  Divas = the cover of the day.  Raat = the cover of the night.  Had = both.  Daaee = the power what deal with the health of the people.  Translation

It is summary announcement  (Salok).  The  natural meditation power of the air  is the spiritual guide (Guru) for the people. The  natural meditation power of water  is father or the creative power  for the people.  The  natural meditation power of the ground  is large mother or the affectionate power  for the people. Both  the cover of the day  and the covers of the night  must deal with the health of the people  and deal with the ways life physical and the activities of the people .  In the latter, all the set of people  carry the deals of the karma in the natural world .  The activities of karma carried with the deals of  good desire  and activities of karma carried with with the deals of  bad desire  of all the people  are examined  completely  by the faith of the center  in meditation power brain.  

 The people which carries the  purification life form and deals of meditation  closer  or in distant  to the union with God   in natural meditation power, carries out activities of the feeling of karma .  All the virtuous and bad people carry out the  deals of activities of the physical life in the jurisdiction the karma coming from the soul with the approval of the union with God  .  These people  who practiced the meditation   on the name  of an echo of the serenity  leave  the natural world of the infinite planetary spheres after hard work  of successful mission of the physical life .  These people go after the achievement of the  deals of successful mission of the ways life physical, which is release of cycle of life.  The expressions of the face  of these people, become glowing  with  the deals of  blessing vision of an the union with God  .  These people show the manner of the physical life of making the release  with much of people . verse_38a.

 Vision of the penetration: -. Activities karma are carried by the natural meditation power of life form. Power brain of the physical life form are like the karma carried by ways life physical. Power brain become natural meditation power in the purification of the life form. Power brain become like the desire and activities of the karma carried.

 In the preceding stanza, one concludes it that, the pure mission of the physical life is to control the deals of  desire in thought    of the power of brain of the physical life, and then purify the life-form with the mode of meditation .  This purification of life-form must be taken as the goldsmith purifies impure gold to create a pure gold coin in its purified mint.  This purification of life-form must be taken with prolonged patience and methodically as the goldsmith prepares it furnace and purified utensil to purify impure gold to create a pure gold coin in his purified mint.  This purification of life-form needs the developed power of brain like the goldsmith need developed furnace.  Ways life physical needs the control of the desire  in the developed power of brain like the goldsmith need the control of the temperature of fire in its furnace.  Ways life physical needs the deal of wisdom of the thought  of Spiritual literatur to sharpen its memory of desire  and the study of the techniques for the purification of life form and of power of brain like the goldsmith need the hammer to sharpen the striking power of its spear. 

The physical life must be carried with a alert  thought of the pointed insight  in the natural meditation power. The life-form must be carried with pointed wisdom of the feeling of karma and the meditation  in way of life. To sharpen the power of a thought in its natural meditation power, the physical life needs the deals of the hard practice on the thought of the fear of death. The physical life needs meditation  purified to hold its purified state until it exhausts its actions of karma without any attachment to its fruits and of the powers supernatural.  The disciple of meditation power brain needs deals of prolonged patience to purify desire in thought    of the power of brain and impure life-form. 

 In this of thirty and eight fundamental principles for the manner of the life of Sikhism, high Guru_Nanak conclude a summary announcement  (Salok). The power of air  is the guide spiritual (Guru) for the people.  The power of air is rotation power of center in the natural world.  No planet can carry the physical life without elements of air in the state of breathing.  The air breathes inside and the impulse is rotational power of center to exist a physical life. The element of air is base of all the communication in natural world.  The power of the elements of air is base of all the languages spoken by various ways of life in natural world.  The memory of the desire in the thought    of the power of brain is carried with the vibration of the noises of the power of the elements of air.  The meditation  carries the vibration of the air of desire in the thought    to natural meditation power. The brain of center is the house of the soul and the soul is the house of an echo of the serenity .  The rotation power of echo of the serenity is Guru pure.  An echo of the serenity in the breath of the physical life is Guru pure and all the orders of karma are carried out by him.  

 To surrender the elements of air ) for spiritual guidance, the disciple of the meditation power brain are suggested the following.  

 Stage1.  Be alert and practice to speak only virtuous thought   .  This would purify the quality wisdom of the thought    of the power of brain and order patience to the thought   .  Stage2. Be alert and practice to speak only desire in the thought   .  This would purify the quality of desire in the thought    of the natural meditation power.  Stage3.  Practice to sing a certain pure thought (Meditation) loved by practice of meditation .  This would purify the power of brain and would destroy its tensions and pains.  Stage4.  Practice the meditation to sing a certain pure thought    about the character of the subjects of soul or echo of the serenity .  This would purify the power of brain and would improve quality of the meditation .  Stage5.  Practice the meditation  to listen something without the aid of the ears.  This would purify the power of brain and would improve its freshness and would improve quality of the meditation  .Stage5.  Practice the meditation  to listen to the thoughtless song in natural meditation power.

  This would help to learn art to hold the pulsation and to breathe of the physical life and the maintenance of pure state of life-form and to break up  the purified power of brain and its thought   . It is called (Samadhi) and would improve freshness in the thought    of the power of brain and insight in revolving the power of the meditation  which cannot be put in the words.  Stage6.  Practice the meditation  to break up  the life-form in an echo of the serenity in natural meditation power. This would sharpen the rotation power of the meditation  and would increase the pulsation of the wisdom of the center  which cannot be put in the words.  Stage7.  While the rotation power of the meditation  of the life-form to be broken in an echo of the serenity in power of brain improves, the rotation power echo of the serenity  in power of brain will start to palpitate itself with the meditation .  In this state the need for any practice of meditation  finishes.  The natural  meditation  loses all the interest in the desire of the world and always likes it to drink the interior tranquility.  

 The power of water is the creative power which is like the father  for the any physical life in any power of the ground.  Without soak with water to the power of the ground, the physical life in not possible.  Water power  remains the elements of domination in the physical life and its four sources of origin which is egg, placenta, moisture and the seed. No can carry the physical life without elements of water power.  All the power of the rotation power of planets and power of solar and the power of star and the power galaxy needs elements of water power inside to carry the physical life and the elements of air power to have guidance and communicate with the originator.  

 The power of the rotation power of the ground  is like large mother and she love to support infinite kinds of physical life with the assistance of the elements of air power and water power.  The revolving power of the rotation power of the ground  creates the day and the nights.  The cover of the day (Divas) helps to the various ways of life physical to play and test its activities of karma.  The covers of the night  help to the various ways of life physical to rest and maintain its health.  The activities of karma carried with good desire  and activities of karma carried with bad desire  of all the people are examined  in a way thorough by the faith of the center  concerning the soul in natural meditation power.  All constituted of the physical life move and become good or the bad ones according to their action of karma on the way of the cycle of the life.  

 The people appreciate the pleasure and the pain according to thought   in the developed natural meditation power.  The natural  meditation  of power of brain is attracted with the thought  of the faith in the natural meditation power. This creates the desire for the affection in the thought  for the objects and the actions which give provisional pleasures and desire for hatred in the thought   for the objects and the actions which gives dissatisfactions.  The desire for the affection and hatred in the thought   create the memory of various desire in the thought of any way of life or the life form  .  The natural  meditation  carries the reflex of these goods  and of bad  desire to the power revolving of the rotating zone of power of the faith of center  in brain  of center.  By separating the desire from the objects and of the actions, Dharam_Khand decorate it and carry absolute desire considered judiciously by the soul with the approval of meditation power brain. 

 In this way, the consequences of seeds of the karma of the last actions of the karma, which are carried by these impressions, undergo built-in in brain  of center for future incarnations.  All the virtuous and bad kind of physical life exists to carry out the activities of the karma in the jurisdiction of the karma approved by the soul.  The distance the soul and of the ways of life physical and with the state of purification of the desire of the physical life does not make any difference with the cycle of the life.  But the people who carried activities of karma without the desire in the thought  in the power of brain and continue to listen to the feeling of the karma with the meditation  and carry the natural  meditation  in power of brain become released from the cycle of the cycle of life.  

 The people, who remain fixed in the mode of meditation , obtain the release.  People must eat fruits of good one and the bad one  desire in the thought  of the power of brain which flowers in the following life form.  Good desire in thought of the power of brain become virtuous seeds in brain  of center .It consist to be egoless and to be defender and to be kindhearted and to be pleased with purified people and to be sympathetic to the miserable and to be giver smile to all people. Very bad desire in thought of the power of brain become evil seeds in brain  of center. It consists to be to be arrogant and to be revengeful and to be cruel and to be critic and to be fraud and to be hateful.

  The supreme desire in the thought    of the power of brain become seedless in brain  of center. It attract with the release and consist to be satisfied and to be support with the environment and to be knowable center with the meditation  and to play the physical life form like the child while listening to the feeling of the karma with the meditation  and to raise the natural  meditation  in power of brain while adoring an echo of the serenity which is meditation power brain.  These people leave the world after successful mission of the physical life form, which is release of cycle of life form while carrying the activities of the karma with satisfaction.  The expression of the face of these calm people (Sent), become glowing with saturation with the rotation power of the center.  These people show the manner of reaching release.  

  The people which carries the closer meditation   or camouflaged meditation , carries out his activities envisaged of karma.  All the virtuous and bad people carry out the activities of karma in the jurisdiction the karma coming from the soul.  These people (Jinee) who by practice of the meditation  on the name of an echo of the serenity  will leave the world after successful hard work of mission of the physical life form.  These people go after the achievement of the mission of the human life form, which is release of cycle of life form.  The expressions of the face of these people, become glowing  with the blessing of the center.  These people show the manner of the physical life form of making the release with much of people. Power brain become natural meditation power in the purification of the life form. Power brain become like the desire and activities of the karma carried.

 It is curved with the reverence to pure God of purification life form  having the symbol of reference of meditation power brain, which gave the power of karma to fall in practice of the meditation  to test the truth of the spiritual stating in Japuji Sahib.  verse_38a..The last part .
