 The natural  meditation  is the pure thought karma of the faith god. The pure physical life is carried out by the feeling of the karma in the natural meditation being born given by the soul

Saachaa_saahib_saach_naae_bhaakhiaa_bhaao_apaar.
Aakheh_mangeh_deh_deh_daat_kare_daataar.
Pher_ki_agai_rakheeai__jit_disai_darbaar.
Muhau_ki_bolan_boleeai_jit_sun_dhare_piaar.
Amrit_vela_sach_naao_vadiaaee_veechaar.
Karmee_aavai_kapraa_nadree_mokh_duaar.
Nanak_evai_jaaneeai_sabh_aape_sachiaar. verse_4.

 Saachaa = the pure.   Saahib = honorable. Saach = pure.  Naae = orders of its verdict.  Bhaakhiaa = instinctive feeling.  Bhaao = with love.  Apaar = it without last part . Aakheh = to speak.  Mangeh = begging.  Deh_deh = give and give more.  Daat = donations of karma desired.   Kare = carry out.  Daataar = the donor.  Pher = then.     Ki = what.  Agai = in front of.   Rakheeai = is placed.   Jit = by which.  Disai = a vision. Darbaar = court of the union of God   which is skeleton of rotating soul in brain  of the center.  Muhau = the mouth.  Ki = what.  Bolan = stating of the words.  Boleeai = is spoken.  Sun = listening.  Dhare = give out.  Piaar = love. Amrit_vela = purity time that is the early hours of the mourning.   Sach = pure.  Naao = the name of the union of God  .  Vadiaaee = admiration.  Veechaar = consider.  Karmee = by the feeling of the karma coming in natural  meditation  with the approval from the union of God  .  Aavai = occur.  Kapraa = clothe like the form of the physical life.   Nadree = vision of blessing. Mokh = head.  Duaar = gate of the release.   Evai = this mode .  Jaaneeai = realize.   Sabh = all.   Aape = itself.   Sachiaar = knower of truth with the feeling of thr karma. verse_4.  

  Translation: -.  

The pure echo of the serenity  is honorable existence . The pure pure echo of the serenity  is verdict of its orders . The instinctive feeling of karma with love is without last part .  The feeling repeated of said and requesting to give and give more the giver (the union of God   ) carry out donations of karma desired.  What then is placed in front of the giver (the union of God   ), by which a vision of the court of pure echo of the serenity is reached?  What the stating of the words is spoken with the mouth, by listening which, soul give out the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  of its love.  In the hours early of mourning, have the feeling of the admiration of the name of pure character of pure echo of the serenity  which is the pure echo of the tranquility.  Carry out the feeling of the admiration of the pure character of pure echo of the serenity  with the meditation .

 Carry out the feeling with the meditation  that clothe like physically life occur to life-form by orders of the pure echo of the serenity to the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  . Carry out the feeling with the meditation  that the vision of the blessing of pure echo of the serenity  carries to the head gate of the release to the physical life.  Carry out to realize this mode  with meditation  that all physical life itself will become knower of truth in the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation .  It is announcement  of Guru_Nanak.  verse_4.

 Spiritual insight: -.

 In the preceding verse , conclusion is that singing  in some mode  of the sacred thought   in any language and expressing the love for the name of pure character of pure echo of the serenity  with meditation  in brain  of the center is pure and better manner of worship, with thought  .  It always regenerates the power of brain and reduces the tension and fear in the thought  .   

In this fourth basic announcement  of faith for the manner of Sikhism, Guru_Nanak moralize about having the feeling of the admiration of the pure name of pure echo of the serenity  which is the pure echo of the tranquility. pure echo of the serenity  is a creator of the soul while the soul is a creator of the physical life of the life-forms. The admiration of the thought of pure character of pure echo of the serenity  with meditation  realizes the truth of the court of the pure echo of the serenity which is a skeleton of pure rotating soul in brain  of the center. 

 The pure admiration with love to the name of pure character of  echo of the serenity  with the meditation  purifies the desires in the thought   of the power of brain and the feeling of the karma coming to the physical life from the soul.  The release to cycle of life comes itself to the people purified by interior traction from the pious temple called grace from  echo of the serenity .  The pure moment for the prayer and to sing a thought with meditation about pure character of  echo of the serenity  is the early mourning when the power of brain is in the calmest state.  The pure  echo of the serenity  is honorable existence .  The pure  echo of the serenity  is verdict of its orders .  The pure rotation power of the soul is a creator of all the classes of forms of physical life to be breathed in world.   Echo of the serenity  is a creator of the soul (Purash).

  The natural  meditation   in the physical life is constituent truth of the life-form. To be living pure physical life, carry out the activities by feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation . The pure physical life  is carried out by the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  being born  given by the soul.  Any mode  of living of the physical life attracted with liking of the meditation  is pure mode  of life (Sachiaara).  The any mode  of living of the physical life which is indifferent to the tastes of the interior feeling is false mode  of life. It continues lost in the thought   and in suffering its effects.

  The singing of the sacred stating of the character of the  echo of the serenity  in some musical mode with love is pure meditation with a thought and its verdict earns calm. The singing descriptive desires in the thought   with love in some musical mode create pleading feeling in power of brain to give the desired karma. The pure rotation power of the soul donates it. People are attracted to perform the activities and live the mode  of the physical life with desires numerous in the thought  . The vibration of the reaction of the many desires in the thought   creates seeds of karma in brain  of the center.  This creates more karma and the prolongation of the cycle of karma for the life-form. Some people are attracted to sing thought   of desires in some musical mode with love and pleading for the virtuous desires of karma in the thought  .  While the pure rotation power of the soul is attracted to it, natural  meditation   will carry it to brain  of the center. brain  of the center will carry it like seed karma. soul (Atma) will consider it with approval of pure echo of the serenity  to gives such karma in incarnations following.

 What then is presented to the union of God  of the pure God by carrying the physical activities and thought   in power of brain of the physical life, by which the  Spiritual insight of the supreme court of pure echo of the serenity  is reached?  Which descriptive desires in the thought   with love are sung to create a favor in brain  of the center to give the  Spiritual insight of the supreme court of the pure echo of the tranquility? Is it there a manner of seeing the operation of the accounts of thought   of the faith (Seeds of karma) in brain  of the center?   Is it there a manner of seeing the operation of the natural  meditation  of life-form in brain  of the center?  Is it there a manner of seeing the operation of the pure rotation power of the soul?  Is it there a manner of seeing the operation of the echo of the serenity ? 

 Answer to all questions is to sing some sacred thought   of the character of the  echo of the serenity  in some musical mode with love, in the hours early of mourning. The character of the  echo of the serenity  is discussed in verse first. It is pure meditation  technique with a thought  and its verdict earns calm in the power of brain . It will increase the vibration of the pure character of the  echo of the serenity  in the rotation power of the meditation ... While the pure rotation power of the soul is attracted to it, natural  meditation  will carry it to brain  of the center. brain  of the center will carry it like seeds of the karma. soul will consider it to gives karma of supernatural powers to experience life-form in brain  of the center, in incarnations following. 

 The other technique is to practice with meditation   to appreciate with love to invaluable character of the really called pious temple of grace of  echo of the serenity .  While this practice is perfected pure character of the rotation power of the union of God  will become integral part of the natural  meditation  . The natural  meditation  is constituent of brain  of center. It will carry it like seeds of the karma. soul will consider it to gives karma of supernatural powers to experience pure character of life-form in brain  of the center, in incarnations following. It will also lead the physical life to the gate of liberation in brain  of the center.   

 In mourning, the thought   of power of brain which attract towards the world are its lowest power, so is better time for meditation by singing in some musical mode or with meditation  on the desired thought  .   It is advisable to note that any ritual of worship to any shape of a god and of discussion of wisdom of logic and belief with thought   is false technique.  The pure worship with love comes only when a person become free of memory of wisdom of thought   of all images and consciously smells its feeling in the power of brain . 

 No pure adoration to the thought   of the pure character of  echo of the serenity  can be carried out with violent one and fearful thought   in the power of brain .  Any recitation of the name of God while holding of wisdom of the thought   in some businesses or service activities remains fruitless.  No recitation of the name of God while holding of wisdom of the thought   on a certain image of sculpture and anybody and manuscript and saint produce the meditation  in the interior feeling. Combing those thought   does not produce the interior feeling as such are carried out fruitless.  No recitation of the name of God, while holding of the thought   on some ritual, produce the interior feeling in the meditation  as such is carried out fruitless. Any recitation of the name of God, while holding of the thought   on some wishes, do not produce the interior feeling in the natural  meditation  or any thoughtless song as such are carried out fruitless.

 The quality of the person and the incarnations following can be improved by improving quality of the desires in the thought   and by accelerating its interior feeling with love.  Because you sow seeds of the desires in the thought  , thus you gain its fruits like feeling of karma, is a common stating.  The desires in the thought  run the cycle of feeling of karma in the natural  meditation .  The jurisdiction of feeling of karma and practice with thought   on the character  echo of the serenity  and practice with meditation  is to carry the purified life-form (Sachiaaraa).  

The release of the purified life-form from the life cycle is not in the jurisdiction of orders of the soul and the feeling of the karma in the natural  meditation  called pure verdict (Naae). The release of the purified life-form from the life cycle is not in the jurisdiction of the pure rotation power of the soul.  It comes only by interior traction from  echo of the serenity  on order of Pure God (Parbhu) to such purified and calm life-form, which has no desire to test for anything in the feeling of the karma and kind of physical life to be breathed.  It is free from the fear of death.   

The fear of death is the desires most subtle and gaining it testifies the purity in the desires in any class of form of life to be breathed.  Until to be breathed in physical life, life-form is not entirely purified of its desires, it is dependent to have a certain kind of form of physical life and desire to test its feeling of Karma fixed by the life-form.  These feeling of Karma continue to come each moment in natural  meditation  and consequently it manages activities of the individual and carries his ageing.

  The approval of the  echo of the serenity  causes to the natural  meditation  to draw the purified life-form to the door for the release.  Only the flow of the grace of the union of God    can pulls to purified life to the door of the release.  The love of the union of God    dissolves the root of the purified life-form in brain  of center.  The absence of the cycle of life cannot be gained, it comes itself by interior traction from the pious thanks of  echo of the serenity  to the purified person.  The absence of the cycle of life is not an activity which can be gained.  It is the inactivity which comes itself to ripe and liked person by  echo of the serenity  /Pure God in brain  of the center, which is pure house of the soul.   

Guru_Nanak advocates that the flow of the pious grace in the feeling of karma dissolve all pure people (Sachiaaraa) itself.  The pure person (Sachiaaraa) itself dissolves in the existence of truth on purifying its desires and playing the physical life according to tastes' of the feeling of karma and the worship of  echo of the serenity  by the singing thought   in some musical modes and to listen to the union of God  .

 In this stage, Guru_Nanak has given deep and effective technique to make the adoration and the worship with God in mourning that is free from the entire ritual one.  Activities of businesses and service, and manner of family of anybody must be carried according to liking in conscience brain .  The inner liking realized in alert brain  in the present moment is the natural  karma feeling and are always the best guide. 

 This is technique to become purified person (Saadh or Sachiaaraa).  This is technique for practice with a alert thought (Meditation) and practice with meditation   to test the union of God   .  

 It is the first stage.  While carrying out your service or business, make a habit consciously that you will speak less and hear more. Make a habit consciously to give more opportunity to speak to others.  This will reinforce your habit to hold your thought   in the memory of the power of brain with meditation , and have feeling of physical life like to be separated from the interior life-form.

  It is the second stage.  While making your service or business, make a habit consciously, to hear more on any subject or of any person which is not loved by your thought   of the power of brain .....  This will reinforce your habit to carry your thought   and the power of brain slackened even in the situation wandering and holding your physical life in the natural  alert shirt of the power of brain .....   

It is the third stage.  Devote formerly to make habit consciously, to hear the singing of unintelligent musical mode of various birds and the animal and the things coming from the entourage.  This will reinforce your habit to become free of the thought   of the faith of power of brain and holding your meditation   in the deeper layers of the shirt of the process of thought. It will help to understand the feeling and the vibrations of the mode of meditation  hidden in various languages of various ways of person.....

 It is the fourth stage.  Devote formerly to make habit consciously, to rest with the closed eyes and to feeling one most active thought in the current moment in the power of brain .  Do not like or to hate it. Just recognize it and be pilot with it.  This will reinforce your habit to control the majority of the thought  , apprehensive and sad of the power of brain and to hold your meditation   in the deeper layers of the shirt of brain  of the center. 

It is the fifth stage.  Devote formerly to make habit consciously to listen to the feeling of karma (Suniai) with the meditation  or to listen of the air of breathing or to sing something and simultaneously to hear the vibration of its echo in brain  of the center.  This will reinforce your habit to enter brain  of the center....  And hold your meditation   in the feeling of a desired thought.   

It is the sixth stage.  Devote formerly to make habit consciously, to hear the union of God   that are beyond the palpitation.  It is mixture of the echo of the serenity of Ohm, of the echo of the serenity of the soul and the echoes of the kinds without last part  of root of the life-form in brain  of the center.  It regenerates very.  It is coming after touching treasure interior of pious temple by grace of pure God (Parbhu).  Many kinds of birds and alive animal being slacken the major part of their physical life in it and do not feeling the need for others, while living in natural world.  This will reinforce your habit to enter the deeper shirt of the brain  of the center which is pure door to listen to the feeling of karma being transported each moment in natural  meditation .  It will also help to hold your  meditation   in the pure air of the temple of silence.....   

It is the seventh stage.  Try to hear the union of God   temple of the silence in brain  of the center until entirely broken and lost in it.  It surely regenerates and purifies seed of all disturbed and sad thought  .  All the union of God   turns over here after immersion in a pious temple of grace of  echo of the serenity  and awakes the wisdom of the center  in the impulse itself.  Learn how to employ air of temple of silence as simply rocket for the interior vision of Parbhu  and its  echo of the serenity  verse_4.
