Sada jnatah chitta vrttayah tatprabhoh purusasya aparinamitvat. /18/.  

Sada  = always ,jnatah = are known, chitta  = of mind in relaxation , vrttayah = vibration of the mind in relaxation , tat = that , prabhoh = eternal organizer,  purusasya = pure consciousness, aparinamitvat =  immutable .

Vibration of the mind in relaxation : translation:-
The pure consciousness is  immutable and eternal organizer ,and is always knower vibration of the mind in relaxation.../18/.  

Vibration of the mind in relaxation :View Point 18:-

The vibration of the mind in relaxation are always known with the pure consciousness, because this pure consciousness is an interior organizer of the mind in relaxation. The vibration of the mind in relaxation are always known with the interior organizer who is immutable pure consciousness.  The pure consciousness is immutable and is an interior organizer of the mind in relaxation. The pure consciousness always knows the movements of the vibration of the mind in relaxation.

Pure consciousness is ever illuminative , changeless and organizer of the mind in relaxation. So it always knows the all vibration of thought, vibration of cravings, vibration of seed subliminal impressions and vibration of karma subliminal impressions of the mind in relaxation. The lord of the mind in relaxation of a living being is mind in relaxation  that is outer true part of pure consciousness. The Pure consciousness is ever attentive of the all  vibration of activities of the mind in relaxation of all living being in universe. The Pure consciousness is also attentive of the effect producing causes in mind in relaxation. The  Pure consciousness  of the living beings always knows all vibration of transforms, vibration of colorings and vibration of modifications of the mind in relaxation. This is so because its true everlasting conscious technology is not subject to modifications or transformation. The  reality of the mind in relaxation  is the true conscious technology of inner pure consciousness  .

The pure consciousness that is visionary or witness or onlooker, is the lord of the mind in relaxation. The  pure consciousness of living beings flowing in mind in relaxation is not subject to modifications or mutations. The all contents of the formless pure consciousness  are  not subject to modifications and mutations and are always flame of true conscious technology. The pure  consciousness is the organizer of the mind in relaxation  and simple mind of living beings that produce vibration of  thought and desires and craving .  Pure consciousness that is outer part of soul  is the real lord of the individual as well of the collective mind in relaxation of all living beings of universe.

 Patanjali says that  pure consciousness  is eternal organizer. It is not subject to transform. Even after death of a living being , his pure consciousness keeps insight vision and witness on vibration of thought and vibration of craving ,vibration of karma and vibration of seed karma impressions of embodied mind in relaxation . Unlike the state of mind in relaxation ,it does not have modification. Again unlike the mind in relaxation, a transform never occurs in it. The pure consciousness is the organizer of the mind in relaxation of all living being and is one  pure consciousness  flowing in universe.  Pure consciousness  is neither a critic nor an appreciator of the thought , craving or karma or seed karma impression of any individual living being mind or collective one mind of universe.

  Pure consciousness  primary task is to vision and witness in tranquility , serenity, cosmic peace and bliss all the impressions of vibration  flowing in collective mind in relaxation and individual mind in relaxation of all living being of universe for ever. It is a spectator and a witness of the conscious technology or lack of conscious technology of the individual as well as collective mind in relaxation of all living beings of universe. Really consciousness is one center of globe like formless collective and individual living being of universe where collective mind in relaxation is in inner side and individual mind in relaxation is outer branch or branch of a kind of living being in universe. Really conscious technology of consciousness is a source of all conscious and lack of conscious technology's that are flowing in mind in relaxation of all living beings of universe.

The consciousness of a person forever keeps vision to vibration of thought , vibration of craving ,vibration of karma impressions and vibration of seed karma impressions and the vibration of activity or vibration of inactivity of his simple mind and  mind in relaxation. Mind in relaxation is also a cosmic instrument of interior of natural  for connecting  consciousness to its interior of natural  in itself . As such, it has no independent conscious technology . It works with lack of conscious technology of interior of natural  flow available in mind in relaxation of the human being. When a perfect disciple consciously enter in conscious union with consciousness  and stabilizes mind in relaxation , his mind in relaxation  realizes his true conscious technology that is witnessing forever the activities of the simple mind and the mind in relaxation itself. Thereafter, the consciousness starts meditating on its own self. This makes the simple mind  free from thought and  craving free and consciousness of a human being entering into the true state of seeded spiritual union.

The Great Guru says that the organizer of the mind in relaxation of a human being is the consciousness . This consciousness does not have any modifications or mutations. It has forever a true technology of the thought of the human mind in relaxation. The in relaxation is subject to modifications. It comprehends a subject or an object through the five senses of mind whose shadow falls over simple mind. The result is that the simple mind gains either conscious technology or lack of conscious technology about the subject or object according to consciousness content in mind in relaxation. The five senses do not try to comprehend a subject or an object in which the simple mind has no interest, thought, desires or craving.
