 The individual life see the objects of the natural world and Shiv Shakti. The limited union between the  absolute life which see and the objects which is being seen by the individual life is the cause of suffering ,and is to be broken.

This confusion of suffering is caused (hetuh) by our false individual  life and limited union with the objects of perceptions and is to be avoided (heya).  The  power of absolute life which see is seer .Individual  life  identifies  itself as an object in comparison with another sense objects . This limited union of individual  life is a love affair with suffering which is to be avoided. The ordinary mind of of individual  life is in constant seduction and fascination. It is habitually brought out into the external material world of the sense objects which it identifies as such. That appears to be real and one identify  relationship to that. That is the world of an independent seer and the object that is seen. As an individual life, this is a severe limitation that must be broken by practice of Apparatus for education of meditation.. There is a difference between the seer and the objects that is being viewed . Here Patanjali is addressing the profound importance of attitude, stance and point of  view. When it is frozen ,individual life are incomplete, individual life start to crave, suffer, and neurotic. When individual life live in the absolute life by practice of Apparatus for education of meditation, individual life are completed, artificial fixations are dropped. The latter is spiritual union, the former limited union.

The power of absolute life which  always see  the individual life is without any attachment and is thus free from suffering . The individual life which  always see  the numerous objects of the natural world become attached with  the objects of the natural world being seen.   This attachment of the individual life with  the objects of the natural world being seen , cause  the limited union of individual life with respective objects of the natural world being seen. This attachment of the individual life with  the objects of the natural world being seen  break up the union of  power of absolute life . This become become cause of  all pains of the individual life.

While  the individual life is with union of  the absolute life, it see all objects of the natural world without any attachment. It merely see it  and considers all objects of natural world like the objects to be seen. While  the individual life is with union of  the objects of natural world, it see all objects of the natural world with attachment. It  considers all objects of natural world like its ingredient. Thus carry limited union with it.  This limited union of the individual life  with the numerous objects of the natural world is cause of its suffering .  Thus to become free from suffering  , the individual life is to break its limited union with the objects of the natural world being seen, by practice of Apparatus for education of meditation.

The individual life has two options to have limited union.  One options is to feel interior union with the absolute life.  This interior union with absolute life of individual life is free from all pains of the individual life in all situations in the natural world.  The other option is to feel exterior limited union with objects of the natural world.  This limited union of the individual life with objects of the natural world cause attachment. This attachment seems like giving pleasure. But there is no limit of pleasure . Any pleasure below the expectation become cause of pains  in the individual life .   The true pleasure  and freedom from pains of individual life lies in a living life by breaking  its limited union with the objects of the natural world being seen. This is to be carried out by practice apparatus for education of meditation The union of  the individual life with the absolute life cause ends of all pains of life.

The limited union between the absolute life which see and the objects which is being seen by the individual life is the cause of suffering,  and needs to be broken. The individual life is merely expansion of the absolute life, which see the objects of the natural world , like its various qualities. The natural world and its objects are merely globe of the absolute life. The limited union  of the absolute life with the natural world and its objects is through its various kinds of life. The mind of the individual life is the connecting point of the absolute life with  the natural world and its objects.   The human body , which is part of natural world is merely globe of the human mind. The human mind connects to individual  life to the objects of natural world through  its human body . The natural world and its objects are merely globe to hold various folders of various kinds of individual life of absolute life.

The mind of the individual life has always union with absolute life  and its works with knowledge and energy of interior absolute life. While the mind of the individual life is fixed on the objects of natural world,  its union with interior absolute life and its interior knowledge become camouflaged.  In this situation, the mind of the individual life work with its thought knowledge about the the objects of natural world.  The thought knowledge  create limited union attachment with the objects.  When this attachment fails to be carried out , the individual life feels suffering  . When this attachment fails to be increased as per desires  of the thought in the mind , the individual life feels suffering  .  The freedom from pains of individual life lies in living consciously by breaking limited union of the thought of the objects of natural world by considering it like objects to be seen

While the mind of the individual life is consciously  fixed  in the  interior  of life , it break its limited union with natural world and its objects.  It feels free from  the thought of pains in the mind. Simultaneously  it  feels union with the absolute life and  no attachment with the objects of natural world . The union of  the individual life with the absolute life cause ends of all pains of life.  Because the limited union between the individual life which see and the objects which is being seen by the individual life is the cause of suffering  , and needs to be broken.

That the birth of life takes place in the absolute life, according to the seeds of karma actions  as well as their death gets created.   Pain  and pleasure thought are the parts of  a individual life. It is in the thought of pain and pleasure that there is merit or demerit and the enjoyment of fruits of karma actions which becomes the cause of enjoyment of lingering past subliminal karma impressions in the next life. The core of natural world controls the karma of all kinds of life in natural world. The core of natural world controls the  mind and its senses and thought of all kinds of life in natural world. Matter elements of natural world control the body organs of all kinds of life.

The method of its breaking up lies through the apparatus for education of meditation. The practice of apparatus for education of meditation and meditation  are to be undertaken consciously by entering into a state of complete silence in conscious mind. The physical enjoyment of fruits of karma actions is, however, to be carried on. It is not to be broken under any circumstances.
