The realization of the internal discipline push back the counter analytical thoughts . ./33/.

Test paper of meditation:  View point of Step 33:-
When the realization of the internal disciplines get opposed by their counter analytical thinking, the mind enter in pain, unease grief as well doubts and uncertainty . When
the realization of the internal disciplines is opposed , it is necessary to adopt suitable counter measures to keep away from or remove such counter analytical thinking. This test paper of meditation should involve the meditation and pondering over the anti-thesis to these counter analytical thinking. Test paper of meditation should also involve the meditation of the point of view of those
analytical thinking that are creating these counter analytical thinking. When the realization of the internal disciplines gets opposed by analytical thoughts it becomes necessary that counter analytical thoughts should be contemplated and entertained. When these counter analytical thoughts get tired down and knotted down by pervert or wayward bonds or pervert thinking, then it becomes necessary to ponder over the rationalization of these counter analytical thinking.

The analytical thinking are the counter to the realization of the internal disciplines ( niyamah ). When these analytical thoughts become counter analytical thinking in the path of perfection of the internal discipline, they are not to be forcibly suppressed or eliminated. On the contrary, effort should be made to find their anti-analytical thoughts. Effort should also be made to ponder over these anti analytical thoughts consciously. Effort should also be made to adopt suitable counter measures. Pervert rationalization is born out of negative thinking. It should not be adopted. On the other hand, analytical thought is born out of positive thinking. Analytical thought comprises information based on external reading, seeing or hearing. Analytical thought is scientific. It contains analysis of gross subjects. What is thought with the help of the internal disciplines ( niyamah ) is the internal  feeling , realization or experience. It is the feeling of true thoughts. The analytical thought is about living and non-living subjects and objects. The analytical thought is a thought, which is based on belief. On the other hand, the feeling experienced with the help of the realization of the internal disciplines  is based on the experience and feeling. Hence, it is an experienced and felt thought.

The test paper of meditation says that in the  internal discipline, thoughts of non-violence, truthfulness, self-study or meditation, and self-restraint from misappropriation, energy of procreation and non-covetousness is to be experienced, practiced and perfected. The Test paper of meditation further says that in the yogic  internal discipline, thoughts should be experienced regarding purification, contentment, penance, meditation and surrendering self-ego with devotion to the God. The test paper of meditation says that thoughts are to be experienced and felt in respect of these issues during the practice of yogic internal discipline

The analytical thoughts are contrary to the thoughts of the yogic internal discipline. The thoughts emanating in these two yogic disciplines are analytical thinking. On the other hand, the thoughts, which emanate from argumentation, are analytical thinking. Further, the thoughts emanating from the yogic internal disciplines are thoughts, which pertain to internal knowledge. On the other hand, thoughts in argumentation pertain to the  external thoughts of science, logic or believed information. They are scientific thoughts. Further, the analytical thoughts are based on violence, falsehood, false thoughts, craving, and accumulation of wealth, progeny, powers, positions, honors and material things. The analytical thoughts are thoughts, which are bent upon obstructing the practice of internal discipline.

The test paper of meditation says that when analytical thought becomes burdensome, it becomes difficult to undertake the practice of the yogic internal disciplines . The disciple of the test paper of meditation, however, should not feel upset or perturbed. He is not to get distressed. The distress in life has two prongs or wings. Hence, when one of its wings appears the other appears automatically. The test paper of meditation says that no thought is single winged or single pronged. A thought always has two facets. On the elimination of one facet of thought, the other facet also gets eliminated. Similarly, on the awakening of one side of thought, the other side also gets awakened in the same and similar proportion. Only one cosmic energy flows through the all directions of thoughts. Sometimes it flows on one side and sometimes it flows on the other side. As such, in the analytical thought, the yogic internal disciplines  flow in the opposite direction of the analytical thought. This process is not to be loathed. No hard feelings are to be entertained about this matter. What is to be thought of and felt should be about the awakening of this flow. The flow keeps on flowing away. It is in this manner that the thought of self-disciplines and the thought of religious observance gets purified. The test paper of meditation says that dreaming of dreams is to be dreamt consciously. It also says that  spiritual knowledge about lack of spiritual knowledge is also to be felt consciously. It is only then that a disciple will attain knowledge about lack of spiritual knowledge.

At the time of the practice of the yogic internal disciplines , the thoughts which are contrary to both these disciplines and which are called analytical thoughts and which appear as counter analytical thinking, should be pondered over and contemplated consciously. The anti thesis of the disciplines of self-disciplines and the religious observance are to be consciously and lovingly considered. It is only by pondering over the pros and cons of the analytical thoughts, which obstruct the practice of the yogic disciplines of self-disciplines and religious observance, that these disciplines get perfected.
