When the habit of purity in thoughts gets deeply cultivated and this virtue become reality in the disciple, it automatically leads to gladness  and,
one directed guided meditation, the conquer of the sensual bodies and capacity for the vision with the life-force.. Control of the sensual bodies and capacity to attain vision  with the life force lies in creating purity in thoughts deeply, regularly and consciously. The habit of purity in thoughts leads to the internal and external purification of mind. Purity in thoughts means purity in the sensual bodies. Neat and clean habits and a regular bath keep the physical body clean. Remembrance and recitation of God’s name makes the mind pure. It is these two aspects of purity in thoughts namely physical purity in thoughts and mental purity that are to be cultivated and perfected in conquer to attain mind’s purity, clarity, one directed guided meditation, the conquer of the sensual bodies and capacity for the vision with the life-force.

It is on the cultivation and purification of the discipline of purity in thoughts that the mind gets filled and suffused with delight. Thereafter, the mind develops one directed guided meditation and  also conquers the sensual bodies. The capacity to perceive the the vision with the life-force, gets attained. . One directed guided meditation gets developed in the pure thoughts of the conscious mind. The conscious mind conquers the sensual bodies When cultivation of the discipline of purity in thoughts gets firmly rooted in the conscious mind, it affects the essence or reality of nature which work in the depth of the interior core of conscious mind. The result is that the interior core of conscious mind becomes pure and clean, becomes peaceful, becomes guilt free, becomes static and becomes happy. The interior core of conscious mind gets devoid of restlessness, filth, impurities, guilt complex, instability and unhappy thoughts. This in turn leads to the development of one directed guided meditation in the subtle thoughts of the mind. Further, the senses and organs of action get under control of the conscious mind. The capacity for seeded spiritual union increases as well as the ability to attain the vision  with the life force. . The direction of self-conscious  gets turned towards the perception of the vision  with the life force. The result is that instead of being pre-occupied with worldly subjects and objects and living beings. The self-conscious  gets focused on the vision  with the life force of soul. It is when the discipline of purity in thoughts is firmly established and the yogi adheres to the continued cultivation of this discipline that his conscious mind becomes absolutely pure, clean, guilt free, static and happy. Concentration of the conscious mind achieves one directed guided meditation in the thoughts of the mind. The conscious mind attains the ability to perceive the inner self.

The  guided meditation says that when the discipline of purity in thoughts, which is the first rung on the ladder of the discipline of religious observance, gets established in interior core of conscious mind, purity gets spread in all the seven layers of lack of guided meditation. It is then that the mind’s seven layers of lack of guided meditation get suffused and saturated with purity. When the mind gets saturated with purity, it leads to the eradication of impurity from the seven layers of lack of guided meditation of the mind and sensual bodies. When this happens, the mind’s concentration attains the ability to gain guided meditation .

The cultivation, disciplining and perfection of the discipline of purity in thoughts gets firmly grounds in the interior core of mind only after all the five great virtues of the discipline of inner discipline, get cultivated, disciplined and perfected. The five great virtue of the discipline of inner discipline, which are to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected, are harmlessness, honesty, self-restraint from misappropriation, energy of procreation and non-covetousness. The living and non-living subjects and objects with whom a yogi has to live and co-exist, and take refuge in and on which he is to feed and subsist and sustain are to be purified for the cultivation of the discipline of purity in thoughts. Thoughts relating to the fruits of action and lingering past subliminal impressions which the yogi has to undergo, are also to be purified to attain guided meditation of the seven layers of lack of guided meditation. It is after going through such a massive purification process that the yogi is able to attain the ability to cross the seven layers of lack of guided meditation. It is then that he is able to comprehend and attain guided meditation about these seven layers of lack of guided meditation.
