  Meditation mantra: View point 43:-
The cultivation of the passion with burning meditation results in the elimination of impurities which in turn leads to the perfection of the physical body and the sensual body. The passion with burning meditation destroys all impurities of the
physical body and the sensual body and mind and brings about perfection in the interior senses of hearing, seeing, smelling, touching and tasting as well thinking. In the cultivation of the passion with burning meditation, the interior psychic fire destroys all impurities connected with the physical body that are eyes , ears , nose, tongue and skin and the senses of intelligence and thought process of unconscious mind.

In this Meditation mantra ,the yogi has to consciously cultivate, discipline and perfect his five exterior physical body  namely legs, arms, mouth, urinal tract and excretion tract. He has also to cultivate, discipline and perfect his body’s five internal physical body namely heart, brain, lungs, kidney and liver. He has also to cultivate, discipline and perfect his body’s five senses of knowledge namely eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin. The body’s seven ingredients or components namely skin, blood, muscles, nerves, bones,  bone marrow and seminal fluid are also to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected. The cultivation, disciplining and perfection is also to be in respect of the flow of the  nature qualities namely melodious and illumination, motion and action and sluggish and inactive, which keeps on flowing in the body and the senses. The powers produced by the flow of nature’s melodious and illumination and motion and action characteristics and qualities are to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected. The impurities inherent in the powers produced by these characteristics and qualities lie hidden in the impurities themselves. Hence, the impurities inherent in the impurities are to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected. All these aspects are to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected consciously and with determination.

The Meditation mantra  says that for the practice of the passion with burning meditation, cognizance should be taken out of the exterior and internal gross physical karma actions and impurities of the powers of the senses of knowledge. So long as human being’s physical body and the perception powers of its senses of knowledge and powers of its physical body , are filled with impurities and distress, they keep on remaining impure. The impure senses are non-static and non-stable. So long as the senses remain non-static and non-stable, meditation of the mind cannot be made craving free from the cravings for worldly subjects and objects and cravings for living and non-living things and beings.

The mind, as such, cannot be made contented in this state. The unconscious mind filled with cravings and discontentment remains filled with the smoke screen of the thoughts of worldly subjects and objects and of living beings. This smoke screen cannot be unconsciously pierced, penetrated and crossed over. As such, meditation of the mind cannot be descended into the depth of the mind. Before descending into the depth of the mind consciously and before restraining all the five senses, thoughts of the mind are to be made craving free. In order to stop the craving for material things, subjects and objects, the cravings of the senses and their discontentment are to be destroyed. And in order to destroy the discontentment of the senses, the discipline of contentment is to be cultivated and practiced.

It is essential to cultivate, discipline and perfect all the five virtues of self-discipline for the practice of the purification of cravings. In the virtue of self-discipline, a yogi is consciously to  meditation and follows harmlessness, honesty, and self-restraint from misappropriation, energy of procreation and freedom from greediness. He is to become enmity free vis-ŕ-vis worldly subjects and objects and living and non-living things or possessions and beings. He is to feel and experience with the help of his true thoughts. He is to undertake a resolve, which he is to consciously follow and practice, not to steal nature’s subjects and objects and living and non-living Nature’s essences. karma actions by him are to be performed consciously and in a spirit of thanks giving and gratitude.

The passion with burning meditation entails that the unconscious mind is  to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected.  What is to cultivate, disciplined and perfected is the relationship of the physical body and the senses of perception with nature’s subjects and objects and relationship with other human beings. Hence, the passion with burning meditation requires the cultivation of all these aspects. Thereafter, the body and the senses, which have been cultivated, disciplined and perfected through the observance of the passion with burning meditation, are not felt or experienced as separate entities. Thereafter, tendency of one’s natural inclination and bent of mind to cause pain to other living beings or subjects and objects, automatically gets eradicated. It is then that the focus of self-conscious of soul’s meditation automatically descends into the conscious mind, which is  subtlest nature’s essence state.

The Meditation mantra  says that torturing the senses of knowledge of mind and physical body  and exposing them to unbearable exposure and experiences is not self- discipline. The passion with burning meditation is to be cultivated, disciplined and perfected by keeping the physical body and the senses in complete rest and in a comfortable state. This discipline is to be cultivated through repeated  meditation. self- discipline does not consist in unnecessarily violating one’s mind or body. It consists more in bearing the pairs of opposites like heat and cold, pain and pleasure with calmness than in self-infliction. self- discipline of body, speech and mind is to be cultivated. It is to be cultivated by making a resolve in conscious mind to make the impossible as possible and by believing that defeat is going to be a victory. It is to be cultivated by having a positive attitude and not by having a negative mental. The craving in the cultivation of the passion with burning meditation and in the cultivation of contentment and in the cultivation of all the five virtues of self-discipline along with whatever bodily torture is to be borne, is to be eradicated. Considering pain as pleasure, self- discipline is to be practiced consciously with a view to the cultivation, disciplining and perfection of this yogic discipline.
