When external breathing and internal breathing exceed, it is the fourth subject of deep breathing of Pranayama./51/.

Deep breathing :   View point 51:-

When the external breathing and the internal breathing  transcends , it is  the fourth subject of  deep breathing of Pranayama. .When the movement of external and internal breathing  become effortless ,the deep breathing of Pranayama that is fourth subject of yoga ladder  stands transcends and won over.
The deep breathing of Pranayama that is fourth subject of yoga ladder of Patanjali and deals breathing control stands perfected when  both the external and internal breathing become effortless and the movements of organs of action of body and  senses of mind ceases. When the Pranayama disciple is perfected , the flow of cosmic energy of inwards and outwards breathing, intelligence and conscious mind in all spheres come to an effortless  standstill except flow of subliminal karma impressions. The fourth subject of yoga of
Patanjali discipline involves spontaneous suspension of breathing and minutely observing the external and internal breathing in conscious mind. The discarding of the both the external and internal breathing results in the  breathing control of deep breathing of Pranayama.

When the consciousness crosses beyond the external and internal thoughts of issues, it goes beyond the cravings of the senses  and thought process as well as the five organs of karma actions consciously. Even in this subject, control of inhalation and exhalation of breathing automatically decreases. This is called the fourth subject of yoga discipline that is breathing control of control. It is when by stopping the speed of inhalation or the speed of exhalation through the practice of yoga of Patanjali or by stopping the speed of both of them, which leads to breathing control, that the Pranayama breathing control  automatically takes place. Such a subject gets reached when the body and mind restrain and nullify the flow of the internal and external breathing.

Such a subject also takes place when the internal and external issues of the senses of knowledge and the senses of karma actions along with the internal and external issues of the thoughts of the mind are restrained. It is when the deep breathing of Pranayama subject of breathing control occurs that seeded spiritual union gets cultivated. It is on the cultivation of seeded spiritual union that breathing control also gets cultivated automatically. The automatically cultivated breathing control is called the deep breathing of Pranayama subject of  Patanjali or  breathing control or control in yoga term of Patanjali.

It is when meditation of organs of action and senses of perception  are withdrawn from worldly subjects and objects and focused on consciousness that automatic cultivation of breathing control takes place that is called deep breathing of Pranayama perfection. Such a breathing control or control takes place automatically. In contrast, the first three kinds of breathing control  can be quickly cultivated through sustained practice. Breathing control  has no direct connection with the thoughts of the mind. When the mind is free from thoughts, the breathing also gets free from nature’s passionate and sluggish and inactive characteristics and qualities. The greater the flow of thoughts pertaining to worldly subjects and objects in the mind, the greater the intensity of the flow of the inhalation and exhalation of breathing. There is a strong connection between inhalation and exhalation of breathing with Nature’s motion and action and sluggish and inactive characteristics and qualities. The preparation for the control of inhalation and exhalation is made with the help of Nature’s passionate characteristics and qualities, its powers and modes.
