Insight vision on original yoga thesis13: -

The constant try to acquire that stabilized situation of the state of mind  is called practice  . Practice is the constant try to stabilize the situation in that stillness of thought. The yoga practice consists in making constant try  to stabilize the situation  of stilling thought in the state of mind ..

The regular practice of  yoga of making constant try to still thoughts in the state of mind  leads to the attainment of  serenity . The constant practice of try, which is undertaken to cultivate not to be under the effect of attraction. with a view to firm the state of mind , is called  yoga practice. Repeatedly stopping the flow of thoughts, repeatedly making the state of mind  calm , repeatedly making the state of mind  empty of its thought content, repeatedly making the state of mind  cool and even repeatedly making an effort to calm the state of mind -all these repeated constant try  are required to be made constantly in order to achieve not to be under the effect of attraction. Further, the practice of  yoga consists in repeating a determined thought in a state of complete self-conscious.

The  state of mind  is like a vast ocean and thoughts float on its surface like waves. Like waves, thoughts too float in many directions. Like the ocean, the conscious state of mind  is calm and static in its depth. The state of mind  is formless. The cosmic law writes an account of cycle of karma actions and reactions on its deeper layer. An embodied living being works as per this account of conscious state of mind . The entire creation of living being in universe also acts according to this cosmic law. The cosmic law is responsible for the creation of life and death to all living being in universe. It is also responsible for chartering the future course of life to all living being. It is also responsible for creating living beings and their bodies and collecting particles and fragments of life. It keeps on moving in a state of contentment to all living being in their conscious state of mind  that is one for all living being of universe.

Cosmic law of interior core  nature essence and conscious state of mind  that is in fact core  nature essence teaches obedience. It teaches subjugation and how to sacrifice one-self for the happiness of others. It teaches how to perform karma actions with love and how to serve others. The unique karma account of man’s body lies hidden in the deep conscious state of mind  of man. Other living beings of this creation of world also possess this type of spiritual knowledge. In this knowledge, lies the knowledge about inanimate fragments of the creation and knowledge about the whole universe. In it also lies hidden knowledge about the entire animate creation. The entire knowledge about the static and the formless interior nature essence, which runs everything and controls the animate and inanimate fragments of this creation, lies in this spiritual knowledge.

In this vast ocean the conscious state of mind , which is formless and is the abode of interior soul essence, is static. The aspirant is to search for the state of mind ’s true knowledge in it with the help of  yoga practice, with the help of practice and by constant practice and not to be under the effect of attraction . He is to search for this knowledge through repeated insight vision of the conscious state of mind . He is to search for this knowledge by calm and stabilizing his state of mind . He is to keep his conscious state of mind  fully concentrated on his interior soul essence and remain himself in a state of full-alertness. He is not to reduce or create or give birth to any new information knowledge. He is only to remove the veil of information knowledge, which covers the vast ocean like spiritual knowledge of conscious state of mind . He is to remove the veil, which is a hindrance to the realization of spiritual knowledge of his true and real self. For this he is to make regular, repeated sustained and relentless constant try  coupled with grim determination and resoluteness.

The practice of constant try  in this regard is known as  yoga practice. The aspirant is to continue repeating this practice in the same way as the repeatedly breathes to live. He is to undertake this practice patiently while keeping his body and unconscious state of mind  happy. And he is to inculcate the habit of this practice and make it a habit of his conscious state of mind . He is to undertake this practice with insight vision. This is what Great Sage preaches. Such a practice, if carried out according the above method, is bound to lead a human being restless, wavering and   unconscious state of mind  towards peace and calm, serenity and tranquility.
