elimination of
disorder and disease. As mentioned in the previous website page , a disciple is to remain fully aware and conscious of these nine disorder and disease in order to overcome them. These disorder and disease are not to be considered as a disease and treated as such. What is to be done is that refuge of the formless oneness of god essence is to be sought. Refuge of the god essence is to be sought by repeating and meditating the god essence name with the evocation of its meaning and significance. The god essence name and the evocation of its meaning is to be meditated and repeated through the medium of belief words . The formless god essence name and
the significance of its meaning is to be experienced in the conscious state of
mind through the medium of meditation. For this it is essential to enter
into a state of Yoga music. After entering into a state of Yoga music, the
disciple is to leave himself in the hands of the formless god essence through
total self-surrender. He is to request for the god essence grace and seek the
god essence refuge. A perfect disciple’s natural bent of
mind, his inclination and his result oriented actions along with undergoing of
their consequences and his subliminal lingering karma impressions of past, is as
per the waves of his karma actions. The meditation is to be done
in the deepest depth and most subtle part of the mind. This is what the Great
Sage preaches. The experience of pain in the mind is an
indication of the waves of fear, aversion, attachment, lack of spiritual
knowledge and self-sense. These sign openly manifest themselves in the mind.
Even when thought of craving for worldly possessions and pleasures and their
physical enjoyment get erased from the mind, the seed thought of these things
does not disappear from the deeper mind. This seed thought instead of
diminishing gets increased and in this way it manifests itself in the form of a
disorder thought. The experience of depression
is a
sign that
impure waves of false thought, verbal thought, sleep thought or memory thought
are undulating and getting manifested in the unconscious state of mind. It means that the
mind is continuing to harbor the thought of worldly possessions, pursuits and
pleasures. It means that the mind is not becoming thought-free. It also means
that the mind is not getting cleansed, stable and static. All this shows that
the perfect disciple’s meditation is proving ineffectual in making the mind
thought-free. It shows that the practice of meditation and
yoga is not having the desired effect on the mind, which is unable to control
its turbulence. There is no doubt that the thought of worldly matter forms has
got erased and eliminated but the subtle form of thought has not disappeared
and got eliminated from the mind. The subtle form of thought keeps clinging to
the mind. It also shows that the subtle thought, instead of diminishing, has
increased its hold on the mind. The presence of this subtle thought is
manifesting itself in the form of distress, depression and melancholy of the
mind. The agitation and shaking in the body is a
sign that the body is not getting calm and peaceful and stable. It signifies
that the sitting posture of the disciple is not becoming correct and proper. It
is for this reason that through meditation and Yoga music, the disciple’s
body is not getting detached from the mind. It sign that the subtle pores
of the body are not getting stabilized. As long as the subtle innumerable pores
of the body do not get stable and are not in a correct posture form and are not
changed to the core form of nature, it is impossible for the mind to enter
into meditation and Yoga music. The mind’s concentration cannot enter
the subtle issue after coming out of the sense organs of human body. The mind
cannot descend into the depth of itself. During the initial stages of the
meditation and yoga practice, the body feels tremors and shaking a number of
times and for a number of months. Themselves, however, eliminate these corporals
shaking, by continuing the practice of meditation and yoga. Feeling distress at the time of inhaling
and exhaling is a sign that the body, mind and breath are not working in
harmony. It sign that the breath is not giving adequate energy for the practice
of restraint . It also sign that the breath is not
disassociating itself from the body and the mind. So long as the breath does not
get stable, the body and the unconscious mind will not get stable. The result
will be that the disciple will not be able to descend deep into the conscious
mind for the purpose of meditation. Hence, it will not be possible for him to
meditate deeply in the conscious mind. The distress and suffering experienced in the
process of in breathing and out-breathing, sign that the subtle thought
racing through the unconscious mind are not becoming craving free. It also
signifies that the mind is not becoming thought-free. It also sign that the
meditation is being performed only in the unconscious mind. It is only the
delusion of a Yoga music and imaginary Yoga music that envelops the
disciple. During the practice of meditation and yoga, the presence of pain,
agitation in mind and body and breathing difficulties are sign of the
nine obstacles, which impede the path of meditation and yoga. When the mind descends correctly in the
practice of meditation and yoga, it becomes absolutely stable. The body also
gets absolutely stabilized. The breath also stops even though in works in name
only. The mind bubbles with happiness. It gets totally disassociated from the matter world
around the perfect disciple. It enjoys the bliss and serenity of
the inner subtle world and the world where dead living being resided. When the
mind reaches such a state, it is impossible to feel disorders of pain,
agitation or breathing. This is what the Great Sage says. |
