Transliteration of innovative yoga thesis: -
Pracchardana vidharanabhyam VA pranasya /34/.  

Pracchardana =  exhalation  or vomit out of the breath,  vidharanabhyam = pause or retention , VA = or,  pranasya  = breath energy.


Translation  of innovating yoga thesis: -
Or (the conscience is favorably presented with peace as given on page 33 of Web site), by vomit outside breath and to hold of a pause of the energy of breath. /34/. 

 Vision of perspicacity on innovating yoga thesis 34: - To make the conscious state of mind favorably laid out with peace, maintains the state  of expulsion and the conservation of energy of breath. Or by the pause after breath energy leaves. , the peace of the chitta is also caused by the expulsion of the energy of breath. It must be noted that there is no reference of inhalation of energy of breath. Because you exhale the energy of breath outside and practice to hold the energy of breath outside, the inhalation of the energy of breath will come towards the interior itself with the same force. To inhale and exhale breath are like the pendulum of the clock. You order exhale, the inhalation will be ordered itself. You increase soon and inhale quickly, thus will become exhale the breath of the yoga of Pranayama .

According to Patanjali it is also possible to carry out peace in the conscience and calms it in the spirit conscious and the absence of the obstacles of yoga of spirit without regulated knowledge or by calming the expulsion of air breathed inside or the conservation of air absorptive during the breath by the human body called Pranayama. Thus like practical method as in the meditation and the everyday life, we can again go to the energy of breath like rough manner so much alternatively to reorientation our conscience of the flows external towards objects of the experiment preventing any interruption of divine mood. Thus in the concentration we release the negative thought with exhalation and to hold gently it outside. Thus Patanjali refers to the emphases on exhalation to release the negative thoughts or the attachment in general thus it dissolves gently in an external release subtle in the vacuum. Moreover, these obstacles and preventions can be removed by exhalation the energy of breath with the force and to maintain it apart from the body, in what is known like practice of PRANAYAMA. The process comprises exhalation powerful and conscious of the energy of breath. After the breath is thrown outside with any power, it must be stopped forthcoming .

During this practice of PRANAYAMA, the attention and the concentration must be maintained concentrated on the breath and breath energy.
