Transliteration of original  Patanjali yoga thesis : -

Vrttayah pancatayyah klista aklistah. /5/
Vrttayah = movements of the thought , pancatayyah  =  fold five (5) in the neurons of the brain, klista = which give pain in the neurons of brain ,aklistah = which give relief of pain in the neurons of brain.

Translation  of original yoga thesis: -
The fold five (5) in the neurons of the brain carry the movements of the thought, which give the pain or the relief of the pain in the neurons of the brain.  /5/.

Insight vision on original yoga thesis 5: -
There are fold five (5) in the neurons of the brain to carry the movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain. Each fold of five (5) carry the movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain , different variety of the movements of the thought. Some movements of the thought in one variety of fold five (5) in the neurons of brain brings pain. While other movements of the thought in another variety of fold five (5) in the neurons of brain brings relief of the pain in the neurons of brain.

Pain in the neurons of brain can be defined as a perceived inability to cope with an unpleasant or painful life situation. It include  stress arising from within the neurons of the brain, such as anger, anxiety or grief. . It is in the neurons of brain  which decide whether a situation is stressful.. Pain in the neurons of brain is different from pain in the physical body.
The movements of the thought exist in the fold five (5) in  the neurons of brain .  Each fold of five (5) carry movements of the thought, which are  causing  pain or the relief of the pain in the neurons of brain.. There are fold five (5) of thought experienced by all persons. All of these movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  either are pain provoking or their pattern leads to the relief of the pain. None of these movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  ever brings true happiness,  which could lead brain to serenity that last forever. On the contrary, they are laden with pain . The only difference is that some of them are more pain giver than the others. Permanent serenity cannot be felt by the neurons of brain  when the neurons of brain  is buzzing with movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain .
 The happiness, which person experience and feels, are only mirage and an illusion. It is pseudo happiness and serenity. Such happiness and serenity is a figment of person’s imagination. This is because person has never tasted the nectar of true  happiness and serenity. He has never attained the perception of all the true happiness and serenity in reality.  Patanjali says that it is futile to look for happiness and serenity in the jungle of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  irrespective of the fact whether these movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  encompass recitation of God’s name, chanting of hymns, performing or undertaking practice of meditation and yoga.

The reason for this is that movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in  the neurons of brain  as such are incapable of bringing happiness and serenity . It is impossible to have true happiness and serenity through the medium of one's movements of the thought in fold five (5) in the neurons of brain . At the most movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in  the neurons of brain  can eliminate or lessen a person’s pain . But to expect movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  to bring happiness and serenity  to person is virtually an impossible. There is however, only one method to attain true happiness and serenity. This method advocates that movements of the thought in the fold five (5)  in the neurons of brain  , both good and bad, should be carefully and consciously controlled and kept in check. The reins of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  have to be firmly held in the conscious state of the neurons of brain . True happiness and serenity lie in diminishing the flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  or by learning the art of plugging their flow altogether.

 Patanjali says that if person engulfed in pain  in the neurons of brain, consciously stops the flow of pain  provocation movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain , his conscious state of the neurons of brain   will stop entertaining such movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain . And by repeated efforts he will enter the sphere of true happiness and serenity . Further, if person engulfed in happiness and serenity  lets loose the flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  he wills starts experiencing pain wrapped in happiness. The person who has mastered the art of controlling his movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  and has also mastered the spiritual knowledge that movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  provoke pain, such person happily undergoes even the pain which is destined for him and which he has brought upon himself by his past karma deeds. The person who is unaware of his movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain , no matter how good his movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are, no mater how religious that person  is, no matter how wealthy he is, no matter how high a status he holds, no matter how big a business he has, will keep on suffering  pain even in happiness giving situations because of his pain provoking movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  wrapped in happiness. Suppression of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  breeds more movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  and leads to greater pain.

Is it possible to suppress movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain ? Movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are not born in the conscious state of the neurons of brain  . They invade the unconscious state of the neurons of brain   that is outer layer of conscious state of the neurons of brain   from outside natural world . They are born from the information, belief and logic knowledge of the natural world from the society.  When the neurons of brain  is in a state of unconsciousness, these movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  convey false and imaginary external information knowledge of subject or object of outer objects and things. These movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  develop within the  outer unconscious state of the neurons of brain   level. They start performing their role after they take up their residence in the person ’s unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . Their play comes to an end only after the completion of their performance. When the curtain comes down on their performance, it is only then that fold five in the neurons of brain  gets relieved and liberated from them. In case efforts are made to forcibly evict them from the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  , they resort to  struggle and entrench themselves all the more in the unconscious state of the fold five in the neurons of the brain . This makes the person  more having pain ..

As person who harbors movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  of speaking a language or driving a car, makes an effort to throw such movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  out of his unconscious state of the neurons of brain   and that too suddenly, cannot do so. Similarly movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  cannot be forcibly and unconsciously erased and eradicated from the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . Movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  can be erased and eliminated with love only and not by force and that too after the fulfillment of its desired goal. Pain provoking movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  cannot be forcibly and suddenly eliminated from the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . It can only be cajoled and gently persuaded to leave the unconscious state of the neurons of brain   with love but never by force.

What are the fold five (5) of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain ? Movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are the basis of true or false thought . Consequently movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are categorized as true thought and false thought. Movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  can be about the future imagined forms or the past forms of matter world. Such movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are called verbal thought or memory thought. Movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  that occur during sleep are called sleep thought. Along with these movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain , there are corresponding fold five (5) of pain emanating from this thought. 

The main cause of our pain  in the neurons of brain is lack of spiritual knowledge in which person  remains slept in his unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . There are two reasons as to why person does not keep conscious knowledge about pain . The reasoning is based on arguments, which point out that a person is a separate entity from his state of consciousness that is real self and that he is afraid of death and he does not accept this unpalatable truth. Another argument is that all perishable things having forms die. These arguments are interconnected with person ’s attachment to forms of  things  and having craving temptations and harboring attachments and aversions. These attachments and aversions of his sense organs to forms of  things leads to the information of a whirlpool in which he gets engrossed and continues to keep on getting engrossed.

What is a pain and stress provoking movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain ? If a disease attacks the body or a part of the body, the body or the affected part becomes incapable of performing its assigned functions. It feels fatigue or weakness and become conscious of its burden. It becomes painful and distressing to feel these bodily ailments in the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . Such a feeling of pain and stress is felt alike by the thinking and non-thinking persons. It is felt alike by the wise and the ignorant persons. This pain and stress is related to living human body and its ailments. This suffering is felt in the present moment on account of the faulty working of the body functions. The person feels pain when his body suffers from some pain and stress. The pain disappears as soon as the ailment of body gets cured. The agony of the body disease and the resultant pain is experienced more in the body than by the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . 

A pain  provoking movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  create artificial agony, which gives the illusion of pain in unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . It is not felt in any specific part of the body but emanates from the unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . It lasts as long as its movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  prolong its stay in the unconscious state of the neurons of brain   and person keeps on thinking about it. A person with a healthy body also remains a prey to such a distress provoking thought. Such a thought is similar to the agony producing thought of a person who has lost a particulars thing for which he had intense attachment or of a person whose near and dear one has died or of a person who has intense aversion for a particulars thing. Whenever movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  of such a thing or a person or a feeling cross the unconscious human brain , the neurons of brain  plunges into pain . Such a thought is extremely painful because it imagines pain . the neurons of brain  unconsciously experience and feels this producing thought.

Guru Patanjali calls halting the pain producing movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  consciously and by repeated practice as meditation.  Patanjali is silent on issues relating to the present day-to-day real physical happening in life, or on issues relating to the future real happiness. He is also silent on issues relating to the recitation of God’s name, undergoing penance, going the temple, performing acts of piety and charity, becoming a renunciation or taking to the forest forsaking wealth and home or renouncing bad deeds, performing noble deeds or worshiping a particulars deity. He does not discuss the pros and cans, merits and demerits of a particulars faith or religion. Neither does he discuss which religion person should adopt and why. His attention is primarily and directly focused on the pain of person ’s life and their causes. It is also focused on person ’s lack of spiritual knowledge and its causes.

He further focuses his attention on the thought of unconscious state of the neurons of brain   which blocks person ’s path leading to realization of state of consciousness. He says that meditation  or spiritual union with state of consciousness is the halting of such movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  .

Patanjali speaks on what is possible by capturing the movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  provoking process of the pupil. He shows him the way to come closer to the inner soul essence or state of consciousness by keeping away from the enjoyment of the pleasures of the senses, away from craving temptations, attachments and aversions. Enjoyment of the pleasures of the senses cravings, temptations, attachments and aversions, plague the unconscious state of the neurons of brain   of person and cause pain , which in turn creates turbulence in a unconscious state of the neurons of brain   and causes him further pain and stress. Once a person knows how to penetrate in the conscious state of the neurons of brain  , he enters the residence of the formless inner  world of inner nature essence. From the gateway of the conscious state of the neurons of brain   begins the definite, certain and assured road leading to the gateway of the formless core  nature essence and soul essence through conscious state of the neurons of brain  . Thereafter, the path is easy and full of  serenity  and attracts and pulls inwards the travelers by itself. On reaching the gateway of the formless inner core  nature essence in conscious state of the neurons of brain  , the ascetic or the perfect disciple does not have to do anything. He is only to have a glimpse or insight vision of whatever is happening there. In this way Patanjali imparts knowledge to the disciple through his discussions.

What is to be done to stop the flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain ? Stopping the flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  does not mean abstaining from the physical enjoyment of the sensual pleasures or not undergoing the result of one's good and bad physical karma actions in  natural world . It also does not mean that person should abstain from earning money or from doing a job or from running a business or from renouncing the natural world and worldly powers and renouncing one's domestic life. It also does not mean that person should give up his interest and turn away from the natural tendencies and inclinations of his brain , his hobbies, his habits of eating and drinking and change his life style-be and become religious or non religious. The person need not make any effort to forcibly relinquish physical attachments or aversions towards any living being or thing and also natural inclination towards worship of any religion or God form. The person may continue following that inclination. Otherwise the person need not forcibly develop such an inclination. If a person has a liking for the customs and traditions and the prevalent religious and social mores, a person may continue to practice them. Patanjali liberate the discipline from taking on any specific likes or dislikes or relinquishing them

Patanjali says that a person’s likes and dislikes are formulated by conscious state of the neurons of brain   as per his karma actions and deeds. As such and accepting them in its conscious state of the neurons of brain , the person should enjoy them physically but consciously. The gift of human life is not going to come again.  Patanjali, however, lays down one condition and that is that whatever a person may do, a person should do it consciously and in a state of complete and full concentration of sense organs and alertness of unconscious state of the neurons of brain  . The person should perform one's karma actions in a state of complete self- alertness and according to the dictates of one's inner likes and dislikes and not because they have been imposed upon him by any external pressure of religion, society and social customs and traditions. The person is to live according to the dictates of one’s conscious state of the neurons of brain   and feeling. The person is not to forcibly accept any external information or logic knowledge as true and correct. The person is to live according to the experience of one's life, feeling experience and self knowledge and not go by information knowledge gleaned from other living being of the outside natural world. One's self-concentration and alertness should be kept focused on one's pain provoking movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain   in conscious state of the neurons of brain  . Feeling of one's state of consciousness should also be kept focused on feeling of one's soul and feeling of God.

The focusing of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  should be accomplished with the aid of introspection, with grim determination, repeated efforts, and resoluteness and with love. By focusing one's movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  as mentioned above, whatever movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are there in the unconscious state of the neurons of brain   get automatically stopped. The whole practice to stop the flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  has to be undertaken with sustained efforts, as also by constant practice. In this way person inclination towards generating tremendous flow of movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  will automatically diminish and with its decline the perfect disciple (mediator) himself will feel a change in his mental outlook, in inclination of his brain , in his habits and in his interests. Runway propensities and vagaries of his movements of the thought in the fold five (5) in the neurons of brain  are bound to disappear gradually.

People of King spiritual era built huge houses, planned cities, with paths and streets, and brick homes. The houses had bathrooms that were connected to sewers. Their elaborate drainage system was centuries ahead of their time. Fine jewelry, including stones from far away places. The King Spiritual of Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa shows that the people of the Indus Valley civilization valued art and traded with other cultures. It seems to have been abandoned about 1700BC. It is possible that a great flood weakened the civilization. The moving tectonic plates that created the Himalayas may have caused a devastating earthquake. It is also possible that the people may have been defeated by another culture. Perhaps their soil gave out and no longer would grow crops. No one knows what happened to people to era of The King Spiritual of Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa, or where they went.
