The meditation , the practice intense ones  and the wisdom of the center , all are carried inside the mode of the meditation . Those contribute only to the coolness of the thought.  Those are described in six handwritten of saints of Hinduism which discuss religious philosophy and Holy Scriptures which discusses the techniques for the manner of the life (Simritees).  The practice of the major meditation on any object  and karma of the thought of the faith of the center  are carried with actions.  (Those only help to have the karma to order thought).  Until the renunciation of all in the top are reached, the meditation continue to wander in the medium of the thought.  The many categories of much of effort were carried out.  Repeated virtuous acts  and to give donations to poor  and the practice of the worship to fire  with expensive things were carried out.  The all night, the body was made to suffer while carrying the practice from the worship to put fire .  Many kinds of practice of famine  were regularly carried out.  The conclusion is that all in the top is not comparable to consider in the name of an echo of serenity of the true figure of pure God (RAM-Naam).  (The name of an echo of serenity of the RAM is carried inside the thoughtless mode of the meditation, thus it is a significant meditation.)  The knowable of pure God  carry out once a practice in mode of the meditation on the name of an echo of serenity of the RAM.  That it contains the announcement of Guru_Nanak.  3_1...

The person can wander more in each of nine divisions of rotation of the group of the world  while living a long life.  It can become large feeler of the renunciation  and feeler of practice hard .  It can carry out the practice of the worship to put fire  and of the control of breath .  It can give gold, of the elephants, the higher horses , and the ground cultivated to deprive.  It can carry out much maintenance of meditation (Aasan) including Niulee, a difficult maintenance of bodies which improve health of the system of liver.  It can carry out intense manners to improve  including coolness  ways of living religion of Jainism.  It can tolerate the suffering  detailed with the physical life ).  Even as  the impurities of the arrogance do not leave.  All those do not have any comparative  in the name of an echo of serenity of pure God meditation.  (The name of an echo of serenity of pure God is a major meditation which purifies even the thought of the arrogance in the brains.)  The knowable of the pure God  practices the meditation  on the name of an echo of serenity of God and reaches the interior state of brains (Gat).  That it contains the announcement of Guru_Nanak.  3_2...
