After listening about the asylum (saran) of the powers of the meditation of pure God , I came in his asylum .  Pure God  carried out generosity  itself to obtain the amalgamation  with me.  My hostility (Bair) disappeared (MIT) and I have the normal feeling  of the dirtiness of feet’s  of all.  In the proximity with the purified person , I acquired nectar  of the name of an echo of the serenity  .  I have the normal feeling  of absolute happiness  of the Guru which is deity .  This carried out the perfection  in helping devoted of me who carries out to help devoted  by the perfect Guru.  This saved me entanglement of the physical life  and impurities  in the manner of the life .  By listening to the name of an echo of the serenity   and true figure of pure God (RAM), my language speaks  it.  By action of the center of purified , pure God  demonstrated pity  in my physical life.  In this mode, the transaction of the trade  of my physical life  gained a great success over.  That it contains the sayings of Guru_Nanak.  24_4….

 Translation:  -.  Dear friend (Meet), the calm person  carries out the high respect of pure God .  The calm person  is attentive  in the fixation of the meditation .  The impulsive pure character (gun) of the true shape of pure God  and of the name of an echo of the serenity   is what gives happiness to the brains (Spiritual Song of Sukhmani).  The person whose frame of mind (Man)  resides  in him, this person becomes virtuous treasure .  Its whole wishes become functioning in the completion (Pooran).  This principal soul  emerges in all the worlds.  She obtains the place central part  which is most and deepest  of all.  She does not have any outside the arrival  and the departure  of the incarnation.  This person  who reached it enters the dispersion of pure God after having gained  of the prosperity  of pure God meditation.  That it contains the sayings of Guru_Nanak.  24_5….

  Translation:  -. The package of happiness , the calmness in the brains  and the virtuous powers  are the nine treasures of fortunes .  The wisdom of the thoughts  and the wisdom of the center  are all the folds of the powers supernatural .  Education  and the meditation which imply ritual hard  and the powers of the meditation  are by the meditation  on pure God .  Among the latter, the wisdom of the center  is supreme  and higher bathing  of pure God.  The four principles of substance which are pleasure, prosperity and the wisdom of the center and the release of the cycle of the life illuminate  the flower of the center of the body .While in the medium  of all and in insulation  of all , the beautiful ones  and the intelligent ones  is knowable the fundamental character  of the principles of substance.  This person is an impartial visionary .  The fruits of the execution of this karma  appear  on the face of this person .  It listens speaking which occurs true  of Guru of the mode of thinking  which is meditation and the name of an echo of the serenity   in the frame of mind (Man) .  That it contains the sayings of Guru_Nanak.  24_6….

Which frame of mind of the person resides , listening  or obtains the feeling of the love  with pure God, in the memory of this person comes pure God meditation and pure God .  The pain of the birth  and death  of this person become rectified .  The physical body  of that one rare  becomes protected immediately .  This person takes pure  the reputation  and nectar in her words of the serenity .  The name of an echo of the serenity   becomes broken out in its frame of mind (Man) .  The pain , the diseases , frightened  and the doubts  disappear in its frame of mind.  The name of this person goes well to this purified person  and its accounts of karma become pure .  The reputation  of this purified person becomes highest and deepest  of all.  Spiritual Song of Sukhmani which means the giver of happiness to the brains is indication  above-mentioned pure character (gun) of a name of an echo of the serenity  .  That it contains the sayings of Guru_Nanak.  24_8….

How one can stop mental chattering while meditating?

 Mediation Practice is required to control /stop mental chattering and it come to all persons and all stages even to saints.  

  It is the first stage of meditation. While carrying out your service or business, make a habit with intention that you will speak less and hear more. Make a habit with intention to give more opportunity to speak to others.  This will reinforce your habit to hold your thoughts in the memory of the cerebral brains with meditation, and have feeling of physical life like to be separated from the interior life-form.  

 It is the second stage of meditation.  While making your service or business, make a habit with intention, to hear more on any subject or of any person which is not loved by your thoughts of the cerebral brains.....  This will reinforce your habit to carry your thoughts and the cerebral brains slackened even in the situation wandering and holding your physical life in the spontaneous conscious shirt of the cerebral brains..... 

 It is the third stage of meditation.  Devote formerly to make habit with intention, to hear the singing of unintelligent musical mode of various birds and the animal and the things coming from the entourage.  This will reinforce your habit to become free of the thoughts of the faith of cerebral brains and holding your meditation  in the deeper layers of the shirt of the process of thought. It will help to understand the feeling and the vibrations of the mode of meditation hidden in various languages of various ways of person.....  

 It is the fourth stage of meditation.  Devote formerly to make habit with intention, to rest with the closed eyes and to feeling one most active thought in the current moment in the cerebral brains.  Do not like or to hate it. Just recognize it and be pilot with it.  This will reinforce your habit to control the majority of the thoughts, apprehensive and sad of the cerebral brains and to hold your meditation  in the deeper layers of the shirt of brains of the center. 

 It is the fifth stage of meditation.  Devote formerly to make habit with intention to listen to the feeling of karma  with the meditation or to listen of the air of breathing or to sing something and simultaneously to hear the vibration of sound of serenity in brains of the center.  This will reinforce your habit to enter brains of the center....  And hold your meditation  in the feeling of a desired thought.   

 It is the sixth stage of meditation.  Devote formerly to make habit with intention, to hear the sound of serenity of center that are beyond the palpitation.  It is mixture of the resound of serenity of Ohm, of the resound of serenity of the soul and the echoes of the kinds without end of root of the life-form in brains of the center.  It regenerates very.  It is coming after touching treasure interior of religious temple by grace.  Many kinds of birds and alive animal being slacken the major part of their physical life in it and do not feeling the need for others, while living in natural world.  This will reinforce your habit to enter the deeper shirt of the brains of the center which is pure door to listen to the feeling of karma being transported each moment in spontaneous meditation.  It will also help to hold your   meditation  in the pure air of the temple of silence.....   

 It is the seventh stage of meditation.  Try to hear the sound of serenity of center temple of the silence in brains of the center until entirely saturated and lost in it.  It surely regenerates and purifies seed of all disturbed and sad thoughts.  All the sound of serenity of center turns over here after immersion in a religious temple of grace of echo of serenity and awakes the wisdom of the center in the impulse itself.  Learn how to employ air of temple of silence as simply rocket for the interior vision of God  and its echo of serenity
