| Insight vision of Step:
- A firm, regular, balanced and
continuous flow of insight vision in control mind towards the desired one
pointed subject or object thought of simple mind is meditation.
Meditation is reflection or contemplation of feeling have desired subject or
object in control mind that continue to flow continuously and without any
interruption from the flow of thought of other subject of simple
mind . Again in meditation no spiritual knowledge of self conscious or
spiritual powers of natural are gained and it is mere more natural tool or
technique from insight vision to attain consciousness of self conscious or its
spiritual knowledge or spiritual powers of natural essence that are
flowing in control mind . Perfection in insight vision leads to meditation
and as such perfection in meditation also means perfection in insight vision
but not in opposite. insight vision and meditation are both
tools for entering in spiritual union and consciousness of spiritual knowledge
and true knowledge is attained in spiritual union. As such meditation is
path tool to attain spiritual union with self-conscious and attain spiritual
knowledge of self conscious of soul. Meditation is different from spiritual
union that is natural tool to enter in self conscious in
control mind .
Mastery of spiritual union means meditation but mastery of meditation does
not mean perfection in spiritual union. The main difference between meditation
and spiritual union is that in meditation control mind remain conscious of
its existence and continue uninterrupted flow of insight vision on the
desired subject or object of simple mind . It is still bonded to concept
of duality. It still feels the distinction between observer control
mind
and subject or object single thought of simple mind being observed. But
in spiritual union that is 8th and last step of yoga practice,
the control mind loses its existence allowing the subject or object single
though of simple mind under observation merged in self-conscious. In
spiritual union the concept of duality is lost and only self conscious of
soul glow and prevails all over. Conscious Mind is interior formless
directory
of living human body and natural essence state of natural. Its depth is
endless and beyond the measurement of any cosmic power of universe. Outer
directory of mind is called simple mind where thought and information
knowledge of human being and lack of spiritual knowledge are flowing. Interior directory of mind is called
control mind and pertain to major directory of mind. Again in outer
directory of
the control mind are floating emerging karma that becomes basis of bent of
mind and natural of all human being. In middle directory of control mind
exists seed karma or sleeping karma that determine the life path and run the
cycle of life and is felt as separate identity from other life form and
soul. insight vision , meditation, spiritual
union, union of conscious with interior core of mind and self conscious
are common worlds relating to formless mind and most misinterpreted and
misunderstood words. The mind that is beyond the natural elements and matter
elements of body form of any life form is itself formless and difficult
to express as all languages are based on forms. The formless mind and its
related indications are matter of consciousness, experience and feeling and
difficult to convey in words as they pertain to natural and formless
essence of natural state and beyond the catch of seeing, tasting, hearing,
smelling, touching of sense organs of human being. Guru Patanjali has
explained the definition of these words in first 10 steps of this book The interior most directory of control
mind
is the meeting point of soul in form of self-conscious with natural
essence state in form of being ness. When this being ness is experienced and
realized in spiritual union, the control mind realizes spiritual
knowledge of self conscious of soul and breaks its connection from the being
ness that is natural essence of natural. When the insight vision in the selected
thought of a place or spot of simple mind become continuous
and uninterrupted in control mind , it is called profound contemplation,
reflection or meditation. It is through sustained insight vision in
control mind that a disciple reaches the state of meditation. Meditation
or Contemplation or reflection is deeper and natural r words than the
insight vision in terms of yoga disciple. In insight vision , sometime many
other thought of the simple mind also act and break connection of
simple mind to the control mind . Where as in meditation the
insight vision of single thought of simple mind flow regularly to
control mind . As such Meditation consists in the incessant continuity of
contemplation in a directory of control mind . It is when the simple mind along
with its numerous thought disappear and observer control mind becomes the
observed by self-conscious that meditation starts. When thought is entirely
concentrated in a directory of control mind and the
control mind
becomes its own field of observation, it is then that meditation gets
ushered in. Meditation is the 7th limb of the preparatory
discipline of yoga. Meditation commences when the control mind is focused
consciously by insight vision on a thought of place or subject or object
feeling. Thereafter, the control mind becomes stable and static in its
focus on the feeling of that place and subject or object thought. The
control mind also becomes aware of the flow of feeling regarding that very
place and that very subject or that very object. When the feeling of thought
of place or subject or object on which the control mind gets stabilized
and made static and steady and on which the control mind gets concentrated
and connected with, it is then that the disciple reaches the state of
meditation or reflection or contemplation. The continuation of insight vision or
sustained insight vision in the flow of feeling regarding single thought of a
place, subject or object is called meditation. At the time of disciplined
cultivation of the perfect disciple discipline of insight vision the specific
directory of the formless control mind with which insight
vision gets linked,
stops the thought going in it. insight vision remains focused on a feeling
in the specific cell of the formless control mind and keeps on consciously
swimming in the flow of this feeling. Further, insight vision tries to attain
spiritual knowledge by making concerted and sustained efforts. It is then
that the state of meditation or reflection or contemplation commences. The control mind has millions of
formless cell and in the control mind of every cell; there is a specific
feeling of numerous subjects or objects of natural or matter world. Further,
in the every specific cell of feeling of control mind , there is lack
of spiritual knowledge and spiritual knowledge both of which keep flowing in
the form of memory. On the top of the cell of feeling is lack of spiritual
knowledge, which on meditation is felt to be in the form of false thought.
In the middle of the cell is the true knowledge that on meditation is
experienced in the form of true thought or feeling. In the depth of the
conscious cells of mind there is spiritual knowledge that in spiritual union
with self-conscious is experienced. In order to cultivate the perfect
discipline of meditation, descend is to be made into the feeling in
control mind in one go and in a continuous and sustained manner. When once the link of insight vision of
a thought of simple mind gets broken from simple mind , it descends
deep into depth of the feeling of the control mind and it gets broken from
thought of insight vision also. As such, insight vision is to be focused by
going beyond the thought of simple mind during the state of meditation.
The Great Sage Patanjali says that
there are innumerable cells in the control mind . The cell of each
control mind contains different and variegated thought in respect of
different and variegated subjects and objects of knowledge’s and
spiritual powers of natural. Each thought is saturated with the craving of
subject matter of thought. It is in the craving that waves for attachment
and affection, hatred and enmity or fear exist. Under these waves lies lack
of spiritual knowledge about the subject matter of the thought. Under that
lack of spiritual knowledge, lies spiritual knowledge that throws light
about this lack of spiritual knowledge. In the deepest depth lies hidden
spiritual knowledge about the subject matter of natural essence and self
conscious of soul. An ordinary human being when consciously feeling is not
able to feel correctly. What he feels is the simple mind ’s cravings
of innumerable subject matter and lack of spiritual knowledge. In the first
attempt on insight vision in control mind this impure craving gets
awakened. The result is that nothing ever gets felt. On the contrary, the simple mind
becomes restless by thinking. Attachment and affection, hatred and enmity or
fears about the subject matter of thought are thought out by the
simple mind . It is then that body, control mind and soul that do not get into the
comprehension and grasp of insight vision . The result is that the
simple mind is unable to meditate on these subjects. It is only by the disciplined
cultivation of the five limbs of perfect discipline that the form or
shape of the cravings or thought from the directory of the simple mind
gets eliminated. What remains behind is only the natural seedless form of
these cravings of thought in the directory of control mind . It is by insight vision consciously in
state of meditation that the control mind becomes unperturbed and becomes
calm. The subject matter of that thought flow remain the same but in form of
feeling with insight vision . During disciplined cultivation of meditation,
descend is made into the depth of the subject matter of feeling. Other than
the subject matter of feeling, keeping other thought of simple mind
and feeling of control mind as thought and feeling free and intellect
free, tantamount to disciplined cultivation of meditation. The Great Guru says that the practice
of descending into the depth of thought at one go is called meditation. This
is the 7th limb of the disciplined cultivation of yoga. No
preparatory action needs to be undertaken for entering the state of
meditation. It is only by stabilizing the body, breath, organs of action,
thought senses and innumerable thought of simple mind that self
conscious is to be felt in respect of a desired place or subject or object
in control mind . No thought are to be floated over the feeling of the
desired subject or object or place in control mind . Effort is to be made
to descend deep into the depth of thought and feeling in meditation
discipline. The Great Sage says that at the time of
cultivating the discipline of meditation, perfecting the discipline of
restraint, the discipline of observance of culture, the discipline of
posture, the discipline of control of psychic breath, the discipline of
withdrawal of organs of action and thought senses and the smoke of
innumerable thought which keeps on spreading in the simple mind , is to
be stopped altogether. It is by converting the smoke of thought into clouds
and by dispersing these thought into the form of feeling that they are to
be consciously ejected in meditation. |
