insight vision , meditation, and spiritual union jointly and holding together in  control mind   constitute union  of spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   (samyamah). It is when insight vision , meditation and spiritual union form one act in a sequence that merger act gets achieved called union  of spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   (samyamah). The converging of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union on any one stratum constitutes discipline of union  of spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   (samyamah). These three disciplines happen together, tantamount to perfect interior discipline. This can happen during the practice of meditation or during any other form of physical or mental activity. The merger of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union is called union  of spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   or the Great Discipline. When during meditation, cultivation of the practice of insight vision  and spiritual union gets steadied and gets stabilized to such a great extent, that it is then feeling and experience of the distinction differentiation between the three aspects of disciplines cease. Such a state of yoga is called the state of Great Discipline or union  of spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   (samyamah)

During the discipline of insight vision , contemplation about one place or one subject is chosen for the purpose of meditation. Further, thought  containing spiritual knowledge about this chosen subject or place are disciplined consciously in one cell of the  control mind  . The subject or place chosen during meditation along with thought  of the mind is to be consciously disciplined. This is the middle state of discipline, which gets experienced through true thought. During spiritual union with self-conscious in  control mind   meditation is to be disciplined in the depth of the  control mind   on the chosen thought  regarding the consciously chosen place or chosen subject. This state of discipline is very  natural  and does not get in the comprehension of true thought. What gets observed and experienced is only awareness. It is in this awareness that spiritual knowledge about the disciplined subject, gets comprehended. Since this is a very  natural  spiritual knowledge, the soul’s self-conscious learns about Natural’s creation by crossing beyond the interior core of  control mind  . As such, it is not possible to describe about this spiritual knowledge through the medium of words or sound.

 It is also not possible for the  control mind   to grasp this spiritual knowledge. When the three aspects namely insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with self conscious in  control mind   converge on one   stratum, it is only by harmonizing these three aspects that union  of spiritual union gets acquired. When the practice of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with self conscious in  control mind   gets stabilized and steadied, it is then that a regular recitation of God’s name in the depth of the mind starts automatically. It is in this state that meditation gets unified with the subject or object of meditation. He in the state of union  of spiritual union attains the consciousness of spiritual knowledge about a subject or object, which a perfect disciple gets. Prior to this state, spiritual knowledge is attained as feeling or as experience or as awareness. This is not supreme spiritual knowledge. It is imaginative thinking and a figment of imagination. It is false thought. It is merely a reproduction of the thought  of lingering past subliminal impressions.

My Great Guru says that the omnipresent universe is complete, non-dual one.  It is functioning as supreme spiritual knowledge. It is working as single cosmic energy of God. It is moving and working according to one single cosmic law of Natural. It is working and moving according to one single soul’s self-conscious. It is working and moving according to one single  control mind   of creation of all life form. It is static inside the one single essence. While it is in motion on the outside? It is changing each and every moment outside. It is lack of spiritual at the outer end of one true essence while it is spiritual knowledge at the interior end. The union  of spiritual union, which is to be achieved of one single essence or reality, is to be achieved from the outer end to the interior end. It is on the disciplined cultivation and disciplining and perfection of this union  of spiritual union that the perfect disciple gets spiritual knowledge of the outer lack of spiritual of the one essence or reality through conscious meditation.

When insight vision  gets spiritual knowledge of lack of spiritual knowledge, it automatically enters into the realm of spiritual knowledge. Under the disciplined perfect cultivation, spiritual knowledge is not to be obtained from the outside world. It is not in fact, to be searched from anywhere. The veil of lack of spiritual knowledge, which covers it, is only to be removed. It is on the eradication of lack of spiritual knowledge that radiance of spiritual knowledge automatically starts spreading. Such elimination starts manifesting in the perfect disciple through his natural bent of mind and inclination. This is because the one single essence or reality is complete in itself. This is because the one essence or reality is contained in innumerable consciousness of life form of universe. By extracting anything out of it, there is no loss in its completeness. When a sage distributes spiritual knowledge, his spiritual knowledge does not diminish or suffer any loss or in deficit. Complete spiritual knowledge of Natural gets attained in the state of union  of spiritual union of seeded spiritual union with self conscious in  control mind  .
