These three learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline of positive self-discipline are interior part of discipline procedures in relation to preceding five yama, niyama, asana, pranayama and pratyahara positive discipline. /7/.
The musical tones comprising of the positive discipline of learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline in discipline procedures is more intimate and directly effective than the earlier mentioned positive discipline. The positive discipline of learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures are called interior perfect practices as compared to the other five outer perfect practices already described namely self control, observance of religious culture, body posture, breath regulation and withdrawal of organs of action and thought of senses.
The discipline of yoga has eight limbs out of which the first five limbs are external means of undertaking perfect disciplinary practices. The last three are the internal means of achieving the desired results. It is by cultivation of the external limbs that the internal limbs of yoga get cultivated. Seeded teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures gets achieved only through the cultivation of the internal perfect limbs. It is through the disciplined cultivation of the external five limbs that the body, the senses and the mind are to be cultivated and disciplined. The body, the senses and the simple mind are to be made guilt free, cleansed, made pure and contented as well as made thought free. It is through the disciplined cultivation of the internal three limbs that the discipline procedures after obtaining supreme education discipline, is to consciously realize spiritual education of its own lack of education discipline.
During the disciplined cultivation of the first external five limbs of positive discipline, it is necessary to cultivate and discipline the matter body. It is necessary to cultivate and discipline the matter body directory in order to cultivate and discipline the formless mind directory. In comparison, during the disciplined cultivation of the internal three limbs, the formless mind directory is only to be cultivated and disciplined. The formless mind is an internal natural subject of the matter body directory of any life form.
The cultivation of the first limb of positive discipline namely restraint, requires that the organs of action of the matter body which perform external action in matter world and which establish a relationship with other persons and life form, are to be cultivated and disciplined. The cultivation of the second limb of positive discipline namely observance of religious culture necessitates that the argumentative thought knowledge obtained from the outside world through the thought senses of simple mind that is outer part of discipline procedures is to be cultivated and disciplined. The cultivation of the third limb of the positive discipline namely postures of matter body, entails that the body’s matter organs are to be cultivated and disciplined. The cultivation of the fourth limb of positive discipline namely breath control requires that flow of cosmic energy in the body, is to be cultivated and disciplined. The cultivation of the fifth limb of the positive discipline namely withdrawal of senses necessitates that cravings and longings contained in the thought of the simple mind are to be cultivated and disciplined. It is through the cultivation of the first five limbs of positive discipline that the discipline procedures is to be prepared for the internal positive disciplined cultivation.
The cultivation of the sixth limb of positive discipline namely learning discipline requires that union is consciously to be made between self-conscious and one cell of the simple mind in discipline procedures . The seventh limb of positive discipline namely research discipline requires that union of thought of one cell of the simple mind with feeling in discipline procedures during research discipline are to be made. The cultivation of the eighth limb of positive discipline namely teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures , necessitates that the thought of one cell of the simple mind is to be purified with education discipline of feeling by descending deep beyond discipline procedures in natural essence. It is through the union of learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures that the discipline procedures gets a supreme education discipline bearing cosmic intellect. It is with the help of the supreme education discipline bearing cosmic intellect that conscious cultivation and disciplining of the union of learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures would lead to the grant of truth bearing consciousness and which in turn would lead to seeded teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures . It is with the help of the truth bearing consciousness that seedless teacher discipline with self-conscious in discipline procedures and life form gets attained.
All the five external perfect limbs of discipline are the means for entering the three internal perfect limbs of discipline. It is in this way that the three internal perfect means or disciplines namely learning discipline , research discipline and teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures become the pathways for entering into seedless teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures . Gaining entry in the seedless teacher discipline with feeling in discipline procedures is an extremely natural and internal matter.
