With the spiritual knowledge of meditation and insight vision , spiritual knowledge of the feeling  of soul along with spiritual knowledge of soul essence gets attained.  The perfect disciple attains true thought of this awareness. The spiritual knowledge of cravings helps the perfect disciple in nullifying the seeds of thoughts. It also stabilizes the perfect disciple’s seeded spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   for future incarnations.

It is on the convergence of the discipline in the moon’s wheel of the body i.e. in the MOOLADHAR CHAKRA that spiritual knowledge of the body’s cravings and thoughts and knowledge of the mind in its entirety gets attained. The knowledge of the heart, the knowledge of the brain, the knowledge of the lungs, liver, kidneys and knowledge of the cosmic energy which makes the body and mind function, gets attained and experienced.
