It is when union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   discipline is coming together on the navel center that spiritual knowledge about the constitution of the matter elements of the living body gets attained.  The perfect disciple become aware the activities of each and every cell of his body and become master of his matter body. The practice of focusing the threefold discipline on the psychic wheel of the navel, results in the spiritual knowledge about physiology of the matter elements of body. When Conscious mind attention is fixed upon the navel that is also called manipuraka wheel it results in the attainment of perfect knowledge about the condition of the matter body.

 It is when the threefold interior discipline is focused on the wheel of the navel that knowledge about creation of the living body and creation of the various forms of cells in the living body gets attained. The navel wheel is the indicator of the solar cosmic center of the matter body. It is also called MANIPURA CHAKRA. When union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   discipline is focused in it, spiritual knowledge about the life form’s cells gets attained. Knowledge about the creation of the solar system of the body gets attained.

The Great Sage Patanjali says that there is MANIPURA wheel in the navel part of body of life form. It is through the practice of focusing the threefold interior discipline on this wheel that spiritual knowledge about the  natural  and gross form of the creation of the body cells gets attained. In addition, knowledge of all the five gross elements namely earth, water, fire, air and light working in living body gets attained. Besides this, spiritual knowledge of the variegated forms of subjects and objects of the infinite universe working in body of life form gets attained. Spiritual Knowledge about all the limbs of the body and through them knowledge about the body’s  natural  and gross creation, gets attained.

The on going creation of the innumerable cells of all the limbs of the body is in a unending state of integration and disintegration. All the limbs of the body and all the cells are connected through infinite  natural  channels of  natural  essence with the navel’s MANIPURA wheels. These  natural  and gross cells and limbs take cosmic energy from the  control mind   through the navel. The cosmic energy saturates all the cosmic energy wheels by flowing through them. These cosmic energy wheels are like the seven cosmic energy wheels of the  control mind  . They are like the seven cosmic energy wheels of the outer universe. The seven   cosmic energy wheels of outer universe are outer cosmos wheels, the universe, the galaxies, the polestar wheels, the solar wheels, the earth wheels and the moon wheels. 

In a similar manner, there are seven cosmic energy wheels in the  natural  body. They are crown of the head (SARSHARA CHAKRA); forehead( AJANA CHAKRA); throat (VISHUDI CHAKRA); heart (ANAHAT CHAKRA) and navel (MANIPURAKH CHAKRA); appendix (SWADISTDHAM CHAKRA) and reproduction organ (MOOLADHAR CHAKRA).In a similar manner, there are seven matter cosmic energy wheels in the gross limbs of the body. They are from inside to outside semen wheels, body fat wheels, bone wheels, nerves wheels, flesh wheels, blood wheels and skin wheels. Body fat wheels are produced out of seminal fluid wheels. 

Bone wheels are produced out of body fat wheels. The flow in the nerves and veins wheels is produced out of bones wheels. Flesh wheels are produced out of nerves wheels and blood wheels is produced out of flesh wheels. Skin wheels is produced out of blood wheels .In all these seven body matter creation wheel there is double motion that consist one over on cell and the other around the cells of from which cells have originated. So there is less movement in the internal gross cosmic energy wheels like semen and fat that the outer like blood and skin cells. There is, however, greater movement in the outer gross cosmic energy wheels. 

It is for this reason that it is said that the quantity seminal fluid is limited in a life form. It is for this reason that the perfect disciple transforms and preserves the energy of this seminal fluid. Thereafter, he uses this preserved energy for keeping his mind and body disease free. This is called the state of celibacy. The internal gross cosmic energy wheels of matter body move the outer gross cosmic energy wheels of body. They also produce them. The connection of their movement remains intact through these innumerable  natural  and different cosmic energy wheels through the seven cosmic energy wheels of matter body. The  natural  cosmic energy wheels of  control mind   originate in the navel for creation of the seven matter cell wheels of body. The innumerable  natural  nerves, which spring from the navel, are spread in all the limbs of the body.

The Great Guru Patanjali says that by bringing together union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   discipline in the navel wheel, spiritual knowledge of  natural  nerves which are spread in all the limbs of the body through innumerable  natural  veins and arteries, gets attained. It is when the threefold interior discipline is focused on the navel that inter-related knowledge about the creation of gross limbs and about the mind’s  natural  cosmic energy wheels and about the universe’s outer  natural  cosmic energy wheels, gets attained. The spiritual knowledge of the creation of the gross limbs of the body lies in the navel of the body.

 Hence, a perfect disciple can gain this knowledge by bringing together his union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   discipline in the navel. It is when the perfect disciple focuses his union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   disciplines in the navel wheel that he attains knowledge of the twenty one aspects of his body of which later Guru Nanak founder of Sikhism has made reference in Japuji Sahib that are fundamentals of Sikhism. It is then that knowledge about the flow of cosmic energy which comes through feeling  and  control mind   to the seven matter creation wheels of body that are semen, fat, bone, nerves, flesh, blood and skin gets attained.
