It is by focusing the practice of threefold interior discipline on the interior light that appears in the crown of the head during spiritual transformation that a disciple gets the spiritual coaching of the sages who have attained perfection. Those who have attained self-mastery in enlightenment can be realized and contacted through focusing the spiritual coaching light in the crown of head in sahasdhara wheel of cosmic energy of natural essence. One pointed spiritual coaching and meditation in cosmic energy flow in crown of head develop such a cosmic power.

There are twenty-one cosmic energy wheels in the universe. They are bound and tied to each other in the form of a ball. The outer cosmic energy wheels are functioning because of the illumination and radiance of the internal cosmic wheels of life form. They are rotating around themselves. They are moving around the internal cosmic wheels. The interior most cosmic wheel is the wheel of the feeling that is outer part of spirit. On it the cosmos is moving in the form of the natural essence, embodied life form and non-life form forms of universe. It is here that the perfected sages, who have perfected their spiritual wisdom of the natural essence, live and make the natural wheels of living and non-life form and forms of the entire universe function. They also make the fourteen wheels of the deep hypnosis function in the natural and matter body of the embodied spirit by giving them cosmic energy through unity of spiritual coaching, spiritual meditations and spiritual transformation with deep hypnosis of natural essence.
The Great Sage Patanjali says that a perfected sage, god or goddess or abode of sages is in the wheel of the cosmos of natural essence. The indicator of the deep hypnosis about them is the crown of head. Further, he is not to ask them for any favors. By consciously keeping his self-sense of self- ego subdued, the perfect disciple should show them due respect and reverence.
