The practice of focusing the threefold interior discipline on the heart of living body that is the called anahata wheel of spiritual energy, leads to the attainment of spiritual knowledge concerning the  control mind   and spiritual knowledge of lack of spiritual knowledge of  natural  essence. When one pointed spiritual union is fixed upon the heart wheel of interior cosmic energy, it results in the understanding of the  control mind   that is meeting point of  natural  essence to the feeling  that is real self and outer part of soul essence. The Great Guru Patanjali says that the body of all life form of universe has seven cosmic energy centers through which the cosmic energy enters the seven  natural  elements and matter elements of body of the living embodied feeling  of soul. The  natural  body is called the astral body, which even after death remains with the embodied feeling  of soul. It has seven cosmic energy centers, which are the indicators of the seven external energy wheels. The first  natural  cosmic energy wheel is on the crown of the head. This is also called the SAHASDHARA CHAKRA. The second  natural  cosmic energy wheel is in the forehead. It is called the AJANA CHAKRA. The third  natural  cosmic energy wheel is in the throat. It is called the VISHUDI CHAKRA. The fourth  natural  cosmic energy wheel is in the heart. It is called the ANAHAT CHAKRA. The seventh  natural  cosmic energy wheel is in the reproduction organ. It is called the MOOLADHAR CHAKRA.
