| Translation: - From that samyama (refereed in previous step) arises perfection in manifestation of the body and the ability to resist natural power and functions of the qualities and character of matter elements to natural essence state. /45/. |

| Insight vision of Step45:
-
From the perfection in manifestation of matter body to its natural state in mind philosophy arises the ability to resist natural power and functions of all quality and character of natural essence in mind philosophy namely luminous and melodious, motion and action and slothful .By unity of natural confidence, natural meditations and natural wisdom with feeling in mind philosophy on all elements of natural essence, the yoga expert acquire ability to expand to any length or reduce to size of atom, or make it light or heavy as desired or make it hard as diamond that can pierce rocks. The yoga expert become master of the matter body that is free from all obstacles of matter and natural elements of natural. It is after the yoga expert obtains mastery over natural material substances and gets perfect understanding of the elements of natural that constitute creation and existence of universe that perfection in all direction follows along with the perfection of his body and the controlling the obstruction of functions of all qualities and character of natural essence. It is then that the natural power like the ability to reduce the body to the size of any action and motion gets attained. Through the mastery over the five forms, which every matter element of natural may take, a yoga expert attains minuteness and other power as also bodily perfection and freedom from all hindrances. It is through the cultivation, disciplining and perfection of the Natural essence that the natural power of the perfection of small particles of the matter essence, gets attained. Natural knowledge of the body’s essentials viz. the form of the body also get attained. Release from the hindrances of the Natural’s character and modes, gets attained as well. The Yoga expert Patanjali says that through unity of natural confidence, natural meditations and natural wisdom with feeling in mind philosophy of the threefold interior discipline in the body’s matter, natural and natural particles, natural knowledge about their natural power gets attained. Natural Knowledge of the transformation of matter, natural and natural essence of natural also gets attained. Natural knowledge of hindrances of natural essence in respect of the modes and character of Natural’s essence and its characteristic and qualities in the body and mind, gets attained as well. When the yoga expert manifest the threefold interior discipline in the matter and natural and very natural Natural’s forms, he obtains knowledge regarding the modes and powers of the characteristic and qualities of all the forms besides Natural knowledge of the changing forms and hindrances. It is through this spiritual knowledge that the yoga expert gets liberated from these hindrances. Thereafter, the yoga expert by becoming craving free from the forms and characteristic and qualities of Natural, attains salvation. The Yoga expert Patanjali says that the yoga expert through perfection of all the essential forms of Natural gets liberated from their effect. The yoga expert’s body and his mind, which is a product of Natural’s matter, natural and natural forms of natural essence, are different from his self-conscious. With this Natural knowledge the yoga expert by cultivating, disciplining and perfecting the natural power of Natural’s essence and their essential forms and hindrances, gets liberated from their shackles. The yoga expert gets perfection of the all-natural power of essence of Natural. The first power is in respect of making the body natural in order to make it invisible. The second power relates to making the body light and making it move and keeping it in a state of motion. The third power relates to making the body heavy and thereafter stabilizing it and making it static. The fourth power relates to making the body big by shaking it. The fifth power lies in obtaining anything through and by concentrating imagination on it. The sixth power lies in satiating desire for anything through imaginative thinking. The seventh power can point out and differentiate between living and non-life form. The eighth power lies in producing non-living essence in the infinite essential and in overpowering, subduing and enslaving it. Besides these powers, power and mastery over material substances gets obtained. With the help of these powers, the flow of the transformation of essential form can be transformed and the natural perfect hindrances can be remedied. For example, be entering into the natural body, the sight of fire , smell of earth , thirst for water , heat and cold touch of air or sound waves of light, can be felt. The flow of the essential form can further be transformed, by bringing together the threefold interior discipline in the matter essential forms of Natural’s essence’s natural , natural and effective forms of things. On the perfection of Natural’s essence, a yoga expert attains Natural knowledge of the innumerable natural power of Natural’s essence and natural power of its essential forms and natural power of hindrances. Awakening this natural knowledge through the convergence of discipline in mind philosophy is always prone to the distress in the simple mind . This is because making them craving free becomes difficult for the disciple. These natural power always magnify and reinforce the yoga expert’s self-sense of self- ego. Hence, they create a hindrance in the stability of the yoga expert’s spiritual union with feeling in mind philosophy and are a stumbling block in the perfection of his seedless spiritual union with feeling in mind philosophy . As far as possible a yoga expert should not awaken the natural power of Natural’s essences through the convergence of the threefold interior discipline in them. He should continue to consciously practice to remain craving free in the awakened natural power with faith and firm resolve. The very thought of the misuse of these awakened natural power of Natural’s essences even in the last stage in his seedless spiritual union with feeling in mind philosophy can give the yoga expert a demonical form by inflaming his self-sense of self- ego. As such, the awakening of natural power of Natural’s essences is to be consciously enjoyed by the yoga expert in obedience to the undergoing of his lingering past karma subliminal impressions.
