By Samyama on the elements as detailed in step 44 brings perfection in manifestation of body of life form. This perfection in manifestation of body brings beauty in appearance form, the grace of complexion that attracts, body strength, body toughness and compactness. The aspects, which constitute perfection of the matter body of life form, are beauty, grace, strength, firmness and compactness. The symmetry of form, ability to attract, strength, hardness and the compactness of the body constitute spiritual bodily perfection. 

It is on the cultivation, disciplining and perfection of  natural  essence of body of life form by union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   that graceful symmetry of the body’s form, its beauty, its strength, its toughness and compactness like that of a crushed stone and diamond, are attained. Thereafter, the body of life form becomes capable of adopting and harnessing cosmic powers and forces, which further strengthen and invigorate it. The perfect disciple attains spiritual knowledge of the method of adopting and harnessing these cosmic powers on the focusing of his union  of insight vision , meditation and spiritual union with feeling  in  control mind   in matter body discipline up to the  natural ’s essence state in  control mind  .

The Great  Guru Patanjali says that on the attainment of perfection in body of life form in all the conditions and states of  natural ’s essence in  control mind   , a perfect disciple attains spiritual knowledge about the hindrances caused by characteristic and qualities of Natural’s essence in the body of life form. Thereafter, he becomes capable of making his body graceful with brightness of complexion and tough and hard like a stone. He also becomes capable of developing the graceful symmetry of the form of his body and imbibes a bright complexion into it besides solidity and strength. This perfect achievement is called the perfection of the bodily discipline of life form.

With the perfection of the discipline of perfection of body, the perfect disciple’s body becomes extremely graceful and attractive and radiates beauty, strength, robustness and compression. The body and the heart of the perfect disciple not only take on an attractive form and become beautiful, strong and tough but also reflect the brilliance and strength of cosmic energy. The perfect disciple’s body and heart become sound in health. He becomes absolutely hale and hearty. All the impurities and guilt complexes of his body and  simple mind , in addition to lack of spiritual knowledge and self-sense of self- ego, get washed away. Following the perfection of his body all the impurities and guilt complexes of his body besides lack of spiritual knowledge and self-sense of self- ego, get destroyed.

The perfect disciple attains spiritual knowledge of the body of life form that is different and distinct from self-conscious and is a mere cosmic instrument. The perfect disciple also attains spiritual knowledge as to how to keep his matter body in the desired shape and symmetrical form of beauty, forceful, tough and compact. He also attains spiritual knowledge of keeping his body in a healthy, fit and distress free state. The perfect disciple attains spiritual knowledge of Natural’s essence and its all characteristic and qualities and mode’s character. It is with this spiritual knowledge that he comes to learn the spiritual knowledge about the creation of bodies of different life form. Thereafter, the perfect disciple can transform the form and shape of his body like body of any life form. He can take on and adopt the body of any life form of universe. He can take on and adopt the strength of any life form of universe. He can make any limb of his body tough like a diamond. He can fit any limb of the body of a life form in his body in the way that he likes.
