By  psychic    of insight vision , meditation and spiritual psychic   with feeling  in  mind hypnosis   over present moment that is immeasurable unit of past and future moments of time and the movements of sequence of present moment, exalted interior education of insight vision of present moment and time become attained. It is by the practice of focusing the threefold interior discipline in the truth of the present moment that a Yoga expert can proceed to transcend time. It is then that insight vision of feeling  of soul essence glow in purified  mind hypnosis   to have interior education to identify the false as false and the truth as truth. When there is one- pointed  psychic    in present moment on movements of moments of time, intuitive interior education gets developed through the use of insight vision faculty of self-conscious.

By samyama on the present moment and continuous flow of movements in present moment known as time, the direct insight vision of present moment and its time that is past and future movement of moment is acquired.  It is realized that present moment is timeless, eternal, motionless and action less and when movement is set in the present moment it appear as past or future of time .It is realized that movement in present moment is time bound, transient and ever changing whereas the present moment is everlasting, changeless and center of wheel of past and future. The present moment is reality whereas the past and future moment is always illusion. All thoughts of senses of any life form originate and act in movement of present moment either in past or in future moments. There exist no thought in senses of mind and organs of actions of action when    mind hypnosis   is stilled in present moment. Present moment comes in between rising or restraint of subliminal impression. Entering in Present moment is another way for entering in    psychic    of insight vision , meditation and spiritual psychic   with feeling  in  mind hypnosis   that is state of exalted insight vision of interior education of soul essence and also called kaivalya state.

The present moment is the  natural  essence of future and past time as  mind hypnosis   is the  natural  essence of matter body of life form. Whether you enter in present moment of time by consciously getting freedom from past and future moments and their movements or you enter in  mind hypnosis   by getting freedom from matter body organs of action and though senses of  simple mind  and their movements, the same exalted interior education is attained with insight vision of feeling  in  mind hypnosis  . Retaining feeling  in present moment that is timeless, eternal, static, affectionless or enmity less or fearless leads  mind hypnosis   that is subtest natural essence to have exalted insight vision of feeling  of soul essence. The Yoga expert Patanjali says that true natural essence and its three character and qualities namely luminous and melodious, motion and action and slothful along with their innumerable powers are subject to transformations and are modifiable. The feeling  of soul essence that is also called spirit is not subject to transformations and is not modifiable. It is like a spectator. The  mind hypnosis  , which is a product of  natural  essence, is, however, subject to transformations and is modifiable during movement of present moment. The  mind hypnosis   is a conjunction with the non-changing and non-modifiable individual feeling  of soul essence. The  mind hypnosis  , which is a product of natural essence, is a servant of the soul’s self-conscious. It performs its functions with the help of the cosmic energy of the soul’s self-conscious. All through the functioning of the  mind hypnosis   in various states of natural essence, the soul and its self-conscious remains as a spectator. 

The soul’s feeling  being a spectator, looks at the endless sights of  natural , subtle and matter natural states in universe through the eye of the collective  mind hypnosis   of life form of universe in present moment.  During movement of present moment, the  mind hypnosis   is subject to transformations. Hence, it keeps on undergoing a transformation each and every movement of present moment through the subliminal impressions of collective life form of universe. The soul’s self-conscious is, however, without form or shape and is stable. It keeps on watching the changing forms of Natural essence and  mind hypnosis   in the present moment. The feeling  of the individual soul is stable and static forever in the present moment.

 The character and modes of  natural  essence flowing in  mind hypnosis   along with the mixture of five subtle elements of natural born out of it, besides the mixture of matter elements of natural keep on changing their forms and shapes in accordance with their actions during movement of present moment. Such a transformation keeps on taking place on the outer periphery of  natural  essence of  mind hypnosis  . It is when the  mind hypnosis   gets stabilized in a present moment that interior education of insight vision of feeling  is attained about that present moment. It is by bringing together the threefold interior discipline in present moment and withholding the movements of present moment in  mind hypnosis   that stilled  mind hypnosis   is acquired and also in insight vision of interior education of feeling  of soul essence.

The Yoga expert Patanjali says that time (movement of present moment) is felt in a state of motion at all times, is in fact stationery and stable forever in the present moment. It is not subject to transformations in present moment.  The present moment is the center of the past moments and future moments. The present moment is the wheel of the movement of past and future and is stable forever besides being non modifiable. The present moment is that part of time, which cannot be divided into other, parts and forms. The present moment is without form from its inside and is also  natural  essence like  mind hypnosis   of life form. Time is a collection of sequence of movements of present moment. The present moment is complete  natural  essence in itself. It is not subject to transformations and is not modifiable. The present moment is without shape and stationery forever. The present moment is the center of wheel of time. It is the center of the collection of movements of moments of the past and future. Time is the aggregate of movements of present moment. 

The present moment is static and stationery forever. When the future moment moves and get lost in the present moment of the static present, it constitutes future time. When out of the present moment, some movements of present moment taken out, they get lost in the past moment. This is what constitutes the past. The soul’s self-conscious rests in the present moment that is also  natural  essence. Innumerable forms of Natural’s essence are absorbed in the present moment of the future and the past. They appear and manifest in movement of the present moment   but they disappear in the present moment of the past and the future. The past and future moments, which appear or disappear, have their path of action. It is according to the  natural  essence of the  mind hypnosis   and mixture of subtle elements and matter elements and matter forms and in all the three characteristic and qualities of Natural’s essence along with their modes and their innumerable cosmic powers that are subject to transformation, that different actions, get performed in the movements of present moment in accordance with their differentiation in different states of natural.

By bringing together the threefold interior discipline in the present moment and in the path of action of the movements of present moment that interior education in respect of insight vision that is beyond time is attained. Further, interior education about differentiation towards the  mind hypnosis   of Natural’s essence and soul’s feeling  as also interior education of their conjunction in the conscious mind, gets attained. In addition, interior education about Natural’s creation through which the conjunction of  mind hypnosis  s functions in movement of present moment according to a definite place of action, gets attained.

The Yoga expert Patanjali says that there is a definite path of action of all life form of universe during movement of present moment. Similarly, there is a definite path of action of all non-living subtle or matter things or forms of universe during movement of present moment. The aim of the path of action of non-living forms is, however, different.  natural ’s essence flowing in all life form and present moment or time is one and non-dual. Subtle natural essence entire creation is subtle and matter and its innumerable mixtures and forms keep on changing each and every movement of present moment. They transform their shape according to a definite path of action during movement of present moment. Such a transformation keeps on taking place in accordance with the modes and character of  natural  essence. The basis of the future transformation of shape is the past transformation of shape through collective subliminal impressions of life form in  mind hypnosis   that is  natural  essence. The past shape has a definite path of action during movement of present moment. The senses of life form do not comprehend the  natural  transformation of shape, which takes place in the mixture of some subtle, or matter. For example, the child grows up. The shape of his matter body and form of his mind keep on changing each and every movement of present moment. This  natural  transformation in the growth of the child is experienced or observed after some movement of time that is in future to the senses of human beings. In other words, it gets experienced after the passage of movements of present moment.

The  natural  transformation takes place not only in outer form of a subject or an object but also it keeps on taking place in the interior five matter elements that is quality of earth, water, fire, air and light. The  natural  transformation also keeps on taking place in the five interior subtle elements that is quality of smell, taste, color, sound and touch. The  natural  transformation in the matter and subtle elements of universe gets manifested after a long time. It takes millions of years for some matter elements for transformation. It may take millions of years for some subtle elements to transformation. As such, the manifestation of matter form of the universe keeps on undergoing a transformation in its condition each and every movement of present moment. Such a  natural  transformation keeps on taking place in accordance with a definite path of action of cosmic of natural essence.

The entire creation is one single essence that is  natural  essence flowing in collective  mind hypnosis   of all life form of universe and present moment of time. It is an expansion of the one single cosmic energy of  natural  essence, which is static, stationery forever and is surrounding the wheel of one non-dual soul essence. The feeling  of the soul essence through innumerable life form is like a spectator. There is one soul essence. The outer expansion of cosmic energy is not static and is in a state of motion. Natural’s essence is also a product of the central essence of the soul and functions for that only. It performs actions in the individual life form to run the wheel of life. It performs actions in the individual non-living forms to run the wheel of time. The Yoga expert attains this interior education of the body and mind, which are produced out of natural essence and of their flow which performs a definite action in  psychic    with self-conscious in  mind hypnosis   and in present moment only. Such a interior education is called the knowledge of exalted insight vision of feeling  of soul essence and present moment of time.

The Yoga expert Patanjali says that each particle of the universe is static at the center of its wheel and is formless. The outer end of all particles wheels is non-static and is in a state of motion. The outer wheel of all particles keeps on moving around its interior center. It also keeps on making its second motion around the wheel of subtle particles from which has originated. It keeps on moving in a definite path of action in the omnipresent universe in accordance with the three characteristic and qualities of Natural’s essence along with their modes and character and cosmic powers. It is due to this dual motion and of being static at the center of wheel and due to this motion at the outer end that particle of the universe becomes subject to transformations in movement of present moment. This transformation of  mind hypnosis   that is also  natural  essence keeps on changing each and every movement of present moment. The underlying causes of the differentiation of these  natural  transformations are due to the differentiation of this movement of actions and present moment. By bringing together the threefold interior discipline in the differentiations of the present moment and in the movement action of the present moment, insight vision interior education about the present moment of time which is static and distress-free and where the soul’s feeling  is focused forever, gets attained.

It is with the help of soul’s feeling  that insight vision interior education about the  mind hypnosis   which is non-static and is in a state of motion each and every movement of present moment, gets attained. Further, insight vision knowledge about the definite path of action of the present moment, which is also the  natural  essence of the innumerable forms of the past and future moments, gets attained. This is called the intuition interior education of self-conscious. The spiritual knowledge of the three characteristic and qualities of Natural’s essence and interior education of the cosmic powers of their character and modes also gets attained. Nothing of the Natural’s essence gets destroyed. Nothing gets produced each and every movement of present moment. All that happens is  a transformation of form of cosmic energy of  natural  essence that keeps on taking place in accordance with a definite cosmic law. By bringing together the threefold interior discipline in the present moment to  mind hypnosis   and in path of action of present moment, the Yoga expert gets true insight vision of the interior education born out of intuition of soul essence. Such a insight vision interior education proves extremely helpful to the Yoga expert in getting into the state of seeded spiritual psychic   with feeling  in  mind hypnosis  .

The Great Sage says that by bringing together  psychic    of insight vision , meditation and spiritual psychic   with feeling  in  mind hypnosis   in the present moment and in the path of action of the movement of present moment, interior education born out of discipline also starts getting spread. . Nothing ever gets thought out in the present moment. What does takes place in the flow of the ongoing waves of thoughts in the mind in form of attachment and affection, hatred and enmity or fear is movement of present moment to the past or future. 

There is cheer or jeer or either praise or blame in movements of present moment or mind to thoughts and subliminal impressions that pertain past or future time. By bringing together the threefold interior discipline in the present moment of lingering past subliminal impressions, even the form of shape of these subliminal impressions in the  mind hypnosis   disappear. With this the body and the mind become static, thought free and motion free. The body and the mind start descending consciously into deep spiritual psychic   with feeling  in  mind hypnosis  . The  mind hypnosis   becomes thought free and craving free. This is the goal of perfect cultivation. When self-conscious gets consciously stabilized in the soul essence, the mind and the body not only become thought free but also become inactive and action free. 

It is in this state that the Yoga expert experiences differentiation of the soul’s feeling  from that of his conscious mind, the in sight vision of the thought free and craving free  mind hypnosis  , gets experienced in full awareness. The  mind hypnosis   which runs the body, experiences the insight vision of interior education of cravings, thoughts, lingering past subliminal impressions as well as its illusion. Really Conscious mind thinking does not produce any thought at all. It is in present moment of  mind hypnosis   that insight vision interior education is born out and gets attained. It is then that the perfection of the convergence of the threefold interior discipline produces such insight vision of interior education of discrimination, which gets spread in the  mind hypnosis   of the great disciple. The Yoga expert gets true insight vision and institution interior education of discrimination during this practice of perfect cultivation in present moment of time. Stilling  mind hypnosis   in present moment is another way of perfecting yoga disciple and entering in exalted interior education of soul essence and release from egoism and cycle of life .
